  Hi, I am unable to install the updates for MSXML Core Services, Service Pack 2 for x 64 (KB954430 & KB973688) and receive the error code "WindowsUpdate_0000064C".

  I have also tried their installation on a clean boot, but am prompted with the following message is displayed:

  "the component you are trying to use is on a network that is not available (d:\0123469dc03cfad20919\), enter a different path to the folder that contains the package installatiion msxml.msi.

  Much appreciated if anyone can suggest how to solve this problem?

  I just got this computer, it came with XP installed but Win7 Pro OA... I installed Win7 immediately. The CS XML 4 SP2 update/security updates do not have continually.
