• Printed Documentation error: parameter is incorrect

  With the help of HTML HR 6. Tried to open the dialog box printed Documentation to revise certain parameters. Just by selecting the option, not a double-click, causes "Invalid parameter" error message to display. Clicking Ok does not make the message disappears. • LR SDK: publishServiceProvider.getCommentsFromPublishedCollection () - documentation error

  I am currently working on the support to the comments to my post supplier (for Synology's photostable), which is essentially done by the three hooks:

  • publishServiceProvider.getCommentsFromPublishedCollection)
  • publishServiceProvider.addCommentToPublishedPhoto)
  • publishServiceProvider.canAddCommentsToService)

  While the implementation is simple, I had trouble getting the comments posted in the comments Panel: I could see the number of comments, but not the comments themselves. In addition to the system became really unstable and reload the plugin does not work correctly. Instead, I had to restart Lr loaded each time to get the code changes.

  I took a few hours until I have finally realized that the documentation and the sample of Flickr are mistaken on the use of the comment callback function. Instead of:

  It must be:

  commentCallback ({publishedPhoto = photoInfo, comments = commentList})

  This all happened in Lr 6.3 / Windows 7.

  Hmm, in Lua, 'f {a}' is syntactically equivalent 'f ({a}).  So there is no difference between these two lines:

  commentCallback {publishedPhoto = photoInfo, comments = commentList}

  commentCallback ({publishedPhoto = photoInfo, comments = commentList})

• Error 7 - path - how do I know which way?

  I got a VI with MANY references from path for the files.  Whenever I run, I immediately get an error 7 error file path.  Is it possible to determine which path is the cause of the problem?  Documented error description option?

  The error cluster includes a SOURCE line, which will tell you the chain of the screws leading up to the error.  Maybe it's your first clue.

  If you are in a Subvi who reads a large number of files, then it is up to you to debug it:

  -In the case of error, displays a dialog box in this VI and the mention of the dialog box, the path to the file.

  or

  -Put a CONDITIONAL of the PROBE on the FILE OPEN or READ FILE or FILE CLOSE error output and set it to stop if error.  When it stops, look the way you want to.

  or

  -Change the ERROR cluster to include the path in the SOURCE field.  It will be displayed when the dialog box appears.

• VMWare View Tunnel error disconnected Client 4.6

  Hi all

  This whole process of view 4.6 always new.

  I get the following error when I try to connect to View Client 4.6 to automated pool of 3 XP desktops. In sight, administrator, I was able to create a pool of 3 computers of Office XP without problem. I called about 5 users to use the pool. I see the pool I created when I use the customer to view. Desktop shows as 'available' in the client.

  When I go to connect through PCOIP or RDP, I get the same error.

  I added a DNS entry for my server view I've seen a few suggestions in other posts, to ensure what has been done (it was not, is now...) but it still does not work.

  Error:

  Tunnel of disconnected

  The secure connection to the server view has suddenly disconnected.

  Reason: create new socket to connect to xx.xx.xxx.xx:443 (PCName.mydomain.com).

  I noticed that the method of SignalProcessing.UnwrapPhase, according to the documentation, "unwraps the phase table by eliminating discontinuities including the absolute values exceeds 2 * Pi radians.»  However, unpack Phase VI in normal mode of laboratory uses Pi, 2 * Pi No.  Is this an error in the documentation?  Is there another method of Measurement Studio that mimics the VI?

  You are right. There is a disparity between the two functions, and is not a documentation error. However, this situation is easily corrected...

  The formula used for the UnwrapPhase in LabVIEW is

  x [i] = x [i] - ((x [i]-x[i-1])/(2.0*Pi)+0.5)*(2.0*Pi) floor, for each i-x)

  You can make a function that will imitate this formula and use instead of the SignalProcessing.UnwrapPhase method if you need two to match.

• As an icon view setting is not persistent in Windows VM 8.1

  Running 4.3.30 VirtualBox guest additions installed. The virtual hard disk is located on a removable HARD drive for portability between workstations. I get a fairly homogeneous use, except for the fact that whenever I start it, I have to go into the settings of block diagram and disable "view as an icon" new terminals. Is this a documented error? Is there something that I am missing? Some registry setting I can use?

  Are there other parameters in LabVIEW that you change also do not seem to stick?

  It seems to me that LabVIEW is either not updating the LabVIEW.ini file with that setting (writing errors?), or virtual machine is to restore the LabVIEW.ini downgrade.

  It is not a registry setting.  It is a setting in LabVIEW.ini called FancyFPTerms = False if LabVIEW place controls as ordinary terminals.  If this line is missing, then LabVIEW place the terminals as icons "Fancy."

• MX800 No. audio on HDMI 2

  I have a simple problem which does not make much sense, we must take a video and audio output of a MX800 so that we can record a conference and it is provide to be more difficult than expected.

  The firmware is TC7.3.4 and we find that no matter what we do, we cannot get audio on HDMI 2, which according to the manual should be supported, we can get audio on HDMI 1.

  I understand that one of the DSP audio or perhaps multiple will be used for audio integrated on the system, but as the manual shows only 1 is used for each other should be available.

  There is no audio output 2 HDMI of MX800 single right now.   This is a documentation error that will be corrected.

  I am a beginner in PeopleSoft, and am looking for guidance.  We have recently upgraded to 9.2 9.0.  Delivery time is new for us and we want to make it work.  I am looking to set up a notification for the employee who entered in time is informed that access to his approving manager pushed the return time.  Currently, they see it only if they go back and look at their status recorded time.  We auto approve time recorded for managers only approving / growing time pay back.  I am new to the process of notification any suggestions will be welcomed.  Thank you in advance.

  I don't have a handy HCM environment, but I was checking the documentation and it seems a bit contradictory in this area. The chapter 'Understand the approval process in time and work' initially said.

  The approver has the opportunity to push the demand of the time. The author of the request of time receives a notification that the time request needs their care.

  You should be able to verify by looking at setting transactions approval framework for the process of TLPayableTime. In the grid of events, find the Push Back event and check the grid of Notifications to see how it is configured.

  If the Participant's approval then the documentation is correct, and you could log a case with Oracle wonder why - if you can convince them it's a bug, so they can provide you with instructions on how to change it to the applicant.

  If the Participant is seeking, then you will need to examine the rest of the facility to see why notification is not produced.

  My question is about the second point (in bold).  I might be accused of not followed my journal to alert as closely as I should, but I have not noticed the CREATE/ALTER/DROP instructions in there.  I went to one of my test cases and created a table. No message was written for the journal of alerts.  I did a logfile switch just to make sure I was looking at the right file.  Yep - the switch is in the newspaper.  I dropped my test table - once again, no alert log entry was created.

  So my question is if the above is a documentation error or am miss me a piece of the puzzle?

  The ball that you pointed out does not say "All", so I interpret that as meaning only some of the most remarkable commands CREATE, ALTER, and DROP are recorded, for example CREATE TABLESPACE or ALTER SYSTEM.

  Like you, I think that literature should be clearer on this point.

  which goes into a little more detail on this stuff is saved.  They are mostly all systemically important things, not things like creating a package, or editing a table individual users.  When the part you highlighted speaks of 'administrative operations, such as CREATE, ALTER, and DROP statements ', I think they're trying to distinguish certain types of CREATE, ALTER, and DROP statements, for example, things that only highly privileged users such as SYS or SYSTEM can do other, more frequent, CREATE, ALTER, and DROP statements.  Again, this is largely what I read in the literature, based on my experience.  Would be nice if the documentation is more explicit on this subject.
