  I'm trying to analyze a signal voltage output of an analog accelerometer using Labview Full Development System.

  I have no Sound and Vibration Toolkit, I am new to Labview and also new for the treatment of the Signal and analysis. It would be useful if someone could tell me if I'm doing it wrong. (or right... )

  My goal is to identify the components of the vibration frequency.

  I enclose a file .doc showing the block-scheme of the code and sample readings I get. Could you please look and tell me if there is something wrong with the way I did?

  I have a little problem of frequency analysis.

  I have to analyze the vibrations of a device and captured at normal product signals

  a vibration using Laser and this in the but to just control of product quality

  (be able to just using the vibratory signal to tell if the device is defective or not...)

  Who has an idea of how I should proceed?

  SignalExpress does not natively support joint time frequency analysis.  However, check out the Sound and Vibration toolkit that expands the SignalExpress.  It can do what you want.

• design of software of vibration model

  Hi all

  I've struggled with design patterns with my market and stop the project work to develop software of vibration in the last 18 months and I've spent a lot of time on it. I have not nailed down something that I think really that easy to use.

  Basically, the main part of the software collects data from up to four channels DAQmx, performs a number of functions on it as splitting and filtering, FFT/FRF channel, then it returns the results in different plots. My active working version makes data acquisition and gathers all the parameters of a loop of producer and sends via a queue in a loop of consumption where everything is done the analysis and drawn graphics.

  It looks and feels clumsy and one of the biggest problems I found is organizing many controls many entries (40 +) on the FP (sampling and FFT settings for example) so that they can be used in all the different parts of the software and even passed through to the Save VI where they are registered as properties in the TDMS files. Another problem is that my sample time is usually up to 5s so normally all what he expects for this. While I can't avoid the sample time, I would like to be able to update my plots (ladders, entered data, etc.) more frequently.

  So, I'm here to ask Wizards of LabVIEW you how approach you this task - collect data, analyze data, current data and organize variables? I understand that this is a very broad question, but what I'm looking for is a little guidance on the controls/screws etc could go in loops (without using OOP, immediately) - an overview, so that I can take back control of my diagram - it is too big and cluttered up and my efforts to use variants to declutter slow things together.

  ICH möchte eine Maschine von Gerauschemissionen untersuchen. Dazu soll mit Hilfe der Norm DIN EN ISO 11201 der emissions-Schalldruckpegel altitute werden. ALS Messhard-und software are mir following components available:

  -LabVIEW 2010
  -Noise and Vibration Assistant 2010
  -Windows 7

  Material:
  -NI 9234 Messsystem mit NI USB-9162
  Condenser-Mikrofon
  -Laptop

  ICH möchte mit dem 'Sound and Vibration Assistant' ein Oktavspektrum bzw. Ein 1/3 - Oktavspektrum-> Terzspektrum aufnehmen. Dazu sind mir ein paar aufgekommen questions.

  -Laut Norm is die Messdauer bei measurements in 30s Oktav-Terzbandern fur Frequenzbander mit Mittenfrequenzen von 160 Hz low sowie für die 15s und Frequenzbander mit Mittenfrequenzen von 200 Hz und high.

  • Wenn ich alglemein eine measurement starte andert sich jede Sekunde bei einer sampling frequency von 51, 2 k und den zu lesenden 51, 2K das all Spektrum von samples. Also jede Sekunde ein neues result. Wenn ich also 30 Sekunden mass, means are dann, dass ich aus 30 results (Pro result ein entire Terzspektrum) den Mittelwert bilden kann bzw. muss?
  
  
  • Wie ich dann die unterschiedlichen Aufnahmedauer auf die Frequenzbander anwenden should? Should ich die highest frequency und niedrigste frequency q und dann der Zeit messen vorgegebenen correspondingly?

Oder ich aus den werten eine weitere Mittelung paper individual should?

• How can I integrate IPS into the Sound and Vibration Assistant 6.0?

  I found out how integrate time domain signals to m/s in S & V 6.0 Wizard, but not IPS.  I could scale the signal, but the axis labels will be wrong.  How can I integrate directly to the IPS of the entrance of G?  Also, is there a way to do the same thing for the analysis of frequency domain?

  In the audio wizard and vibration - step vibration level, use

  on the integration tab - select double integration and click export integrated signal

  Now you have a shift of signals in the right units.  Make a spectrum on that and you get a spectrum of integrated signal.

• Help with fft vibrations without using the package of noise and vibrations

  I'm looking for help in the analysis of vibrations. I use an example updated NI 9233 VI, to get a signal from the accelerometer for display using a FFT power spectrum. I'm not entirely sure if it works, because it's the first time I've ever done vibration analysis on LabView. So if you could explain a thing or two about vibrations or TFF, I'd be more than willing to hear from you. I have included my code along with a photo of an analysis of vibration of the computer, I work with. (even when I don't know if his work that I just thought it would be good to show an output)

  Hi Brandon,.

  You can use the FFT Complex (photo attached) to calculate the magnitude of the acceleration at different frequencies. You will need to take a little further to build a new waveform with this release, which includes d0, df and the output of the FFT. In order to calculate the df, please refer to the user manual on page 10-3. With respect to the scale that is output by the FFT, it must be same as input. Hope this helps to answer your questions.   How fast do you think the tree to turn to? The speed of switching module is able to pass to the 1uS extremely quickly. This means that you should be fine unless you are turning the tree at a ridiculously fast speed of approximately 600000 RPM.

  Regarding the reading of signals with the sound and vibration screw, you should be able to do this using the digital tachometer functions.

• More Sound and Vibration - Leq measurement?

  Hello

  I'm new to following Sound and Vibration and can't seem to find how to measure Leq. To clarify, I do not have LabView with this package, just the Sagno & Suite 2010. Currently, the only options are linear, exponential, maximum and equal trust (all found in the analysis of Octave SPL stage).

  Should I have LabView to perform a running Leq or Leq measurement?

• PhoneGap Mobile App - Vibration does not

  I created an application using the PhoneGap Desktop/Mobile App workflow, but I can't seem to get the plugin to vibration at work displaying my application through the application Mobile of PhoneGap using Android or iOS.

  I simplified it down to a simple onClick event of a button that should trigger a function call to vibrate the device using navigator.vibration (3000); but it does not work via the Mobile of PhoneGap application.

  If I use the CLI Cordova to add to the Android platform and then add the cordova-plugin-vibration plugin I can see the work of vibration using the emulator of the ripple. And it works when I build the application using the CLI too. But, I can't seem to do the Mobile of PhoneGap application reproduce this behavior. This may not seem like a huge problem, but I'm testing the features before that I teach this material to my students. Some of my students want to create games that exploit the vibration, and it is therefore important that they can test the operation of the vibration in their applications by using the Mobile of PhoneGap application.

  Any ideas?

  The config.xml file that generates the PhoneGap Developer app includes:

  • I am able to successfully use the PhoneGap Desktop App / combo app Developer to vibrate my device. I use:

  Navigator.VIBRATE (300);

  Of course, make sure that the deviceready event expected before using the API.

  • The app developer PhoneGap - as great as it is - replica not perfectly the environment receives a built application. Do not assume that what works and does not work in the application of the developer are what really happens when you build and run your application for real. You've already met such a difference: no file config.xml, the analysis is performed by the app Developer PG [that I can see] - as such, your efforts to change it will not result in a change in behavior.

  I see that you can not save scans after updating to Mac OS Sierra. I would make sure I can save analysis too, I do a lot of scanning on my Mac. Let's work together and get this problem is resolved.

  I suggest to use macOS Sierra: update or change the printer software, more precisely, that these sections:
  
  

  Most printers are compatible with Mac OS. When you add a printer, Mac OS automatically uses AirPrint to connect to the printer or the printer software downloads (also called a printer driver).

  If you can not use a printer that is already added, or you see not the options you want in the print dialog box, you can add the printer again with different or software to print settings different.

  Add your printer with different parameters

  1. Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, and then click Printers and scanners.

  2. Select your printer from the list, and then click the button Delete .

  3. Click on the button Add and if a context menu appears, choose Add a printer or a Scanner.

     A dialog box is displayed that lists all Hello, IP, printers directory shared, and open on your local network. It may take a minute or two for your printer to appear.

  As you have noticed that the restart is only a temporary solution, I would recommend that you restore your iPhone using iTunes. Before doing this, it is strongly recommended that you back up your iPhone using the instructions here:
