Already redeemed redemption code
I bought a version teacher of the creative cloud via the software resources and Services (SRS) and received a redemption code. When I log on to the Adobe ID and enter the code, it says that it has already been used. No other information. I need to speak with a representative of Adobe to fix this problem, but can seem to get a real person. Someone at - it problems with this?
If resources of software and Services is not Adobe, then you need to talk to them, not Adobe.

Cannot redeem movie Code - 'already used.
I tried searching through similar issues (of which there are many)...
I bought a code for Jurassic world. However, it never downloaded (though I got the "iTunes Extras"). When I go to the iTunes Store, click on purchase and films - it shows "Nothing bought" (this despite the fact that I have several downloads via redemption codes).
So, my question is, how do I get my movie to download when iTunes says that the code is already redeemed?

Does show on the history of this account purchases: see your purchase history in iTunes store on Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

Redemption code has already been used
I am a student and received my code redemption for Adobe Creative Cloud. However, when I try to use the code after signing in, it indicates that the redemption code has already been used. I was in contact with technical support Adobe several times where they have installed and uninstalled CC and still without a bit of luck. Someone at - it other suggestions to redeem the code or if I install the application update the redemption code later.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Redemption codes used only once. The redemption code no longer has any purpose after he used only once. After using it once you have the subscription assigned to your account and should be able to sign to the creative cloud using your Adobe account information.

Hello! I am a fashion design student and my school offer us a wide range of Adobe programs. I asked the Redemption Code and I, but when I try to enter on behalf of the school know that this code has already been used however the Photoshop and Illustrator that I already have on my Mac do not work. Before you begin the school pack, I used a free version and so now I see that my free version is over but I can't use the pack of the school that gave me. How can I start using it?

- Sign in or sign up
- Enter your information
- Enter your redemption Code
- In the section to maintain your current membership enter billing information or click "remind me" to avoid entering billing information.

I do not know what operating system, you work on so I give you a few steps windows and MAC:
Windows:
In windows 7 go to the following location:
/ Windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
Mac:
1. click on 'Go' and navigate to/private/etc
2. open the 'hosts' file and departure for all entries for Adobe.com
3 remove the entries and save the file
4. try to launch again any product of CC
