  The customer I can ping the IP sup and I can ping all IP addresses on a client in the vlan defautl, ping ends by request timed out so this suggests that the packet to the destination and fell on the way.  What I'm working on, it's how to connect any customer notice VLAN so it can connect to the computer in VLAN 4?

• How to uninstall any connection to my iMac.

  I have an iMac, running OS X Yosemite 10.10.1.

  I got permission to install "AnyConnect-MacOsX-3.1.05152-web-deploy-k9.dmg" from Boise State University.  I installed all cisco connect and I was able to connect to Boise State (it worked).  My son has been removed and the program application / by accident. He drags the cisco in the trash folder and deleted.

  I tried to make a new re-install of the program "Cisco Anyconnect" once again, but I get this error message:

  "AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client cannot be installed on this drive. (My hard drive). Version 3.1.05152 of the Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client is already installed. »

  But I can see or access this program in my computer.  I used "Finder" to get the cisco anyconnect and nothing comes up.  I searched in my hard drive and again and do not see the Cisco Anyconnect.   I don't know why my computer keeps telling me that it is already installed.

  Hope someone will help me.  I called Boise State, and they were not able to help me. They told me to format the hard drive in my computer and reboot again.  I hope that there is a simpler solution.
