• Creation of spec short Record

  Hi all

  Our portfolio currently has 2 records of entry. 1 POINT 2. PRICE. For each element in the ELEMENT file, there may be multiple records of price in the PRICE file. It may be a situation where a particular item does not any price all (items expired). We do LEFT JOIN between the ITEM and the PRICE.

  Now the problem is, we have created a file called "rec_spec" PRICE column and this acts as a record spec in our pipeline because it is unique in the PRICE file. But when we left join with records ARTICLE, for everything which has aura spec record prices and expiry of the elements will not record spec. This creates a huge amount of logs in the file dgidx.log as the warning for records that does not record spec. Our client wants to get rid of these messages to the log file. How can I go ahead with it? Is there a way in which short creates a unique record specification for all records after the left join? Help, please.

  Also, we can create a spec record only in the CHECKPOINT file after a left join with records of PRICE multiple records can contain same record spec and baseline_update will throw an error.

  Hey Sav,

  As you've identified, the RecSpec must be unique - and there are two ways you can go about this.

  #1-allow DGIDX to create automatically; If you do not specify a property to act as the RecSpec and provide him with all the values, then it will work similar to a standard database and create its own index.  Is not the preferred method, because it prevents from being able to perform partial updates - if you cannot re-create the key used, so how can update you the record?

  #2-create your own RecSpec, as you do now with the PRICE file in the pipeline.  As you've identified however, if you have an empty RecSpec or duplicate, an error is generated.

  It is a common problem with the scenario you have described, since when there isn't a game on the left of the join and results in a key blank.  I suggest to use a component of manipulator, as a manipulator of Record, as a result of the join to create the RecSpec. There is no need to use only a source on the ground, in effect when you use multiple data sets (such as products, how - to articles) recreate us our RecSpecs later.

  My suggestion would be to abandon a manipulator after the join with the following behavior:

  1. Retrieve a single value in the CHECKPOINT file, like Item_ID, Product_ID, etc., as the first part of the key.
  2. If a moment ago key in the PRICE file (showing that this isn't an expired product), add the extra key (rec_spec) from him on the identifier of the ITEM
  3. Optionally, you could add a '_EXPIRED' on the item ID if there is not a match with PRICE

  In this way each element will have a unique RecSpec, which could be recreated if necessary.

• A58 Sony stops video recording about 22-23 minutes

  Hello!

  A few years ago, I bought a camera Sony A58. So far I used it for photos and videos of 5 minutes and it works very, very well!

  Unfortunately, I tried to save a 1-hour concert for a long time. I put the MP4 camera, charged the battery to 100% and inserted an empty 8 GB SD card. To my surprise, the camera recorded only 22 minutes! I decided to test this at home, so I recorded another video and he stopped at 23 minutes. I finally could see the moment he ceases to register. It just shows "Recording"... "then stops. Why a $500 camera to record videos? How Sony that I spend more money on their products, if a premium camera cannot record long videos?

  Yes, the video cameras record for as long as you want, as long as you have the space card and battery (or if connect you to a power supply, then the space of the card is the limit)

  Generally, video files are divided into different folders to 4 GB - video recordings still smooth, just use video editing software to put them all together in one room.

  The reason for this is the FAT32 format, which is a format standard and very common, and it imposes a 4 GB file size limit, to my knowledge.

  Who knows, maybe Sony or another brand has a video camera using a different format that can allow recording 1 continuous file.

  So, back to the legal limit, if something saves more than 30 minutes, it is considered as a video camera, so established as one, which is a tax on the big (in Europe at least)
  If Sony made 2 separate versions, of course, not everyone will want to buy the one that is available in the EU, so to do even in the world, it's just a limit standard that all manufacturers.

  Now, about why you get only 22-23 minutes, there could be a few reasons:

  Heat - when it's hot, it will automatically stop recording to cool. This is probably not the problem since you have the a58 which should not warm up easily, and so you're conform to 22-23 minutes.

  Space memory card - if you run lack of space, then cut short. However, even once, I guess you have a lot of space and your records are compliant, if not the case.

  My last case is FAT32 format which is a use of manufacturers of standard format. I'm guessing that you save to a maximum quality, which means that it will hit the barrier of 4 GB faster, thus interrupting the short recording time.
  I could be wrong, but just a guess.

  I think you're the first person who cannot use cam for Skype Conference.
  As far as I know in the Skype video settings there is no option for resolution changes if this is not important.

  OK you have installed the new software of the camera and it's good for its use, if you want to make some photographs of you or short record but you n t need for use with different messengers. If you can get out Camera Assistant software and then open Skype and check the video settings it.

• discontinuity of analog generation

  Hi, it was suggested that I post this question here rather than on the set of Labview where it was posted.

  I work with an acquisition of data, OR USB - 6221 BNC and trying a continuous sine wave analog on output.  Finally it will be output on an external device, but I am try it now and get a discontinuity in the received signal on the same device with analog input.  I use the examples of programs Acq & chart voltage-Int Clk.vi & Cont Gen tension Wfm - Int Clk.vi and am display a waveform of 1 kHz at a sampling frequency of 200 kHz, well within the Board of Directors. and delivery of a complete cycle of the buffer.  Using only one channel on the record, that I am seized at 192 kHz, I understand shouldn't be a problem because I don't share the A - D input with other channels (since it's my only job).  The problem is visible when the amplitude is less than 80mV.

  In response to questions about the other post, I took a shorter record to show the different cycles on the entry with the sporadic spikes.  As can be seen in the photos, the cobs intervened crosses zero wave.  I hope to exclude external interference, I unplugged the cable BNC output while generating and recorded and had a flatline (as would be expected), I also set the amplitude of output to 0V and again registered a flatline.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

  Hi Sam,

  The behavior you're seeing is likely to be a behaviour known and specified for the output of analog of this card. It looks like the dissipation of fees that accumulates in the DAC in normal operation. This behavior is specified under the heading 'Glitch energy' HERE in the specifications of the 6221 OR. As it is specified as 100mV, it makes sense you only see it during the generation of the small tensions, since the NFS is much less. One option here is to implement a low pass filter to try to get rid of this problem on the output of your 6221.

• NEX & Slow Motion video?

  One of the NEX cameras slowed good video? I have the original NEX-3, love it! ... but I'm looking to upgrade from NEX-6. I really want to be able to shoot, nice, clearly slowed video. If the iPhone 5 there... I think that the NEX series should too! ;-)

  slow movement in computer science? How? If no recording camera with 50/60 frames/second and poor idle need 250-300 FPS - there is not enough executives. If slow down you the film, you'll see markets - separate frames.

  I think that the NEX camera could buffering about 250-300 FPS in short records, you must add the firmware option SM.

• Weird noise of 8700 XPS

  I noticed a weird noise with my new 8700 XPS. It is difficult to explain what it looks like so I did a short record of the noise. You can listen to it here http://picosong.com/YQgV/ and it happens at the level of the 2 second mark in audio recording.

  The noise happens every 15 to 30 seconds and other times it will happen not for 3-5 minutes.

  Here are the specs of the computer if that helps.

  It is the sound of the HDD heads parking. If you have a Seagate drive isn't what it is for sure, Seagate is infamous for having readers that anchor their heads noisily. My Seagate Momentus 7200.4 in my XPS L502X does this noise all the time.

  We have solved the problem and I want to share it here.

  In fact, we missed a step in the "Configuration Web crawls to write output to an instance of record store' of WebCrawlerGuide:

  In the site.xml file, remove property plugin.includes for the plugin to output-short-record, if there is in the file.

  In this WebCrawlGuide it was stated recordstore-outputter longer rides exit-short-record, but apparently we couldn't have two defined in plugin.includes property.

  I have a report (PivotTable) in which I view information about sales. I have category, subcategory in the rows. Quarter of the year in the columns. Sales are loaded at the day level in the fact table. My report must indicate the average quarterly sales. That is to say that all sales per month should be added to the top and sales 3 months should be on average to get the average of quarterly sales.  We must show the total sales for each category sub. We must also show the % of sales for each subcategory with a category.

  I did the following,

  Hey, I just fixed the problem myself.  The solution was to write the formula as AVG (sales per quarter, category, subcategory), then change the rule of the aggregation in short.

• a lot of the great process time table

  I have a problem with a process that calculates 6 columns in a table with 260 million lines. Initially, the computing time was about 1.2 minutes per line. which obviously takes more than a lifetime to the end (about 500 years).
  To improve this process naturally so my first step was to the partition table. This create 64 partitions ranks 5 million in total. My second step was to use a big raise with a limit of 500,000 by block, in this way, I have my table and the next step is to calculate my columns. Unfortunately, my first 2 columns just take 2 hours to complete the 260 million (Note: I need to calculate all the rows in the table), but the rest of the columns, take 90% of total or even more. Finally, I make a big day with forall using data calculated on my paintings.
  After all this, calculation time was reduced from 1.2 minutes by the line to 6 or 7 seconds per rank. time, which is great, but only reduced from 500 years to 49 years.
  With this Setup, my next logical step is to parallelize my request, but if one have a degree of 8, my best shot is to take 6 years.
  Now, four of the six columns, the problem is that I need to calculate some values which requires some avg and sum over from these last six months before recording data.
  So, here's my real question. How I do it works?... surely I can't wait many years. the company is perhaps broken before this finish.
  Who is the professional way to make this real? I think that there, businesses have tables with many more lines, or even billions, I saw in other forums.
  I need this, somehow, somehow, it takes not more than one or two months... still less is even better. Help, please

  With the approach you use if there are 1,000 records with the same values, flactual, cod_empresa, id_cliente and id_medidor, your code will be
  perform exactly the same aggregation on the other values (lactual, lanterior, flanterior, facurable) 1,000 times.

  Use this work table in your query above. You can now change the query or cursor to work with only one partition at a time by adding a WHERE clause with the partition key that is passed as a parameter to your procedure.

  You may even be able to change the CURSOR to join the main table with the new table of work and iterate that, without needing to make a second request at all.

  One thing. that I don't know. You eliminate aggregation online because you probably aggregate values several times according to the grouping of data.

  I would still like to see a small set of sample data and the results of your calculations on it.

• Is it possible to record the answer to a Question to verify knowledge of the short answer?

  I use answer Questions short knowledge check. The student fills their answer and click on send, which leads to the next slide showing the correct answer.

  I want them to be able to click again to look at what they got, but with KC the answer questions it entered is not saved. Is there any way (using advanced perhaps actions?) to RECORD the response in the box of short answer?

  If you only want to use after the landslide of the question, as you show here, not need to store the value of cpQuizInfoAnswerChoice in a user variable. Just insert the slide after the slide in question as you did on the screen instead of v_short1. I thought you wanted to 'save' this value as described in the topic of this thread. Then you will need to assign the value to a user variable, because this quiz variable system cpQuizInfoAnswerChoice is reused on the next slide in the question.

  I want to sequencse updated the short clip to use them in a slide show.

  When I changed the sequence I can only save with a format of PREL.

  I want to save it in the sam format as the original (as in photo).

  The file .prel is the Premiere Elements project file. It is not the real media or video.

  As Ann will probably, when you have finished editing your video, you'll be out the video finished, edited in any format you want using the tools on the part of exports &.

• Change a record to make 2 versions (longer and shorter for a special topic)

  I recorded a session of many facets as a unique record of 2 hours.  I was able to change the 'backwardness' of the session, so I have a nice final presentation of the various participants / subjects.  However, I would also like to produce a 2nd just record the last speaker / topic, without destroying the long version.  I could change it at the first hour (first 3 speakers) and save, but then who would destroy the long version.

  Is it possible to reproduce the recording, so that I can keep the full version, but then change the duplicated record to change down to just the last speaker / topic?  I can't find a way to do this in Adobe Connect edition.  Do I have to export the file to Flash (FLV) or MP4 and then try to find a way to change this file down to get just the last topic?  Any ideas?

  
  

  The best solution would be to lower the recording of files to the server and then re - download, you have two versions of the record, with different URLS. You can edit each separated from the other.

  To do this add /output/NAME.zip?download=zip to the URL of your recording. Name the zip file, all you want. You will download a zip file. Do not extract or mess with the zip file, simply upload it to the server to connect to the location in the content library. You can even give her a customized URL!

  You will have then two versions of the record on the server you can do at your leisure.

• JPEG image is very shortly after recording a better version in PS

  Im not sure how to explain it really.  the past 2 projects I've worked on have been a nightmare.  the size of my canvvas is 4 x 6 inches @ 300 dpi.  The image looks fine in PS.

  When I save it as a jpeg, I choose the maximum size of quality.  An example is below.  I'm not taking these pictures and I didn't even set it up.  My sister-in-law made for their wedding "thanks."  I don't know how to fix this tho.  (I helped refine some colors in one of the panels)

  I might also add that I am him sending this by imail or Watt Mac mail service is called.  and is not grainy like mediocre movie grainy quality, but pixel grainy because it was done jump grainy (which it shouldn't need to be blown up because I want to 4 x 6 and tat is what is defined as)

  1800 x 1200 pixel image size should be fine.  What is the size of the boot file before saving?  If you record a max quality you can acutally end up with a larger file size than you started with.

  It looks like not you print from the thumbnail instead of the image.
