• Apply to all functions of question responses

  I am new to Adobe Captivate, and I have a question about the position of the answers.

  The project, I am working has a course with imported powerpoint slides followed by a quiz. The quiz has random questions from a pool of question with 'answers shuffle' turned on. Some answers are more than one line, so I have to replace the answers.

  The problem is that I can't use the 'apply to all' correctly, as all the answers, that is, from A to D, must be placed at the same position Y. I want all the answers A 190, 260, 330 C and D to 400 B. But when for example, I select C and click on 'apply to all', all responses are moving on the position of 330.

  It is not possible to set the position Y all an answers on slides.

  However, you should not position each answer on each slide separately. You can select all the options response on a slide and distribute vertically in one only once, by clicking on the button split vertically on the alignment toolbar. This will ensure that the options are equidistant. You will need to repeat this task for each slide.

• dimmed folder "Apply to all folders" view

  For some reason any default folder view changed something I certainly won't.  However, when I go to "Folder Options" to change the display by default, the option "apply to all folders" is grayed out.

  Why is this?  How can I change the display of files by default to what I want?

• Whenever I have customize a folder in Windows Live Mail, the changes are applied to all files and not only that I specified.

  When I started using Windows Live Mail, I am sure that everything was OK. I have 4 email addresses and when I started ' Customize I'm went to SEE, COLUMNS and adjusted to the order of the columns and to check the column or not. If I'm creating the Inbox of course I want 'FROM' but not 'To' as it is me. If I'm creating for "SENT" I want 'TO' but not 'FROM' for similar reasons. My problem is that when I put in a category, it seems to apply to all categories. What I am doing wrong?

• How to set the parameter "Apply to all folders" never works?

  Should we wait for an SP1 update or something?  It worked fine under XP!  He is broken in Vista and I was hoping that Microsoft fixed in 7 but it still does not work?

  It was something that happened in 7.0.0 to 7.0.2 (I think). Then the product has been updated with day/fixed to keep the feedback boxes that they were after the slide has been created. It was then that you were able to customize the rear power, and not to lose the customization during the change of the default label (or anything else in the Quiz Manager also).

  So you see only not the feedback change in 7.0.7, I think is the correct functionality.

• Old settings are applied to all photos

  Well, I edited a .jpg file in ACR bridges. I chose about 5 other photos to sync with these settings. After that I have synced those my eintire folder synchronized with these settings. When I tried to change > devolpe settings > clear settings nothing happened. When I purged the cache all files clear by default then one returned to the other parameters with saturation and viggnettes. Now every time I open any folder in bridge settings are applied to all my new files and all my photos. When I'm in a new folder I can select all and delete settings then start over, but if I close bridge and reopen the old settings are reapllied. This happens to all types of pictures, CR2, DNG and jpg.

  Looks like you accidentally together a new camera Raw default.? First open a

  CAB file and tab next to 'basic' just basic is a small menu icon

  with a fly on the menu. Choose Reset as Camera Raw defaults and try again.
