  I was wondering if somebody encounter this situation or have a solution for this. In the previous version of vCOPS by default when a host was in interview he disappeared from vCops and does not generate any alerts. With the new version, this behavior is no longer present. Since we are currently plug our hosts, we get a bunch of alerts for guests who do not have loads of work on them.

  If anyone has a way for us to get this functionality, let me know! Looking into this at the same time.

• Cryptography and process services host has stopped

  I prefer not to do a clean reinstall, so is anyway to diagnose and solve the problem?

  Step 1

  I suggest that you restart the cryptographic service on your computer and check to see if it helps you solve the problem. To stop and restart the service, follow these steps:

  a. restart the computer in safe mode (to restart in mode safe keep pressing F8 on reboot).

  b. click on the start menu and in the search box start type CMD.

  c. in the list right click on CMD, and then click Run as administrator.

  d. at the command prompt, type net stop cryptsvc.

  e. at the command prompt, type net start cryptsvc, press ENTER.

  Following the steps above should help you to restart cryptographic services.

  Step 2

  Make sure that the dependency for the cryptographic services service is started. To open the cryptographic services and addiction services follow the steps below:

  a. Click Start.

  b in the start search box type services.msc and press to enter.

  (c) in the services window, double-click cryptographic services.

  d. on the next window, click the Dependencies tab.

  e. ensure that the dependency services are started and set to automatic.

  Step 3

  If the steps above do not help, you can runSystem File Checker (SFC) analyze and check if it can help solve you the problem of the number of text to speech.

  To run a SFC Scan, follow these steps:

  a. Click Start and type cmd in the box start the search.

  b. right click on cmd in the list programs, and then click Run as administrator.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue

  Is it possible ti use the ESA 3300 with a mail provider hosted?  I wish our incoming emails cleaned by the unit before being delivered.

  Because I'm not hosting mail server myself, I'm a little uncertain about the configuration of the ESA, and, what to ask my email service provider to do at their end.

  Yes, you would set your MX record to point to Email Security and then select Email Security to deliver to your provider.

  Article 3 for the destination would use this option.

• Windows Service host process has stopped working... online and are looking for a solution

  I have a Lenove with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit of the system.  Yesterday I got stuck in a loop while looking for a dog boarding on Google.  I had to do a system shutdown to break out of the loop.  Since then, I get the message: «Host process for Windows services has stopped working...» "Also, I heard the music or script play twice since then and did a reboot to get rid of the problem.  I don't know that it will continue if I do not resolve what has caused the problem initially.  Also, I went into the control panel one checked all the sound icons and they are all OK.

  I'd appreciate if someone could give me some instructions on how to solve these problems.  Thank you!!
