I am trying to cancel my subscription, as seems to be the only way to get my payment option PayPal with a credit card instead of this, but the customer contact form gives me only the forums as a contact option. How can I actually get in touch with someone to solve this problem? I had to go and remove authorization to Adobe via my PayPal account to stop the continuous billing while I'm trying to understand this. It's pretty poor customer service.

You can download/install the apps from the desktop creative cloud Manager: http://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

I received an email on June 16, four days ago. Indicating that I can cancel my payment since MAY 17.

A day before the sending of this email I had to update my details anyway to cause to be poor and scrapping finally enough to pay for the last months payment.
I want to cancel my clues, but because I update my info a day before receiving this email, I believe that I renewed it without knowledge.
If that's the case I want to terminate now because it WAS LATE IN BEING SENT to ME.I am literally seeing red because of the amount of circles, I followed trying just to get in touch with their customer support. Something that seems just no bloody which does not exist.
Please, someone help me. I can't afford this and I can't afford another annual subscription at all... I can barely afford to live on my own.

Hi allI get the error while I am trying to cancel the amount open against relase expedition with multiple (4) below the distribution lines.
Send # 2 # 3 quantity invoiced greater than the quantity shipped 2205 88181 Distribution
Scenario-
For shipment of release # 2 -
Quantity ordered - 8820
Due Qty-2
Received Qty - 8818
Qty. to beak - 8818
Press release # 2 is to have 4 lines of distributions. Against distribution, line 1, 2 and 3 of the delivered quantity is 2205 while distribution on line 4, deilvered qty is 2203.
But the quantity invoiced is 8818, only line 3 distibution and against the other lineages invoiced quantity is 0.
Please let me know what to do now in order to cancel (the relase open expedition 2) amount in this case.

It is not possible ancel relase shipping open quantity (2) in this case in the support environment.
It is better for finally closed the expeditions of this release.
But it is worth noting that finally close or cancel actions are intended to prevent additional changes to the purchase order. This includes invoice or receipt.
This cannot be undone.
