Anatel Sony wireless mouse connects erratically with cursor. The battery life is very good. The cursor problem also seems to be making the top and down arrows on my wired keyboard. When the cursor is engaged the arrows will work. When the cursor does not connect correctly the arrows do not work. The surace the mouse is on doesn't seem to be a factor.

  • Track issues with the Wireless Mouse 5000 bought with Wireless Comfort Desktop 5000...

Just bought a Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse (Wireless Comfort Desktop 5000). For some reason any mouse is pointing upwards and is not followed correctly. What seems to be the case after a few minutes of use tracking becomes unstable and it feels like the mouse pointer is delayed and begins to jump around the screen. It is even more evident when I start trying to drag windows around the office and if I drag too fast it starts to "hiccup" (best I can describe it) and it seems to miss a few frames per second that I am dragging to the desktop. I noticed in games, especially the FPS, quick turns because of the mouse to lose track, and a second, I'm facing forward and the other second I'm back, with no apparent transition between the two. I tried to disable the accuracy monitoring, but to no avail... For any help or suggestion would be appreciated...

I use Windows 7 Professional and have no such problems with 8 year old Logitech wireless mouse, this keyboard is replacement.

I know this is an old thread, but I can see nowear where the problem has been resolved.  I have a Logitech wireless mouse on my laptop and a thread on my desk, both had the same problem. The problem has been solved for me using just a mouse pad, no problem since! This answer may be there somewhere but I didn't fall on it even from Microsoft (surprise). Incidentally, my mousepad is often a sheet of A4 paper on a clip board. If someone actually reads this please let me know if it was any help.

  • Microsoft 5000 wireless mouse does, even with new batteries

My wireless mouse was running perfectly for a while, and then for a few days the wheel flickered red (no message on the screen). He then stopped working all together. I replaced the batteries, but it not - light at all! No lights or anything like that. Meanwhile, the keyboard still works perfectly.

16 March 2015 it is today and I was able to find the problem (at least for me).

Remove the two batteries and then re-install.

Apparently when replace you them one at a time, the system becomes confused or something (I don't know, as I'm not an engineer). If you get them both at the same time and * then * begin replacing them, it seems to work fine.

    Weird, I know.

  • Experiences over seven years with the battery life in laptop computers Tecra

Seven years ago, I bought a Tecra 780DVD, five years ago a Tecra 8100 and two years ago a Tecra S1. They re all still in regular use and I ve used now six packs of lithium ion batteries. My experience suggests that these four guidelines are worth observing:

    1. it is preferable to the hibernation and remove the battery if the laptop will be inactive for more than 2 or 3 days.
2 operating time vary a lot between the samples of battery even with the same operating conditions.
3 leave the charger plugged in with the full light on doesn't seem to hurt (despite some of the recommendations).
    4. better is not the first time, that it is unable to charge the battery of junk. The trick described below may reset the battery and get more useful life out of it.

Tecras see the end of battery life by battery light flashes orange or stay off when you try to reload. Last week when I returned from vacation what happened the 780 (now the WiFi print server) and I felt like déjà vu because all 4 batteries (three on the 780) and the other on the 8100 that I ve had previously fail expired the same way they failed to charge after 7 to 14 days of hibernation with the battery left in. In my view, that it can hardly be a coincidence.

I still had another 780 old farm and an old battery for 8100 that both failed about two years ago I did some tests. The batteries two 780 showed 10-11 volts on a voltmeter, but when I put them in the laptop and plugged in the charger, the led load always flashed. However, when I plugged the laptop battery already started the grid only, the hanging lamp orange and after an hour or two went green.

I think this shock treatment can have done in battery electronics forget they were supposed to be dead. Anyway, I did with all three batteries and then ran to see how long d last. The results were:

    (1) the 780 battery failed last week (after 36 months used) can now run the laptop for an hour.
    (2) the 8100 battery (with the active service of 16 months, but 'believed dead' for two years) will now run for 10 minutes or more.
    (3) the 780 battery believed dead for two years (after 19 months used) appears to load but t does not work the laptop. Half of the battery ended up hot and half cold, so now I guess that it s really dead.

Hoping others will compare notes, I've summarized below how long my battery packs lasted before they refused to pay more.

    Tecra780DVD:
Original battery: 30 months (discarded too soon. Might have gotten more if I had tried to trick reset).
First replacement: 19 months (stored for two years, after which reset didn't work).
Second alternative: 36 months (after reset now works for an hour).

    Tecra 8100:
Original battery: 16 months (stored for 2 years. After reset now lasts 10 minutes).
First replacement: 41 months and always well run.

    Tecra S1:
Original battery: 29 months and always well run.

All are genuine Toshiba and operating conditions are quite similar for all. Laptops tend to run 4-8 hours per day with the charger plugged and maybe half an hour on battery only. Sometimes we forget and the charger remains connected all night.

I m now wish I d tried the trick of reset on all batteries as soon as they failed, but at least I seem to have rescued two batteries. Even a moment of execution as short as 10 min is useful on a laptop that s especially power sector. It protects against power failure and you can keep your battery in the fridge until you need it for a trip.

  • the 1000 mobile wireless mouse scrolling problem

    Hello everyone.

Recently, I bought a 1000 wireless mobile mouse to work with my laptop. I very often work in Netbeans (7.0). As OS, I have windows 7 ultimate 64B.

I have a problem with scrolling wheel. In windows Explorer, Commander total and other applications, it works fine. But in Netbeans does'nt works as it should.

To scroll the value default 3 rows of scrolling instead of the one step of scroll whell I have to scroll ~ 10 steps and very fast speed. :(.

This is a big drawback. Any ideas to fix this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

If you have the problem of scrolling with a single program is Netbeans 7.0, this could be a possible bug.

There could be some applications that do not support the features of fledge full of some of the equipment.

I also suggest that you connect a different mouse (USB) and check if you have any questions scrolling with these applications.

This will help to understand if it's bug or is related to the wireless mouse

  • One month battery life MS Wireless 4000 mouse Mobile

I bought this mouse a few months ago and use it daily.  I am very happy with the performance, but not with the battery life.

I have to replace the battery every month, almost to the day.

The mouse is mainly used with my desktop system, also in my web development work and general use.  I believe my use active 8 hours a day, but my systems are constantly lit.

I used the new brand name alkaline batteries (Energizer, Duracell) and the last 2 months, the batteries to the Energizer Lithium, with no difference.

It is impossible for me to turn the mouse over and out all day.

Packaging claims up to 10 months of battery life - of course, I'm not anywhere near that.

I have the latest intellipoint drivers and otherwise my Win 7/64 system is up to date.

You have any ideas why I have this problem, and what I might be able to do about it?

Thanks in advance: as I said, I love the mouse, but the cost of battery alive to eat me!

Have you tried to contact MS support it exchanged or replaced? How about the place you bought it? I had a few wireless mouse and all their batteries have lasted more than a month, but only lasted as long as 10 months. I have a MS Natural Wireless Laser 6000 last 6 months, almost to the day. But my Logitech V470 Bluetooth Notebook Mouse batteries last about 4 months and it stopped immediately.
I think you have a faulty mouse, but I don't know that your merchant nor Microsoft would take my word for it :-)

  • battery life mobile mouse 3500

I have a 3500 mobile wireless mouse and the battery life is only about 3-4 weeks and I am using batteries alkaline energizer. The package of advertising up to 9 months. I use the computer about 8 hours per day and I closed the mouse off when I'm not using it. What is happening with this battery life? Don't I have a defective mouse?

No, this is the maximum lifetime of the battery. 2500mAh rechargeable long-life batteries should give you this figure 9 months, or near him.

  • Problem with my laptop battery life

Hey owners of Toshiba! Is anyone having problems with their battery life? My laptop does not work as long as it should! Or so it seems. Any ideas what could be the problem? What is the machine?

Try to let the battery discharge completely before recharging it. When you decide to use the power of the battery, remove the power adapter when the battery is fully charged and running on battery power until this that completely discharged and not only for 10 minutes, for example

  • Problems with wireless mouse when laptop computer HDMI is connected to a TV

I have a HP Pavilion G series laptop PC, when I connect to the TV using the VGA interface I have no problem, when I connect to the TV via the HDMI so I have the problem. I use a Microsoft 2.4 ghz wireless mouse, laptop connected to an electrical outlet, new batteries in the mouse, if I move the mouse more than 1 foot of the tower top it becomes useless, erratic, moves 6 inches at a time, or not at all, totally out of control. The laptop is about 2 feet from the TV due to the length of the HDMI cable, and I am sitting about 12 feet out in front of the TV with the mouse. As I know, no problem if I find the mouse in 1 foot from the laptop and no problems even at 12 feet awy using the VGA interface. Production of mouse says that the mouse has a range of more than 20 feet. Someone has an idea of what might happen? Last note, I also lookes to the use of the processor at the time and it is only 8%. The mouse model number is 3500.

    Hello said,

Thanks for the reply.  I'm glad that you were able to solve the problem by replacing the mouse.

    Good luck!

I got it fixed. I replaced the HDMI cable, no change, I tried another TV, no change, I moved the feet 12 laptop away from the TV, no change, bought a Logictech M315 mouse, same technology as the MS3500 and everything's fine. Does a lot for the MS3500 mouse.

  • 8 flow HP will connect with wireless mouse

I'm 8 HP flow. I need to get a wireless mice for my (Windows 8.1) Tablet PC for an upcoming event.

First of all, I need to know if the 8 workflow HP will work with a mouse and display (the mouse pointer) on the computer screen.

Second, I need to know what kind of mouse will work with it (Bluetooth, wireless, wired, other).

And finally, how do I connect the mouse with my Tablet PC.

Thanks in advance for your help,
    John W

I have 8 HP flow, recently I bought HP T800 Bluetooth Keyboard box. The only thing that was missing was the mouse. I tried to use the usb wireless mouse, but used only available for the receiver usb micro usb port mouse.

The best solution for this is to buy the bluetooth mouse wireless, available with HP and Logitech M557.
