  Hey I just installed Premiere Pro on my laptop that runs Windows 7 64-bit home and has a built-in grahpics and the sound card.  When I try to import a video file supported such as mpeg2 or avi, it is important only to the audio and not it video.  I have no idea why Jose happenening.  It worked fine on my desktop which is also running win7 64 bit but thép informal version but it has a 7200LE 8600 GTS graphics card.  I don't know if this is the reason why it does not work on the laptop or not, someone idea why this is happening and how I can fix the problem.

  I do not use flex, but if you can access the netstream class you can probably stream the flv file without attaching to an instance of video.

  I replaced a BDP-S350 with a BDP-S3100. I played a few movies and suspected that the 3100 is not audio HD, even if I have a HDMI connection all. For example, I put Zero Dark thirty in the S350, and noted that the receiver Audio DTS HD Master audio format. I have connected the S3100 and put the same film in. The receiver displays DVD Multi channels for audio. How can I get audio OK to play?

  Please go to the Audio settings in the Setup and value Surround Downmix.

  Hope someone can answer this question.  A series of video clips I took more than a week.  After I started putting them together, I somehow 'lost' video.

  They appear as a video clip in the menu screen, but when I play them it is only the audio portion that appears.

  These two lines make me wonder a bit. I wonder if you are looking at and try to play the appropriate files. Let me give a little background, just so that we're both on the same page. First a few questions: when you have transferred the files to the SD card, what format they appear like? Where you copied them? Would you download and install G-Spot.   I just upgraded to windows 10, very nice update and don't usually return to 8.1, but unfortunately not windows programs will play files, audio or video of any kind and when you use VLC Player or youtube videos, the files will play but no sound?

  I checked all the regular suggestions such as the properties of the device and it claims to work fine etc., sound is not mute, except pass by and update drivers I don't know where to go from here.

  I was going to do a reset, keep my files, remove applications and settings, etc., I was warned it would remove apps, but a lot of what seems to be crucial drivers/programs will have to be re-installed manually. Also after doing a reset, you lose the ability to go back to 8.1

• Audio and video out of Sync

  I capture images from video game using ShadowPlay recording at 60 fps mp4 files. When I import into first and play in the sequence, the audio and video are out of sync. When I play in VLC or Windows Media Player, the timing is perfect.

  Why first plays the audio and video synchronized?

  The corrections that I found online that does not solve the problem are:

  -Make the video in the work area bar (it actually makes it worse for some reason any)

  -Edit video in .mov file extension

  -I know how to use Handbrake to make the files before import has also been suggested, but I don't want to have this extra step added to my workflow, it should not be necessary.

  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

  Not if you use the GPU hardware to capture your h.264 videos, there isn't.  First can not correctly handle variable frame rate images.  And the images only you're going to get your encoder is VFR.

  You have 3 basic choices:

  (1) stop using ShadowPlay and use something else which will tax your system more to capture video in a constant frame rate format.  There are other applications that capture images CFR, generally in AVI format, and the resulting files are massive.  You will have a drop in performance in the game when you use these applications.

  (2) transcode w/parking brake to the CFR

  (3) use a different NLE.  Sony Vegas, from what I hear, will support VFR without problems.  Most other NLEs will not, including Premiere Pro.

  For some reason any settings have been changed in the version of Premiere Pro cc that I work in 2014.  As I drag the clips in, my audio and video are not related.  First tried to highlight all the parameters and bind, but the option was not yet there.   For two months, I have Satellite S50 - B also preinstalled with Win8.1 and so far I didn t notice any problem with the audio or video. YouTube works perfectly and VLC too (my favorite player).
