"Appcrash" problem

I get an error message on my PC that "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working". It lasts for weeks and it drives me crazy! Under "View problem details", it will indicate the problem event name is APPCRASH. What should I do to correct this? Restart the computer, signing outgoing/incoming Adobe CC and uninstall/reinstall the application has failed.

    This problem may occur because of conflicts between third-party applications or because of corrupted system files.

    Did you the latest changes on the computer before this problem?

    Method 1:
    I suggest you to configure the computer to boot and check if it helps.

    Affecting the system in a clean boot state, will help you determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

    I'm not able to install/start my 30 day trial dreamweaver application. When I try to install, I get the below error.     APPCRASH is a term used by Windows for a crash of the application and is reported as "problem event name: APPCRASH", it will also contain information about the name of the program crashed.

    This problem might have occurred because of these reasons:

    1 conflict between third-party applications.

    2 virus.

    3 corrupt system files.

    Try the steps listed here and see if it helps:

    Method 1:
    I suggest to start the computer using safe mode and check if the problem occurs or not. If this isn't the case, I suggest you to put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

    Step 1:
    Start the computer in Mode safe. At the start of the computer Mode safe with the minimum set of drivers and files.

  • iTunes overwhelming 12.1.3

    I had iTunes 12.1.3 pushed to my relatively old Dell PC running Vista (64-bit). Since then, the application crashes when I do almost anything:

    • Plug an iPad 3 (the one with the Retina display)
    • Try to update all apps
    • Sit leave iTunes open without doing anything for a few minutes

    Did anyone else encounter this problem?

If Yes, then you don't really have all the iTunes downgrade options, except maybe the '64 bit - for older video cards' version of 12.1.3, which is really 32-bit iTunes with a 64-bit installation program.     Of course leave iTunes on Vista has produced reports of BEX and Appcrash problem since may 2014: iTunes incompatible with Windows Vista Data Execution Prevention 12.

    You might not be aware that Apple has officially ended in favor of Vista with iTunes version 12.2 June 30. Beta version of iOS 9.2 must be almost complete, so I guess there is a chance it might work with iTunes 12.1.3 than previous versions of iOS better 9.

  • 0xc0000033 error when installing Vista Service Pack 1

    I have a Tablet HP that I install Vista SP1, but instead I immediately get an error 0xc0000033. (The application could not initialize properly (0xc0000033). A message appears saying that MS Installer has stopped working the event name APPCRASH problem. I tried to turn off the system update service, delete the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and restarted the service, but I get the same error. Any ideas?

  • Application of PagePlus crashes during mail merge

No problem initially but now when I use the mail on my label templates and print it it will not display the total number of pages. I tried again today and it does not print anything on mail merge.   • Explorer.exe crashing - related to the user account?

    A week ago my computer started to sometimes get an APPCRASH explorer.exe error that displayed. No idea what caused it or started.

    It happens randomly (or apparently) but I can also re-create this error at will by doing one of two things:

    (1) running any program of fullscreen (games)

    (2) / off turning one of the system icons in the options menu "taskbar and Start Menu Properties-> area-> system Notification icons.

    I am running Windows Vista SP2 64-bit.

    A side effect of this error is that my quick launch on the taskbar icons have a messed up display, sometimes they are blackened, sometimes they are cut in two, sometimes they appear in the wrong place.

    ALSO worth noting, is that it occurs only under my main account to connect. I created a separate account and it does NOT suffer this error and the two methods to recreate listed above fail.

    I found 2 other assignments with the same error message. I tried all the fixes on both without success.

  • Vista Guardian disorders

    Hello - I have tried SpyBot, SuperSpyBot and Malwarebytes without success.  Whenever I tried to load them onto my laptop, they fail to launch.  I even tried loading them on my zip drive and then run them on my laptop.  When I do that, I get the message that the program has stopped working and the APPCRASH problem event name.  Help!

    I encounter this problem with a fresh install of CS6.

    CS6 Design and Web Premium installed on Win 7 pro 64-bit Dell Precision laptop. Error with cs6 Adobe Bridge: "CS6 Adobe Bridge has stopped working", the "APPCRASH" problem event name Error occurs when the opening of Bridge of Photoshop and other applications (Browse in Bridge) and directly in the menu desktop computer or boot. Also a cache directory is not created in c:\user\ < user > \appdata\roaming\adobe\bridge\. Now CTRL key to the bottom and double click on icon Gets the same message, can't reset window.

    Made the following no change: checked the bridge and the entire suite is on the latest (bridge = 5.0.2.4); created the icon from the desktop directly from bridge.exe; checked application was installed and begins with administrative privileges, checked the latest display driver installed, run a complete uninstall of the CS6, CC launch cleaning tool, then full reinstall; Error in the event viewer: failing application: Bridge.exe and the failed module name: ntdll.dll. UAC disabled; memory tested for damage using MemTest86-good.

    There seems to be several possible causes for this error. In my case it was a bit specific. I had a copy of stand alone on this same machine previously software Adobe Photoshop CS2 (only) that has been completely uninstalled before the installation of the CS6. There is a problem with Bridge CS6 being installed on a computer that has Bridge CS2 on it. I was not aware of the bridge being present with my copy of Photoshop CS2, but apparently there is at least some components of the Bridge CS2 left after uninstalling. The workaround solution that solved the problem for me has been the creation of an empty folder:

    C:\Users\[your username] \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CS2

    See if you can locate the program that belongs to the bitguard dll and uninstall this program.

    This could also be a problem with the report of Trusteer

    Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer report and if that does not help then disable/stop the program for now.
