M276nw: Error 49 M276nw

Hello

I see error 49 displayed on our printer from today, unit is about a year. I can print system / network ok of the reports to the printer for direct printing.

The printer is configured with a Wi - Fi connection. Firmware updated 20150212 today (11.09.16), only after the above error presented with success (over wireless).

Error log shows

2 49,1081 430

Out of memory error 1 10.0001 108 cartridge cyan

Error present when printing from iOS or Windows and various applications within each. Sometimes a job will print the machine fails, othertimes nothing prints and the machine fails or white pages without end of printing.

Details of intellectual property are static. I also tried this: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/quot-49-Service-Error-Turn-Off-Then-On-quot-M251nw/td-p... with success.

Machine has been restarted and also recycled power (cable removed). There is no registered against the printer stuck print jobs.

Kind regards

Shaun.

You must disable wireless for tests as a work could be sent over wireless who causes the error. I have then connect the printer to the router or switch and reset the printer to find a new IP via dhcp or bootp. I then load the printer on one of the computers as a local tcp/ip printer and see if it works well. This problem may be caused by an ip address that is duplicated on your network. Even if you have the printer with a static ip address when the printer is turned off and that if a computer is turned on it may enter the ip address of the printer, except if it is reserved for your table of routers and then you have a communication problem. To test the ip duplicate, not to turn off the printer and then see if you can test the ip address of the printer from one of the computers. If you can, then you have a computer or another device with the same ip address.

I was the addition of another post for a different printer but didn't want to Miss anyone with MY printer problem.

UPDATE * (at least for my LaserJet Pro 200 M276nw)

I found the cause but will need help from someone at HP to "solve" this one...

My new guard M276nw throw a 49 Service error, CAT has given a lot of power, voltage on, wait, try again blah blah blah, blah blah fuser problems. 10 minutes from the forum search put me on possible wireless network issues with other printers and the SSID. Anyway after regaining a printer Staples and saw the problem coming up again on a new another brand... I tried the search Forum and Tada! at least I was able to find a cause.

I have a D - Link DIR-825 wireless router. He has dual band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz).

Normally I enabled for the multitude of devices that people have these days in my house.

I updated the firmware to the last update (20121026) and then restarted.

Roger restarted shortly after error Service 49.

Then I disabled the two strips to test each independently wireless band.

The printer acted normally so I decided allow each band separately.

When I turn on the 2.4 GHz band in the router, the printer immediately throws an error in Service 49.

I tested several times (5 to be exact) and every time when the router restarts the printer says error.

So, I left off 2.4 GHz band and then the 5 GHz band.

I activated the band 5 GHz 3 times and turned off and found no effect on the printer (at least in a 5 minute window).

So now I'm left with only a single band wireless router or printer who likes to turn on every 20 minutes or more.

There is probably a setting (or 2) which can be changed in the router or printer that can prevent this (I hope).

I just need to find the right person in HP...

I should have updated this thread I'm sorry, but I found myself updated the same problem on another thread of printer M251nw, since someone has answered that one. I have to keep that one thread - sorry, but it seems to me that I just heard another as well, but for a m475dw as well. Maybe the same problem that I don't know.

Anyway to update my m276nw situation: After experimenting for a while try to limit I decided to eliminate the possibilities by disabling my router another suggestion of posters to remove the printer from the wireless environment and reset to factory settings. So I turned off my 2.4 GHz band in my router (leaving 5 GHz active), reset the printer and it was sitting still (no reset), he even went to sleep normally. I turned on the 2.4 band and the printer immediately threw the error repeated tent kept the same result no way to leave on the 2.4. The next day so I decided to check my router and found 2 year old firmware. It took several updates to get current and on the last I didn't reset the printer to the factory again and there's no error yet. The printer acted normally for a week, he normally sleeps and wakes. It was turned off (on purpose) a few times and everything seems normal.

I have not activated wireless again since my house is wired and I could really do without wireless capability, but eventually I want to know.

My DLink DIR-825 router is still active with both tapes, but using the latest firmware, like the new printer (the other). Is all this took?

    Perhaps.

The printer cannot connect to the service.  Check the Internet connection.

    Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

OK, you got it the second time. Not all of the SAP is unified in the layout. It is more difficult to stay on top, but you found it. Ok. Always make the mistake so. This is not good.

Looks like the printer is blocked. You have reset the network?

Turn the printer off and unplug the router for a minute. Then when the network has restored himself to try to update the firmware again.

It worked fine when I installed the printer a couple of weeks or if there is, but now, at the time the printer is on bike starts: 79 - restart - error 79 - error reboot and so on and on.

It seems related to the connection to the local network. If the printer is in wireless mode all works perfectly.

    Any ideas? Thank you

    Hi @Rand_xi,

I read your post and see that you have found a 79 error when using the Ethernet connection. I'd love to help you.

If you manually set the IP Address of the printer, make sure that it is outside the range of your router's DHCP. I saw this to fix this on another post, I've had before.

If you're still having problems, restore the default settings of the printer, and use the automatic IP address that is assigned to the printer to see if that helps.

Try disabling IPV6 on the printer to see if it makes a difference.  Go to settings, network configuration, network, IPv6 Services and turn it off.

If you appreciate my efforts, please click on the button below the thumbs up.

If there is anything else I can help you, let me know. Thank you.

I am trying to install this printer. I downloaded the latest software package (version 15.0.15188.2008) and I have followed the installation procedure (being very careful not not to plug in the USB cable until you are prompted to do this).

However, it always stops at 99% of the balance sheet that "there is an unrecoverable error produced - the installation took too long. I have reflected on old posts, but could not find any "smartinstall" on the PC but smartinstall was abandoned anyway?. And other documents are deleted.

  • Configuration of scan file on HP LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276nw

    Hello

I'm trying to set up my printer to scan to a network folder.

    HP LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276nw

    OSX 10.9.4

WLAN (printer and office on the same network)

Here's the problem; No matter what I try, I can't have the printer to scan directly to a network folder.

When you test the connection I get either the ' invalid password or username "or the error"unable to connect to the network folder.

It seems that the biggest problem is the printer in the right network folder referring.

I shared the folder, but I can't get a valid path name, that apparently.

    Show folder properties: / Users/vdlely/Dropbox/max verhuur/Scans

Obviously, this is not complete; I need to add the location of the machine, such as: //iMac-van-AJ/Users/vdlely/Dropbox/max verhuur/Scans right?

No matter what combination I try, nothing works. I used the name of the computer, IP, with and without login etc etc.

What is the correct path in my case?

It would be MUCH easier if you have added a simple browser to navigate to the correct location.

Please help me to set up right.

    Hi @Aernoud,

I see by your post that you are having problems for parsing of the configuration of the network folder. I can help you with this.

I have provided a document to configure network scanning.

How to perform a scan: from the control panel (including the Scan to Email, in PDF format, and to a network folder).

    Please try the following steps:

    1. create a new folder on your computer.

    2. right-click (CTRL left click if you use the keyboard of the Mac) and select read.

    3. unlock the screen, set all term read/write &, located under the share permissions &.

    4. enter in System Preferences > sharing, then select, sharing files in the left bar.

    5. click on the Options button, mark the share files and folders using SMB (Windows) and click done.

    6. under shared folders, click the sign more and select the configured folder.

    7. ensure that "everyone" permissions are set to read & write under the list of users as well.

    8. you will see the IP at the top of this screen, make a note to configure the EWS page.

I think that in consequence of this model of path, you should be able to implement.

Name of the computer or IP address/Shared-folder-name of the computer

    or

-The computer name or IP name of the computer-folder-address\Shared

Find out what the name of the computer as follows:
Go to the Apple/Mac/More report information software/system about / click on the left side on the right side, it should show the name of the computer.

NOTE: The folder must already exist. You cannot create the folder in the built-in Web server.

To find the path of the folder where the scanned images are saved, hold CTRL and click on new folder
created / click on get info/verify shared folder/then copy it to the folder path.

User name - the name that you use to connect to the computer.

Password: the password allows you to connect to the computer.

Please let me know if it worked.

  • Not connected HP LaserJet Pro 200 M276nw

    Hello! I have the Setup:

    OS: Windows 7,.

Printer: HP LaserJet Pro 200 M276nw

    Freeware antivirus: Avira

    Firewall: Windows

The computer connected to a network via ethernet. I installed the network printer (port TCP/IP wirewless, user good reading/writing, shared printer, 6 PLC) and printed all documets in 2013 of Word, it's ok.  After restart of the operating system, printer of the icon is grey and the State not connected. Please help me. Impression of uninstall and install now, Stoped ptrint service, coil clean, reserved IP address of the printer, it all no results.  Some other customers printed successfully via wireless to the printer.

    Hi @green_wanderer ,

I see that you are having problems printing via the wired or wireless network after restarting the computer, the printer icon is grayed out and showing not connected, but can always print from other computers. I want to help you solve this problem.

Is the installation of the printer wirelessly or through an Ethernet connection?

Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector) This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

I would have to power cycle the router, the computer and the printer to see if it will help.

Print a configuration page to check the firmware version and see if you have a valid IP address.

If you have a valid IP address for the printer, then try and access the webserver shipped off to the printer, to see if the printer is still on the network. Type the IP address in the address bar of your web browser. (Internet Explorer)

The IP address of the port on the computer can be different, if the printer has been assigned a new IP address of the afer by restarting the computer. You will need to create a new port, or run the Add Printer Wizard.

Other computers that are still able to print could have the port configured to print if IP address changes.

Print a configuration page to obtain the IPv4 address of the printer and the date of the firmware. Printing a Configuration report.

The new Version is 20140919.  I've provided the URL if you have an old version of firmware update.

HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw drivers.

Download and run the Print and Scan doctor. It will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically. Find and fix common printer problems using the tools of diagnosis HP for Windows?

If the problem persists, install a static IP address to see if it will help.

Printer does not maintain a Wi - Fi connection. Proceed to Solution 3: printer of the assign a static IP address.

What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (she print or scan, error messages)

If you need help, let me know.

    Hello

    I'm new to the forum.

I have a problem with my Laserjet Pro 200 with a message "memory is low. Cancelled work. »

I read the other posts with similar questions and tried to do a hard reset to turn on him for 30 second and turning point. The message always appears.

I tried to update the firmware, but the printer says that no updates are.

I use a Mac Mini running on 10.9.5 software. I tried to update the firmware via USB, what has not worked at all.

How can I access the memory of the printer and clear the whole print or add memory to the printer?

    I need help!

    Hi @Med_Stud10 ,

I read your post and see that you have found an "Out of memory" error when you try to print. I will definitely do my best to help you.

Check the name of the driver that is installed by the printer. Make sure that it shows just the name of the printer.
Click on the Apple menu, click System Preferences. Click on Printers & Scanners, highlight the name of the printer on the left side and right side of the screen it should show the name of the printer. (Laserjet M276)

If the full name of the printer is not correctly, delete and add the printer name back from the list. Click on the sign - to remove the driver and then click on the + sign to add the driver, you may need to click the drop-down list to select the printer name to add it in.

    Try to print again.

I've provided the steps to set up the printer via the IP Protocol, if the problem persists, which regulated the other 'Out of memory' errors

Print a Configuration page to get the IP address of the printer. M276n of MFP HP LaserJet Pro 200 color and M276nw MFP - print a Configuration report.

Remove the printer in printers and Scanners.
Click on the + button, select the IP Protocol on top, type the address IPv4 of the printer, select Jet Direct below and then apply.

    Try to print again.

For the analysis, however, you can select the printer Hello.

If you're still having problems, try the reset I will send you a private message.
In the forum next to your handle name simply click on the envelope to see.

Please let me know the results.

  • HP Laserjet Pro 200 Color MFP FAX answering machine vs M276nw

We have the following MFP: HP Laserjet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw

Our office has a phone line to be shared between the phone and FAX (M276nw). The phone is a phone single line of integrated with a digital answering machine Panasonic KX-TG7531 model. I can't seem to find the right combination of settings for ringtone for the phone and the FAX that allows callers to leave a voicemail without the FAX modem tones interfere when the caller leaves a voice message. It's as if the fax does not recognize that the answering machine picked up and he continues to make sounds of modem. The tones are saved as well as the message of the caller's voice, which makes the message difficult to understand. In most cases, the caller simply hangs up without leaving a message (we've heard talk about this later).

Please tell us how to implement. Thank you!

If none of these work programmes, all we can do is wait for the software and drivers to be released, or plan to use Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan until the software drivers come out.
