  I have a solution for this problem

  1 - use Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool

  2 - remove any folder in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\

  (if you cannot remove files and folders - try using Windows safe)

  3. restart your computer

  4. use regedit.exe

  5 find all entries of creative cloud and delete

  6. restart your computer

  7. install the creative application of cloud

  8. be happy

I tried all the troubleshooting steps and even tried to uninstall. When I try to download the uninstall program, I get a page on safari that says "safari cannot connect to the server" (I also tried it on firefox, same problem). I tried to locate it in my bar tools and applications to uninstall from there with no luck, it disappeared completely. Not in my trash, nowhere. Don't know what else to do. I'm running Mac OS X 10.7.5. When I check for Adobe to see if it is installed on my computer, it says that a previous version is installed, 16.0.0.
