Animated image affected by a mask

I am trying to mask an image in Adobe Premiere so that it becomes transparent and you can see only a square of it.

What I did: I placed a background image on the video track 1, front image on the video track 2, and I imported a mask image on the video track 3.

Then I applied the effect 'Matt track touch' to the image before (track 2) and chose the image of the mask as a cache in the options of controlling effects.

My problem: I want to change the position and scale of the before image along the timeline with the mask in the same position and scale, in order to simulate a moving inside a square image and showing around the background image; but when I try to zoom in or move the image before the masking moves also, ruining the effect.

Question: Is possible to produce a masking in a way that, when changing the position or scale of the affected image (image before on track 2), masking area will remain in the same position of the display and the scale as in the original? How to do this?

Thank you

The animation may not be in the same timeline, it has be nested:

first animate.

then the nest.

and finally add the mask to the sequence embedded in the main timeline.

in this order, it should work.

  • Paste an image into a layer mask does not work even after several approaches

    I can't paste an image into a layer mask. I tried to keep 'option' by clicking on the layer mask (to activate the white), then "Control + V" to paste the image but it still places the image in a new layer. I tried to paste through the Palette layers without success (pasta in a new layer). I tried to use past special from the Edit menu, but the past command is grayed out. Any ideas for why it does not work for me?

    The image below shows the result after I imported a Word file into a trial version of RoboHelp 2015 and then sent to a sensitive HTML file.

    Your help would be very appreciated.

  • Changes to the selection without affecting the layer mask

    Hello

    I've hidden an image selection using the lasso tool. Added an adjustment layer (exhibition) and reduced the exposure. And then refined at the edge. Any fine. I add the layer to selection, and then click change the mask with the lasso to add and subtract the mask tool. I change the setting - raise or lower the exposure - but only the previous selection is affected - even if the framing box clearly shows the changes made to the selection.

    I need to create a new layer of setting each time so that it can work properly.

    Is - this usual? I thought that one could just edit the mask and then changes are applied automatically?

    Thank you

    Jez

    When you have a selection and create an adjustment layer, selection is enabled in the mask, so there is no longer a choice. By clicking on add a new selection to the selection at this point to this fact and does not add to the mask. You must use this selection and add fill it with white, black or a shade of gray that will then be used to request that the amount of the correction of the adjustment layer. If you want two different settings with different selections, then you will need to make two different adjustment layers.

  • 2D to have rounded images affect?

    Hi illustrators.

    I have a handful of 2D images that I would have a rounded affect with.  It will probably also have room a reflection or dyed.  Works of features of Illustrator and for this & provide a quick synposis of use.

    Also, I try to match the colors in this image, but can't find quite the same shades of these color images.

    Here is an example.

    Thank you

    When you say "rounded", I assume you mean cylindrical shade? In your example, it's all just linear graduated fills. See the online help.

    Although very well for the simple graphic style of information in your example, note that this conical object is not at all convincing because graduation does not taper toward the small end of the cone. (Example of why I have argued for years that one of the most necessary aspects of grad fills in basic vector drawing programs would be the one that allows to taper in a fast and easy way.) When the types provided graduates are insufficient (in Illustrator CS3 and earlier versions, they are extraordinarily limited to center-based linear and radial) for the rendered form, generally used mixtures.

    Be aware that paths with fills Grad can be mixed. This often overlooked approach can often produce more 'developed' and more compelling and interesting shading in short order.

    MeshGrads are useful for realistic rendering of less geometrically uniform forms (more random or 'organic'). The compromise is unbearable boredom in a very heavy interface.

    Metallic luster is usually a question of wisely adding more stops and changes of color in the grads (any type). Realism can be strengthened by the development of reflections made in the form of translucent objects or opacity masks. But be aware that once you introduce tansparency, you're requiring pixelation on output.

    Instructions for the use of all of the above features are in the online help. It would be ridiculous to try to write instructions explicitly for a general question, because each case of illustration is different. In addition, it would be just a review of the documentation provided. The overall methodology to convince rendering 2D is:

    1. Learn the basics of using the tools provided in the documentation provided.
    2. Try to explore fully their capabilities, limitations, and issues warnings.
    3. STUDYING the topic you want to draw. Attention to what 'hard' as things reflection, transparency, etc., who are really in the sense of a 2D image. (Current example: people worry endlessly about chrome until they finally come to realize that chrome is little more than a distorted image of the nearbyobject.)
    4. Use what you know now what each tool can do, to create a stack of paths that combine to produce a convincing enough.
    5. Always strive for elegance: the more desired effect with simpler construction. Don't not too complicated in an effort to "force" the effect that you want to display.

    Consider now that the steps above are really the same as those followed in any graphics medium (watercolor, chalk, oil, you-name-it). You explore the behaviors of the medium and work relying on their strong points while avoiding their limitations. Like you, work and practice , you become more competent and your results become more original, more enjoyable and less work. It is too easy and too common to assume in the software development process that there is a wham-bam, instant-gratification 'trick' to all that you might need to draw (or should have). Don't look for it. Looking for features would we apply relatively simple, which can be exploited in an elegant way with the most versatility.

    One other common falacy: continually force you to get out of the mental support everything you put on the page must be a permanent part of the work. Draw temporary paths frequently to help reference and correct geometric construction. Example: If you have some difficulties to see that a particular form of highlighting should look like, 3D effect allows to extrude or revolve a basic form and study the highlights and shadows in the result. Then that imitate the use of mixtures and ordinary 2D graduates.

  • Animated images in place when loading new QML file

    I noticed that when I insert new QML files, the images Animate into place.

    For example, if the screen contains an image at the position X, Y, and width W and height H, then the image becomes visible at the point of coordinates 0,0-0 width and height 0 and anime then in place by flying over to the X, Y coordinates and more in addition to being finally width W and height H.

    If I then click on the 'Back' button and enter this QML screen a second time, it does not animate.

    This implicit animation is intended?  While the implicit animations are pretty amazing and a great tool to have, it seems intuitive to the use of screens animations implicit when they are first loaded. It creates a rather unpleasant company and Visual distraction when loading screen.

    I thought that I could disable it by adding the following to the ImageView controls:

                    attachedObjects: [
                        ImplicitAnimationController {
                            enabled: false
                        }
                    ]

    ... but they are always animate.

    Thank you

  • Doubt animation image

    Hello

    I need to use the animation on some images in my screen. It's like, I have about 4 images on one another on my home screen.  I need to show a fade in/out animation on the images. I went through the tutorial animation. My code goes here

    ImageView {
                    imageSource: "asset:///images/slide768x464.png"
                    id: slide1

                        animations: [
                            FadeTransition {
                                id: animation
                                fromOpacity: 0
                                toOpacity: 1
                                delay: 0
                                duration: 3000
                                easingCurve:StockCurve.QuadraticInOut
                                repeatCount: 50
                            }
                        ]

                    }
                ImageView {
                        imageSource: "asset:///images/home-image-slider-3.jpg"
                        animations: [
                            FadeTransition {
                                id: animation2
                                fromOpacity: 0
                                toOpacity: 1
                                delay: 0
                                duration: 3000
                                easingCurve: StockCurve.QuadraticInOut
                                repeatCount: 50

                            }
                        ]

                    }

    onCreationCompleted: {
            animation2.play();
            animation2.play()
    }

    But now two animations happen together, I want my first image to be eliminated then the following to come. In addition, the repeated count can be set to 'Forever '?  I could see that only a few precise values are allowed for this. I need to show the animation always.

    Could someone...

    Have 'Animation1"game onCreationCompleted. Then get a signal inside this animation called onEnded: {} to play "Animation2. Inside of 'Animation2' have the same signal onEnded play 'Animation1' to create an infinite loop of their reading.
