  You can find this a bit tedious if you have generated voices for an entire course and the client decides they want another voice.

  You can manage the voice through the window 'Management of the speeches', Cp8, click the Audio Menu and select the speech management.

  Inside this window, there is a drop-down list titled 'Speech Agent.'

  Make sure that you replace 'MIcrosoft Anna' voices TTS custom downloadable for Captivate.

  

• The voicemail icon stays on

  I have no message, but the icon remains lit. I contacted the agent of motorola, they said call sprint. Sprint, I called and they have did a reset and still. I even did a factory reset, but it comes right back.

  I can go to manage applications/phone and deleted the data, it will then disappear, but reappear then less than a minute. I Googled it and did send it another voice message and delete it, there is still and the clear right of the notification bar button does not appear for her.

However, today I tried to connect a microphone to the computer, the software noticed, muted the internal speakers, but it is there no sound in headphones whatever I do.   Are you sure you checked all necessary settings?

  I m not Satellite A200 owner but I have a similar Satellite A series and I installed the two OS (Vista & XP) on my HARD drive.

  Of my knowledge you should check the settings of the sound options & audio different microphone.
  In Control Panel, you will find the Sound & audio devices. Choose it!
  Then select the Audio tab.

  That could be sound recording of area that provides information on possible devices for sound recording.
  First of all, you should check if the Volume settings are defined at a higher level.
  Then check if a right device has been selected (in my case it s a Realtek HD audio input).

  Tab another voice (almost), you can test the record too much voice. This could be very useful to check if the microphone is working correctly

• What are these buttons slide Note?

  Hello group,

  I have a few questions about Adobe Captivate 8 and it's characteristic of Notes slide.

  What are the buttons in the Notes slide? I am attaching a screenshot to give an example of screen.

  Am I correct when I say:

  • Captivate 8 automatically updates the text to speech on my calendar once that I update through slide Notes / Text to Speech / generate Audio?
  • Captivate 8 will automatically make a new audio file from the library which is replaced the previous audio file that was in the timeline panel.

  Question:

  • I can add another voice to the Same Timeline by the slide Notes, or must it be in a new slide?
  • How many of you use speech synthesis VoiceTEXT editor which is bundled with Captivate 8? I just learn about it and it seems pretty interesting.

  Just a partial answer: you can choose another voice for every sentence, in the speech dialog box. When annotations to the slides that are intended to be used for TTS change, the "Text-to-speech" button displays an asterisk like in your screenshot, you can use it to go in this dialog box, select the phrases you are looking for another voice and Audio to generate again.

  Box over to the right (global or individual by note) is for TTS, one in the centre is for CC to the slide audio, left most is for CC on video.

  I rarely use the TTS, if I change, I'd much rather to capture a true VO myself.

• Why can't easily get us a paid receipt?  NOT the same thing as a Bill.

  I add another voice to those who talk about this problem on various forums.  By our State regulations, we must provide a receipt paid with our credit card records that show what we paid and the fact that he has been paid ($0 balance).  Usually not a problem.  Go to my account, easy to find place to print an invoice, but which shows the balance remaining, as if not yet paid.  Looked and looked for a paid receipt, but no luck.  Searched the site, searched the forums but only found a lot of other people with the same problem but no resolution.

  Dear Adobe, for many of us, if not all, an invoice is NOT the same as a paid receipt.

  This seems to be the crux of the problem.  Once I'm finally connected to someone on the live chat, which finally sent me for something that I could print but contained no information about what was bought and did not show a balance, I answered with this support:

  Sorry [sic] that there is no option to send invoices by email now and you need to login to your account to download the invoice.

  We will take your comments and let our team know your frustration.

  2. once sign you in, click on your name in the navigation bar, and then click on manage the account.

  3. According to the Plan & amp; Products section, click on manage the Plan.

  4. plan details, payment details and billing history are listed on this page. To print the invoice, click Print next to the invoice.

  5. click on the print of the PDF Viewer icon or choose file & gt; Print in the browser to print the invoice.

  Throughout the day I can print invoices with ease.  This isn't what I need or what I asked.

  If someone knows a secret path to paid upon receipt, despite these difficulties, please share it.  Otherwise, if someone from Adobe is reading this, please try to understand what the real problem is and pass it along to the need.

• 'Read aloud' does not not with Adobe Reader XI

  I'm having the same problem to start the function "Read Out Loud" on Adobe Reader XI that many others have reported.  I have the latest version of the reader XI, I run on Windows 7, all the other texts to voice features work OK (for example, the voice "text-to-speech" test windows works fine).

  I tried all the 'simple' patches that have been proposed on the Adobe community forums.  I tried to uncheck the setting "Enable Protected Mode at startup" in the preferences.  As many others have pointed out, this is not the problem for me.  I had been using the "Read Out Loud" functionality successfully on another PC (under Adobe Reader X and Windows 7), so I'm familiar with it and I was running it properly.

  On my PC, the 'Read Out Loud' function seems to work, but there is no sound.  All audio functions work normally for my other programs. First, I click "Activate Read Out Loud", and then "read to end of Document."  I can then click on parts of the text and the text is surrounded by a box that says "Read Out Loud" works, but no sound is produced.  I work with PDF files that are not images, the "Read Out Loud" function works perfectly with these PDFs on other PCs.

  So I have poured a lot of time on this problem and have exhausted all of the 'simple' patches offered on this forum (which did not work for other users, whether, who say they have renounced player and moved on to other software).  This is a known problem that has been reported by many other users - you really tackle an update or at least a clear set of instructions that will correct the problem.  "Read Out Loud" is a very useful feature, I would like to continue using it with the player.  I know there is another text to voice software, but there are a few ffeatures player I like and I want to continue using it if a fix is available.

  Any help on this would be appreciated.  Thank you.

  I struggled with this problem since my system recently updated to windows 10. I tried a number of things, the repair function Inc. for adobe. Nothing helps. I just read your post and hey presto, I chose another voice (which apparently I had not tried before - and this function took only). So useful.

• Gone bridge Tigertailz

  First time writer here.  Hello everyone.  I read messages and this seems to be real good reputation a, quid, most of all the useful forum.  I mean dag you know guys it down to the code.  I'm not advanced but I know some things.

  I had a horrible experience this past week.  I was along the Bridge Cs4 in and out of Adobe Camera Raw by applying parameters to about 300 images at a wedding.  Then when I went to the batch rename them in hell Bridge all broke loose!  Images shot on the side, some went elsewhere overexposed and some went to the title.  I also lost ratings on about 50 images.

  I edited the again.  Went to rename the lot as them and he did so worse before.  This time that I couldn't even use sort by creation date or sort by file name.  All of the images so it would be one out of sequence.  The real time that the photo was created was extinguished at least 2 hours.

  It seems to me the. The XMP files has crossed or mixed.  But I'm not sure.  Then after I got everything that it held up to a point where I could use the Image Processor to convert to .jpg for the copy of brides, some of the resulting images (when the entire file was opened in bridge) had some treatment on them that I didn't not make Camera raw.

  I should add that I just changed them both. NEF and. Cr2 files in a folder.  I have the feeling that these 2 different formats can have each other metadata somehow corrupted.  But it's all speculation, because I am not yet wiser.

  I have lost confidence in what I do and am afraid to open all the files in the bridge in fear of what they may also be mixed.  What can happen and what is my next move?

  Resettlement is a last resort and the fact that if you have problems with the bridge which cannot be remidied by other methods.  I don't think you're anywhere near that point.  If you have any problems with this new you might consider resetting preferences, but you say that you set as you like at the moment.  I ususally say if it worked before and doesn't now then reset preferences (hold down the CTRL key and launch Bridge). This resets the default program and cache purges.

  But once again not course, you must do so because this may have been a time thing.  Certainly not an expert, just another voice, but think that your problem is related to the cache and the xmp files.   To put your mind at ease can pull a few RAW test images and change them as you did before and see if it works OK.

  It was the option '4' to respond to voice mail with a voice message, but no luck. I also tired of "44" to call the Subscriber back, no chance.

  Has it been replaced by Live recording? or I do something wrong?

  couple here things.

  Simple answer (4) is always void messages. Period.

  Live webcam response (44) can be lit in the COS.

  Neither is offered if the message is not labeled from another Subscriber. So I guess that the voice message from an external caller.

• Dealing with purge of one voice channel to another Podcast. Chaining aside?

  I recorded a podcast with a new audio kit episode. 2 dynamic microphones in a blender, recorded on hearing CC via USB with a microphone on each channel.

  Now I'm editing it I found that a speaker, Mark, is quite much stronger than the other, Ben, and Mark can be "heard" by Ben's mic.

  CH 1 - Mark speaking loud and clear the voices.

  CH 2 - voice gentler Ben. Crosstalk between Ch 1 is quite noticeable.

  As a result, purge of Mark in Ch 2 creates an embarrassing mixture echo when he speaks, and Ben is not. If I solo Ch 1/Mark, her voice is nice and crisp with no echo. When Ben talks to himself, the mixture is also nice and crispy because it is not strong enough in the room to mic effect mark.

  What is a good way to deal with this? I played a bit with chaining aside some dynamics processing (I'm totally new to side-chaining). It is 'ok', but it's a bit hit and Miss, in some cases when Mark and Ben call string active side Marc Ben DP, cut him too.

  That explained everything well? Hard to explain something when I don't know the terminology to explain it is!

  I guess every studio with 2 people or more on pickups in the same room must have this problem of "purge". How he usually treats? Next time I record, I think I'm going to try and move the microphones away from each other at first.

  Well, chaining front side I think I might try a simple noise gate.  Carefully put in place on the channel which is picking up 'the other guy' it might work for you.

  However, if an "automatic" solution (door chain or noise side) does not work for you, and it could never be perfect - be prepared to go through and manually adjust levels manually.  You will be surprised how quickly you can get with a little practice.

  Long term, you're always better off trying to avoid this kind of problem at the time of registration.  Simple things like choice of microphone and positioning can make a big difference, as can moving your speakers a little further out.  Assuming the use of directional microphones, putting the microphones back to back to use dead spot in picking model... and mobile people a little father goes to use the "inverse square law' might well give you what you need without a lot of treatment.

• Why my iphone 4s are on the voice-over in itself?

  The first time it happened to my iphone 4s, I made an APPT at the Genius Bar because my screen would fade to black as soon as he came. They fixed, said that had been "Voice Over" in the settings. I had recently been in settings but didn't even know what "Voice Over" was so I knew that I don't. Then, about a month later it happened again. I was looking at my phone, everything to Unsnap, when the screen just disappeared to the black and would not come again no matter how many times I reset, tried the reset of itunes, etc.  Later, after making another appointment at the Apple Store, like last time, I could still hear Siri whisper very softly... hmmmmm. I asked Siri to turn my phone on, and she said that she could not. Then I asked for the "Voice Over" disable and she did it and voila, I had a photo again.

  How can I do what happens to stop? Sort to always turn off 'Voice Over'?

  Go to settings > general > accessibility > accessibility shortcut and make sure VoiceOver is not checked.

• Will not record voice memos

  I need a little help with my dictaphone, I use an iPhone 5. Whenever I try to save my phone detects just to the touch when the record button is hit & unregisters immediately. It was restored from the back upwards to another iPhone that saves notes of worry-free service.

  I see that, when you try to record a voice memo, your iPhone detects the touch when you press the record button, but unregisters it immediately. It's certainly something that I wouldn't have to happen. I want to assure you that you can record your voice memos with no problems. There are a few things I would like you to try.

  First of all, let us ensure that applications running in standby mode are not causing problems when you try to save. Please use the resource in the following article to close all applications on your iPhone:

  Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  Then, use the following article to give your iPhone a fresh reboot:

  Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  And finally, once that you have restarted, please test by recording a voice memo and see if it unregisters immediately as before.
