  Hey all!  Last night I took Adobe sales on creative cloud, and most of the time all downloaded smoothly.  However, when I try to open the first Pro CC I get the loading icon, and then Windows appears with a message 'Adobe Premiere Pro CC has stopped working' and prompts me to close it.  This problem does not occur with any other software CC that I downloaded, only with the first.  I tried to restart but it did not help anything.

  Googling this issue didn't come with a lot of help either, so I was hoping to get solved here.  I use a laptop Windows 7 MSI, Core i7 and map of 660 M from nVidia.  The question closest to you, I found that someone else had, they should update their ATI drivers, but I have not seen all the information on this cause a problem with nVidia.

  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time. (lightroom is the exception because it is a product of multi platform, so it can be installed on the pc and mac platforms)

  To load the software on another computer, download and install it as you did on the first computer. Then enter your serial number to activate it.

  From what I read in a forum message, newer than 10.7 Mac must subscribe in the cloud instead of buy CS6... and someone with Win10 must also subscribe to the cloud for CS6 is not compatible (meaning that the seller will ask you your operating system and not sell you CS6 if she does not work on your computer...   If you subscribe to a SINGLE, as the first application only, it includes Media Encoder and Encore CS6. If you subscribe to CLOUD CREATIVE at the higher cost, you get all applications including After Effects.

  No, licenses are only valid for the version for which they are purchased.  CS6 license will work not for a CS4 product.

  You can open projects from versions with Premiere Pro, Yes. But I agree with Bob - make a copy of the project and open the copy. You won't be "up the Creek" if something goes wrong.

  It seems that your version is not the latest.

  Check help / about... what version it reads.

  It should be 2015. (9.2.0 build 41)

  Otherwise, please update your version via app updates... or cloud in respect of aid.

  Do you have other Adobe applications installed on your computer?

  Navigate to C: > Program Files > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and check if the Adobe Premiere pro CS5 folder is created with files stay inside?
