• Can we define the alternative reports of IR with PL/SQL?

  I have a lot of alternative reports to an IR on a page.  On another page, I'll generate links that lists these reports and I want that when I click on one, the correct alternative report is selected when I put on the page.

  Right now, I get the report ID by querying the views of APEX based on the Alias of report, and then I have a dynamic action that selects the report in JavaScript:

  gReport.pull ($('#P50_IR_REPORT_ID').val (), 'REPORT_CHANGED');

  But the problem is that this report has a lot of data, so it takes maybe 2 seconds before it completely refreshes, so is not homogeneous.  I was wondering, can we default the IR for the alternative report we want but in PL/SQL?

  I looked at the APEX_IR package, but you can only clear, reset and add filters, but I don't think that you can choose an existing report, so it is selected when the page is loaded.  I know that I could build the report I want to dynamically using filters, but these reports are more than simple filters (ex: sorts).

  REPORT_ID apex_application_page_ir_rpt column can help us to uniquely identify each saved report.

  We can give this report_id value to a page element, and this page item can be put in the text box report item ID of the section forward of the report of the attributes of the IR page.

  This should load the saved report identified by report_id and you can get rid of javascript

  There are a few questions (problems) in the configuration after the installation:

  1. I need NLS_LANG value CROATIAN_CROATIA. EE8MSWIN1250. Text and the fields displayed are displayed correctly (all that is displayed from database), but their guests and the menu is displayed incorrectly (wrong characterset).

  2. when the report is started from form, instead of run from port 9002 (report server), it runs from port 9001, so I need to manually change the url to view the report.

  3. I don't know how to define a subset of PDF (in the previous version, just edit uifont.ali and put the subset inside).

  4. how to start Report Builder?

  For me, after you apply this hotfix, pdf subsetting works very well. (Linux x 64 environment).

  I need help about script report essbase.  I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how to use the script essbase report command "< MATCH" so that I can match a sequence on the alias rather than the name of the member name. I searched the Internet without success. Maybe someone in this community knows how to do this.  If you can answer with a specific example that could help out me as I am very visual.

  Well, first of all - I should have directed you to MATCHEX; which allows you to specify if you want to search for names, pseudonyms or both, no matter what you come back to the report. Much better.

  This requirement is difficult because as you have seen, the * generic cannot be used at the end of the model. Also, you should use? that means that a single character.

  A few options:

  Search for '? Setting 'and '? Setting' and so on until 70 marks (!) the question and click on LINK to union all results. Not elegant!

  Create a UDA and tag accounts adjustment like this - I would do that anyway, I do not rely on an alias.

  I am running a report off MaxL Script and want to get the Alias. I use < REPALIASMBR 'Products' and it works very well. However, it is bring back the default Alias of Table. Is it possible that I can choose what Table Alias that is returned in the result?

• Member of the Alias in the financial reports

  I use the function of formula memberAlias ('grid1', dimension1) of text.
  
  But I have 2 tables of alias. By default and another language.
  
  When I use the report with the main table alias it works fine.
  When I copy the report, the alias table place in the other language and run the report. The grid replaces all the aliases correct. But this formula of Member keeps referring to the table "default" instead. As you can see above, I reference the grid1 in the formula.
  
  Is this a bug, or work as expected? I'm 11.1.2.1.

  It is a bug.

  as mentioned above, you need to incorporate the dimension in the row or column.

  That works, but if you're trying to burst reports while you might have a problem.

  Add the dimension in a row or a column. References several lines of the columns with a column in the sink of this column with the POV. Then hide the row / column, so it does not appear so you basically get your POV concept. I connect this would be like a bug. I keep meaning to do it myself, but never seem to have time.

• Reports on EN with alias that is not the default alias

  In this application of Hyperion Planning, we use several alias tables. We have now for the purpose of reporting use the aliases that are not default ones. We use financial information for reporting purposes. My question is whether we have an option on EN to select a different alias than that which is by default one.

  Select the cell in the upper left corner of the grid. Property sheet on the right and choose general and select the table in the alias you want to use in your report.

• If the time in my computer shows 19:55 Feb 12 why health report shows two points (events) on February 13 in the last start of chart of the day

  I use 14.04.1 ubuntu lts. my version of firefox is 35.0.1 and what update it says that it is the last available.
  I fear that the health report shows activity on 13 February, when my computer is on 12 February at 20:00.
  is it posible that someone has control over my internet conection and the person is 5 hours of my time zone?
  or y at - it an explanation for this behavior of the report health firefox?

  I am downloading and the image of my screen where it shows my time in the top right of the screen and report on health with two events on Feb. 13.

• Accidental block and report as spam

  I accidentally blocked and reported as spam a request from a friend who has used an unfamiliar alias. Since then, I returned and accepted as a contact.

  My question is this - is there the consequences of my having flagged as spam? Was cancelled by my eventually accept them? I was wondering if I should report to Skype or something that I would not have caused a problem for my friend's account.

• Existing alias in Max

  I have an Agilent 34401 which is USB.  I assigned an alias in MAX.  When we swapped instrument for calibration, max found the new address of the USB.  But when I go to add the alias Max I get an error message saying Alias 'exist' and MAX will not save the configuration.

  I can't find where the existing aliases is to delete.  How can I remove it?  I have attached the report of MAX.

• Dumping Variables in the text file, separate from the TS report

  Hi all

  I know that I can probably do this in TestStand using LabView, however, which is not a luxury that I have.

  What I'm trying to do is, when a failure occurs, empty a specific set of information in a separate (probably text file) log file share the standard test report.  For example, I could be followed by some tampons or test State of the equipment in stationglobals, when a test fails, I want to empty the part of the overall station in a different newspaper, once again, apart from test report, is it possible?

  Looks like the closest thing to research through TS and the support forums, I found is to use ActiveX calls to maybe MS Word or Excel and generate something there?  I was expecting something a little simpler?

  Remarks

  If you call this method on an object alias, TestStand generates the stream using the object to which the alias refers. This method does not include the Subproperty alias objects in the stream. See IsAliasObject for more information on the alias objects.

  Parameters

  pathchaine String

  [In] Pass the path of the file to which to write the data of the object.

  objectName String

  [In] Pass the name to associate with the object.

  RWoptions Both

  [In] Pass 0 to specify the default behavior, or pass one or more constants of ReadWriteOptions . Use the bitwise OR operator to specify multiple read/write options.

  For example, to make a statement in a sequence with local variables, and run:

  Locals.Write (C:\\temp\\Locals.txt","Locals",0" ")

  This will generate a text file containing the values of the local variables. You can use it on any object, but you will probably need to ask with the options to get what you want.

• System configuration "Rename Alias" API isn't updated MAX

  If I run the 'nisyscfg.lvlib:Rename Alias.vi' the System Configuration API , I noticed that the new alias is NOT set to day/relfected Max in the tree of devices and Interfaces.

  I have confirmed that the Alias changes indeed via the API because constant browing of resources does VISA shows the new alias name.  I have also confirmed that the 'Name' MAX field points to the same data element that changes the API by going to MAX-> tools-> NI - VISA-> VISA Options-> General settings-> alias; the API and MAX are going to change this field.

  Is this a known bug? Is there a work around?  Pressing F5/Refresh, reboot MAX and even restarting the on-board controller has not fixed the problem.

  When you make the call to find Hardware.vi, I bet you limit the search to "ni-visa" in the setting of Experts. When you rename the devices, you change the NI-VISA alias alright. What you've done essentially modifies the view of VISA but not the rest of the architecture of NOR. So when you see the device in MAX, products OR use actually VISA as the mechanism of communication, even if NI-VISA see these devices and to report on them. Remember that different drivers may have different aliases storage locations; for instance, IVI is still somewhere else, you might have a different name for the resource.

  To change the alias for all the devices you see in MAX, you cannot limit the Experts involved in the query. The best way would be to create a filter that defines "Is the device" true, who spend in finding material instead. Then when you call Rename on these resources, it will have the desired effect.

• Users of 10.6 UCCX reports permissions

  UCCX: 10.6.1.11001 - 31

  We went just 8.5 to 10.6 UCCX just this weekend and I found out today from one of our supervisors to call center seeking CCX historical reports was not working. Then after searching online I find this program has been deprecated in favor of the Cisco Unified Intelligence...

  I seem to be able to login with my user id that is configured as a Director, Reporting user, supervisor, etc... However, everything that I click on it it said I don't have permissions. I get the same results when I log in with the administrator account on CCX.

  The only thing I seem to be able to do with the two accounts is the security > user list page. But, in both cases (* user in as the user) I see that the user I'm currently logged in as. And when I check the user and click on edit, all the 'Rôles' checkboxes are grayed out and is the only thing that I can change the text boxes for name, organization, E-mail, etc...

  So, how can I configure users have permissions to access Cisco Unified Intelligence to create & run reports because at the present time, not even the administrator can access these pages... ?

  Matt, since you upgraded to 8.5 to 10.6, I have a strong feeling that you hit the underside of default:

  Please note that you must enter same username you want should be the Super User CUIC three orders mentioned in the workaround of the defect. In an ideal situation, the CUIC Super user is the user of the Application created during installation and is also used to log in to the Cisco Unified Serviceability on UCCX page

  So let's say your Application user is admin then orders should be as below:

  run sql update mmca_propertydef set defaultvalue ='admin'where propertyname =' OAMP. Superuser"

  execute sql delete from cuic_data:cuicuser where name ='CUIC\admin' and id! = "1111111111111111111111111111AAAA".

  run sql update cuic_data:cuicuser set name ='CUIC\admin' where id = '1111111111111111111111111111AAAA '.

  After you run the workaround, restart the CUIC CLI services below

  Please note the above workaround must be done on the main server UCCX, but the services must be restarted on UCCX servers (in the case of HA)

• Greeting export/error report

  Hello - is there any tools that will allow me to run a report to show where goes the greeting of the error for all the subscribers/call managers? This unit supports several sites and I need to review where the wishes of the error is underway for each Subscriber and check that it is the correct site.

  In fact - here's a simple query that allows you to get most of what you want. Just open Explorer data binding (you find it in tools deposit on your desktop), and then select view | Query Builder. In the text of query generator, enter this:

  What shows is that the greeting of error for, say, my subscriber has an alias of TGuy4 is defined to be transferred to the openinggreeting. All my teammates are by default to go to the opening greeting, but alias, you will see different Manager in there.

  This shows all managers, not just those related to subscribers... managers Subscriber will begin with "Brand" in their aliases so that they should be easy to spot.

• How to change the login ID of Windows 8 from main account to the account alias?

  I waited 6 months for Microsoft to tell me how to change my Windows 8 login id that uses @hotmail.com for my @outlook.com alias.  Apparently, the only way to do it is to remove my @outlook.com account wait 30 days and then change my @hotmail account to @outlook.com.  It's absurd that I can not immediately change my primary connection to my alias id.   For example, I bought Windows 8 and used (deleted) as a new connectionid.   Later, I tried to change (removed) but only created and alias because of the terrible instructions from Microsoft.  No I want to finish with (deleted) and change my login (retired) id.  Does anyone have any sugguestions on what to do?
