  Related software RealPlayer and Flashplayer have had problems in the past and we documented it. I don't know if, at the moment updated to current versions of Realplayer also solve the problem. In addition, Windows > = Vista disabling protected mode of the Flash Player can be a workaround.

  But if you recognize yourself, the video starts to run with the stuttering and slower speed, then the last installed application you´ve is the software that uses too many system resources.

  If I understand your question your Apple TV (4th generation) is having some problems stay connected to internet when connected via ethernet, but no problems when connected via Wi - Fi. I also see that you have made some amazing troubleshooting already, including restoring with iTunes.
