  I'm writing a paper in the Chicago style and need of a title page. But there may be a page number on the title page and I need the rest of the numbered pages. So I have two questions.

  1.) how to start the number of pages on the second page?

  (2.) how to change the header/footer of one page to another since each time you type in a header/footer it changes all headers and footers?

  Thanks to anyone who has a solution because I'm going crazy trying to figure this out. I can't find someone with this problem on the most recent update of Pages.

  To start your page numbers on the second page, you will need to insert a new section before your first page. This new section will be your title without inserted page number page. The next section, which you already, will start with page number 1. The following steps have been tested with v5.6.2 Pages on El Capitan 10.11.4.

  Steps to follow:

  1. Menu display: display Page thumbnails.
  2. Click on the first thumbnail (which is a section) and then insert menu: Section.
     1. A new empty section will be filed at the end of the Gallery of thumbnails.
        1. Click and drag this thumbnail blank before your first thumbnail of the article. When the existing thumbnails, drag down, release your new article. It will be the first tile.
        2. Place your document on the new empty section title
        3. No page number in the first section.
     2. Click on the word "Document" in the toolbar and select the tab of the Section.
        1. Check Hide on the first page of the article if you want to remove the header and footer only on the title section.
        2. There is no previous section, so we can leave it unchecked.
  3. Click on your second tile. A yellow border also indicates that it is your second section.
     1. In the Document: Section tab, select start at 1 for your page numbering.
     2. The header/footer checkboxes are disabled.

  Break the problem into small steps:

  Step 1. All separators (periods and asterisks) convert the asterisks.

  Formula in B2 (fill down)

  = SUBSTITUTE(A2,".","*")

  Step 2. Find the position of an asterisk in each cell.

  Formula in C2 (fill down)

  = FIND("*",B2)

  Step 3. Extract everything to the right of the asterisk.

  Formula in D2 (fill down)

  = RIGHT (B2, LEN (B2) −C2)

  Step 4. Convert the text to numbers re using the VALUE function.

  Formula in E2 (fill down)

  VALUE = (D2)

  This table has a header row and footer of the line, so the SUM in E9 apply to all cells in the body.

• Table with fixed header and the left column

  I created a table in my application with the fixed left column (left most column is fixed and remaining columns are scrolling from left to right). is it possible to create a table with fixed position and fixed left column?

  Suppose there are 50 rows and 10 columns in my paintings, and only 3 columns and 15 rows are visiable on the screen

  (1) when the user scroll left to right left only most of the columns must be fixed. Remaining cap of the table and column scroll left to right and vice versa. also

  Approach using TablelayoutManager display single cells and scrolling would be cell at a time.  And Yes, you will need to override navigationMovement and n of methods appropriate TouchEvent your TableLayoutManager so that he knows when to fill the cells.

  Another alternative is to have four managers, we don't the the upper left corner (the dead angle), one to make the top row (column headings), one to make the left column (row headings), and the other to do the rest (data).  Place all these in a delicate header and line manager.  Only allow the user to scroll the data part.  Have the difficult Manager to listen the scroll events.  Then have the wily Manager add and remove the dummy column and header line managers as appropriate.  Note that these topic fields would not good passes, they would be either there or they would not be displayed. That would give you your 1/2 a scroll of the cell.  And you wouldn't have to substitute anything to detect movement, you would have left the listener do scrolling for you.

  Please make sure that the bodyVertical domain manager must have vertical scrolling enabled)

  The only available version is DC. You can purchase a permanent license or subscription, which includes future updates. You are at least 7 years too late for a reduced price upgrade.

  I recommend that you use the fi free trial CD on ANOTHER COMPUTER to see if the problem is corrected. Once you uninstall 7 you will be NEVER BE ABLE TO REINSTALL.

  I work with an application that consists of other small applications to simplify development. The transition from one application to another is transparent to the user.

  How do I make the header and footer items load faster in Adobe Muse? I'm hosting with Business Catalyst. Everything else loads almost immediately on my web page, but my header and footer graphics-wood grain photo taken nearly 10 seconds to load and almost a minute to load on mobile devices.

  So, my menu isn't loading correctly on other devices of peoples. On my lap top of page, everything looks good, but on other devices of peoples, the text in my menus load only to half way? -only shows half of the text.

  It seems to be a problem with the font you used.

  You used fonts of bubble- and if you check this font in Google Chrome it is cut and if you check in Firefox, it is.

  Have you tried to use the Touch Up text for each of your problems?  Touch Up text won't work automatically, but you can use it to manually change the existing text in the page.  Not sure about plugins that eliminate the headers/footers, although there could be a way in Acrobat help files that show you how to prevent it from automatically integrate web browsers on the converted HTML pages.

  Try these approaches and see if it works.

  1. in the header Section, page footer you shell header and add a Portlet header. This JSP file associated header Portlet will be all static content in the upper part.   The page header section to add text to the #HEAD # substitution token in your page template. It is usually inside the html HEAD section and therefore only for things like javascript and style sheets.

  To get the text above and below your report, you can simply use regions, regions of PL/SQL, etc. Place them above and below your report or find/create special areas for them inside your page template (for example, #REGION_POSITION_01 #, #REGION_POSITION_02 #, etc.). None of these options will create a word header or footer. If you would like the header and the footer in MS Word header/footer, then I have a few suggestions untested research below.

  MS Word has its own special style and formatting. You can export a sample page with word data, add your footer and header in Word, and then save the Word document to HTML to see what he did. The header and footer be saved as pointers to other html files. You could try to use the word of markup in an Apex model or maybe a region of PL/SQL.

  Another option is to use WordML. Because this would require to replace HTML with WordML, you would need to create special templates for each model used by the page. Even in this case there may be things inside the Apex which HTML that you cannot configure output.

  Another option would be to incorporate some vbscript that adds your header and footer to the page he. If the user opens your page in Word and allows the execution of the script he would add these formatting options.
