Already paid for Muse... now I have to pay to download my site?

So, I already paid for Muse, but when I go to load my FTP host, I get an error message indicating that it is not available in the trial version. What the real hell is going on here? I spent months building a website for my business, and now I have to tell my boss that it will cost even more money just to launch direct.

Hello

It depends on your hosting plan. If you have hosted the site against the free site you get with creative cloud subscription, then e-mail service is not available. However, you can upgrade the site map if you want to use our e-mail service.

Kind regards

Aish
