Another way to remove icons on the homescreen?

When I tap, hold and drag an icon on my home screen down to the trash, it appears immediately in place as soon as I raise my finger. This occurs on all three panels of the home screen. I also started and stopped the droid has out the battery and did some other usual stuff, nothing helps. Anyone know why this happens and what to do about it?

Yep, pause a moment on the trash.  It will be (or should at least) turns red when it is ready to receive your waste.  Maybe you're not quite centered around the trash - move a bit until it turns red.

How can I remove icons on my desktop, who do not have any content or that I no longer use?

    Hello

This can be a difficult question to answer

in vista, you must normally right-click on them - then click on remove

But if they are a shortcut remains one icon program uninstalled, sometimes they won't erase

Often reinstalling the program - delete the shortcut - and then uninstall the program again

or you can try to delete them in Safe Mode.

    Windows Vista

    Using the F8 method:

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap theF8 key repeatedly until you are presented with theBoot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
    3. Select the Safe Mode option with the arrow keys.
    4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
    5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
    6. Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

I use aussi.148. If you press the menu key once, you get the screen complete icon. Press it again and the sub menu should appear. There is a choice of options. Press and you should get the preferences of the home screen where you can change the number of lines.

Once you have done the upgrade, have you done a reset with a battery pull. Try this as well.

  • Is there a way to remove stains on the skin?

    Hi all

I currently edit a video with an interviewee, who's skin is not particularly clear. Is there a way to remove stains in first 10 items? Step by step instructions would be great.

    Help much appreciated.

    Thank you very much!

I would use the track Matte key on the face of the person and make a slight blur to smooth the skin.

There used to be a good tutorial, to do exactly that, but Curt Wrigley closed its Web site, where his tutorial was accommodated - very sad day.

I made a written tutorial on the use of track Matte Keying to "Highlight a subject moving" and with a little interpolation, you can use it. All general steps are in, but in this tutorial, I used a hard edge 'circle' to the highest point. In the case of a person, you would use a matte with rounded edges, of size on the face of the person. Here is the written tutorial: http://forums.adobe.com/message/1765005

Good luck and hope that helps - so pis tutorial that Curt is no more. I would have welcomed all those who he had only asked.

  • Remove icons on the bar inside this community in G6

    6.1

You want to delete these icons 'home' by within this community/Related communities/sub-communities. Any help is appreciated...

    Ah yes! It's logical.
Then the best option would be to go the CSS route and simply not show the image.

If you look at your source for the page, you should see a span (navTabText) right in front of the icon of the community.

You can piggyback on this category in this way:
    #navTabText img {display: none ;}}

If you add that, for everything which is your css file, it should work.
I'm not a css person, so I might have the syntax a bit.

Although you should test this out because he knows no what else could be affected by this addition!

  • How can I remove icons of the screen of high office

  • BlackBerry Smartphones icons on the homescreen 9900 Bold

How do I move icons on the main screen on Bold 9900 device so when I turn on the camera icons appear. Currently, I have to press the arrow in the Middle at the bottom of the screen and drag upward to get the icons appear.

First of all, you can control how many lines appear on your home screen when you turn it on.  The number of default rows is one, but if you put your finger on the arrow and drag it to the top (like you did), however several lines that you drag to the top of will remain whenever you turn on your phone.

If you want to lower the maximum number of lines, say maybe two only are needed, get the screen filled with the arrow at the top.  Then, highlight an icon with your cursor, press the menu key and select move then move the icon near top, even above the row.  Once you have the icons you need laid out near the top, you can drag the arrow down to hide all rows that fall below your selected icons.

    I hope that helps you.

  • my computer sunddenly had a password, and I'm not one that says. Now I can't open my computer more. It is caused by a virus? What should I do? Is there another way to remove the password, without reformatting?

I'm the only person who is using my computer.  And I know that I have does not have a password.

It is impossible for us to know here if your computer is infected. See if you can connect to the built-in Administrator account. In XP Home, start the computer in Mode safe. This, by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. This will put you in the right menu. Navigate using your arrow up; the mouse does not work here. Once in safe mode, you will see the normally hidden administrator account. The default password is white.

In XP Pro, you don't need to go to Safe Mode. In the home screen, do Ctrl-Alt-Del twice to get the classic Windows logon box. Type in "Administrator" and the password that you assigned when you set up Windows.

If you can get, go to control panel > user accounts and remove the password for your user account. Then scan your computer for viruses/malware by:

    http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

If you reset the password of the account administrator integrated into house or have Pro and don't remember the password (or have Pro/Media Center and use the administrator for your daily work and so is the administrative account only on the system), NTpasswd allows you to change the password of the built-in to a white administrator account. Download the bootable CD .iso image file, burn with third-party burning software such as free ImgBurn , Nero or Roxio. Burn as an image, not in the form of data. Start with the media that you have created. You need to maybe change the boot order in the BIOS or obtain a menu of boot command temporary with the pressure of a special key. NTpasswd will run. Follow the instructions carefully.

    http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/

Then open a session with the password to blank (null) and make changes, scan, etc.

  • Does anyone know how to remove icons of the homegroups and libraries from the desktop?

tried to find a way to do it without having to go into the registry...

    Windows7 Home Premium
After hours to be annoyed... I can't find any other way.

    1 Homegroup icon:
Open my computer, Control Panel, system and security, administrative tools, services, and then scroll down to: earphone homeGroup and homeGroup provider, disable both. Close, close the session. the icon should be gone when you log back.

    2. the icon libraries: carefully... Please, if there is no experience in the registry for assistance.

go to: start, run, type: regedit, select the HKEY_Local_Machine key, navigate to the bottom of conclusion: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace
You will see several hexadecimal strings, select each in turn, and the right pane will show you which icon is selected. My icon library was the first chain and showed two lines on the right side of the page, the first being: usersLibraries and the second being: delete the message.

When you find the string to the appropriate library, create a new folder in your my documents named: registry back up, then highlight the chain on the left, go up to the upper-left corner of the page of the registry and click on file and then export. Save the registry file in your new folder location. I also recorded the two files on the right side of the page and call them what they were called on the page, so I would like to know what they were. (not sure I had to but he doesn't)

After you save the registry files, you can then remove the string that you selected on the left which in turn, displays the name userLibraries (on the right side of the page).

Poof it's finally gone! and always available in your saved folder

    Hope this helps
