Always asked for the serial no and other errors
I've been using Illustrator and Photoshop have been purchased and installed before I subsrcibed to creative cloud. Both have started giving me error messages and telling me to re - install. I tried to download them, got several errors. Finally Illustrator downloaded and installed, but then asked me my serial number rather than my creative cloud subscription info. Shouldn't I be bringing as applications of creative cloud with updates instead of purchasing function number? How can I get my previous software in the system of creative cloud? (By the way, it took three separate just downloads to get the installer to work...) I'm afraid that my Creative Suite system everything is screwed. Need help!

I you suggest garbage please Lightroom and then reinstall it from the following link: Install Photoshop Lightroom
As it is not recommended to install the Time Machine application.
Once that is done, then please go ahead and put in the serial number.

I bought a new computer and downloaded my lightroom 4 to it. When I installed the program it asked for my serial number and I charged it. Then he asked my previous serial number of my purchase of lightroom 3. Since I upgraded to lightroom 4 I don't have the serial number for the version 3. If you have Lightroom 3 is still installed, you can get it from there.
If you do not and you have your box/drive, it should be there.
IF you do not have one of the people, and you have registered your software, you can log in to your Adobe account and get it there.

I just installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC after using a trial version. When I open DC Pro, serial number validation is OK, but then it asks for an earlier version and the serial number. I have DC drive installed that I downloaded from the Web site of my school.
What you describe seems to indicate that you have purchased an upgrade, which requires you to prove that you are eligible indicating the old version and by providing its serial number.

OK guys, it's really terrible. Not only I wish never to store documents in any cloud where I do not hold encryption keys, but all that DC does not work properly. I had a completely released Acrobat desktop version which now no longer works. I'm stuck with this DC thing and now it says my trial is up and I have to pay for a subscription, or don't have acrobat more. It's not cool. I tried all the stuff you have online on how to activate the software through my CC account, but he asks just a serial number, even if I connect correctly.

LR5 keeps asking for the serial number, cc PS does not work...

I entered the photography program f and subscribed to CC for photography (LR5 + Photoshop). First, I installed Photoshop and the demo mode disappeared, perfect! A few weeks later (yesterday), I launched and installed LR 5 that I had downloaded to you same time PS, just kept on the zip file... After it is installed and upgraded to version 5.3, the demo mode is always on, continues to ask the serial number must be selected. I checked the address, the info on my account, the language on my CC adobe settings account (English value)... everything seems normal. I logged in and turned off several times.

When I open the software suite CS5 I am suddenly asked for the serial number?
A few years ago, I bought my Macbook Pro with CS5 Master Collection Suite installed and it has always worked very well. It is not based on a cloud. Week last Adobe Application Manager has started to open up and telling me to enter a serial number and say that I was in trial mode. I used my Photoshop to hundreds of times/days - he has never been in trial mode. He says now that I have zero days remaining. That's happened? I noticed that my other programs of the Suite are now set to 30 days.

I've never had a problem using basic Adobe on my Mac applications. I had this installed since 2012. Last night, when I try to go to Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or one of the Adobe based products the Adobe Application Manager continues on Popping up. Telling me that the trial is finished, I had to sign up to enter my serial number or to make the Trial Version. And I went through its phases by logging provided the serial number, but unfortunately his telling me I have the wrong info set. I've never updated all Adobe based products, I was still able to use this a week before that my mac is running IOS X.
My panic, I advanced and uninstalled all Adobe products based on my mac to start cleaning, but now that I install their back to get to the entry number series its telling me the error message even to provide the correct serial number. Can someone tell me what I else I could do, it's very discouraging to say the least.

As far as I know, it will not work with a Master Collection serial number... it need to install everything and enter the serial number once for all programs
In the end, you go in CS6 Update Manager and will find the option to tell him to NEVER check the updates and do updates once

Downloaded version COMPLETE but always asked for the previous issue as if it were an upgrade.
So I got the serial number for the standalone edition Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 students and teachers that I bought on the Adobe online store. After downloading, I received a serial number. When I installed the software and tried to activate using the provided serial number the pop-up box said that the number I provided me for a version upgrade and that I needed to provide the serial number of the previous installation. something I did not because I've ever owned before Lightroom.
Before you start, I was very careful in the choice of the FULL version, please see the image attached to the basket that clearly indicates that I bought the full version. In addition to the e-mail with the serial number gave no indication that I bought the upgrade version.
So my question is, how do I get a serial number not update that works with the software I have installed?
