• HP Laserjet 4000 t printer: Laserjet 4000 t false jam - Attention light stays on

  I have an old printer HP Laserjet 4000 t.

  I got a paper jam message , but when I searched carefully there is no paper jam.  I took out the paper trays and raised the lid of the printer, but nothing goes out the light of attention.  I even tried to unplug then reconnect the printer, but attention immediately lights up.  Now the orange attention light remains lit and nothing I assure the printer there is no paper jam, so the attention light does not turn off.   What should I do to get the printer to recognize that there are no paper jams and cut the attention light so the printer can get back to a usable state ready?  Please help me as soon as POSSIBLE.  I'm working on a deadline.  Thank you!

  It was a very good paper jam, but I couldn't find any paper anywhere, and using heavy paper to make out jam was not working.  I went to feedroller.com and looked up the eyes my specific printer.  I tried their troubleshooting and it mentioned ovens and assembled recording, rolls of transfer, sensors, flags, which was all Greek to me.  At the bottom of the list of items that I saw a link to the videos.  I clicked and it took me to YouTube.  There is nothing specific about a for my printer HP LaserJet 4000 t 13,20 paper jam, but there was one called 'how to fix HP printer error 13.20 to 4200 4250 4300 4350 printer HP series'.  I saw and learned how other similar HP printers came out after the ink cartridge came out.  I tried the same rough with my printer and discovered a whole sheet of paper in boots upwards in the roller behind the flipper.  When I took it off the printer immediately turned off the Attention light and returned to the ready mode!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  1320n was cut off at the power switch for a large print job, now flashes of light attention, start and cancel keys work not and computer (Mac Mini) can not communicate. Switching market printer doesn't have a status.

  Warning light blenking does that mean it is the batteay?

  You can take a look at your PC manual, it it was explained what each light means. lights refers to several things including:

  (1) battery

  Activity 2) hard drive

  Battery or adapter 3 mode)

  and others, it depends on the model of your PC.

  I read your post and see that attention is flashing and you get thick horizontal marks. I want to help you.

  The image could not be treated, because there was information in the image.

  I would like to do a hard reset to see if that will solve the problem.
  Let the printer and disconnect the printer cable and the wall socket for 60 seconds.
  Reconnect the power cable to the output of the printer and the wall, and not a surge protector.
  This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  Try and print a self-test on the printer hardware to see if it is a hardware or software problem.

  Remove the toner and gently swing the toner back five times to redistribute the toner.

• DeskJet F2430: Deskjet F2430 fire attention of light, do not print

  DeskJet F2430 will not print. I try and print, it will take the sheet of paper (just plain white paper) to halfway through, stops and flashes the attention. If I close the power button then turn it back on paper will end in scrolls of power, but the attention light continues to blink.  I followed the troubleshooting guide.

  1. I tried to replace both cartridges (both are HP)

  2. checked for all paper, large or small and do not see.

  3 - I turned off the printer and checked that the cart moved freely left and right easily.

  4 - reloaded the drivers for the HP printer.

  5 - the printer c upwards when you turn it on. The print job shows he's waiting

  The question endded by material being, as far as I could tell. I could not be without a printer more so I bought a new printer Cannon. We'll see if it last longer then the last 3 HP I had.

• 1025nw Jam in Drum area - attention LED still flashes and cannot print the test page

  My Laserjet PRO CP1025nw is only 3 weeks. Everything was normal until I met a paper jam today. I removed the damaged document by opening the back cover and the piece of paper remaining from the feeder. But still, printer flashes driving caution.

  I turned the printer off and then back on and tried the instructions in the user manual to clear paper jams. When I turn on the printer, all lights are turning ON one (as the normal boot sequence) and then warning led flashes. I couldn't hear any engine wheelchair or his mechanics during this process. Web server page printer (with wifi) showed the status of the printer as "jam in the drum area.  I removed and re-inserted Imaging drum by following the instructions to replace the imaging drum.

  What I see after turning on th eprinter is just attention light flashing and I can't even print a test page. I don't hear any rotation of the engine sound of the printer. Pleas help me out of this problem.

  I solved the problem myself. Although I couldn't find any piece of paper left by normal inspection of the outside of the printer, I removed the Assembly / separation and roll pick-up from the input tray to find a small piece of paper remaining on the paper sensor flag. Very hard or literally impossible to find something in this place by the normal health check.

  To eliminate the epickup roll pre-assembled under th eprinter th, I removed the right side panel and the left side panel for th eprinter. I was happy to see the piece of paper that has ruined my day quiete. Deleted and everything set up as before and successfully took a test page print.

  Thank you for repair of HP, which led me to get inside the printer.

• DeskJet F4180 all-in-one. E and the flashing light message

  Under the Attention light black/photo flashes, an 'E' is informed by the start the copy.  I do not have a paper jam, I removed the ink cartridges and put them back int (they have ink). I closed the computer and the printer down commpletely and turned off the power play and leave it for several minutes before restarting.  I disconnected and reconnected the cables to the back of the computer.   Help!  I have a few contracts I need to scan it and send it off.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Can someone help me please. I have a HP Deskjet 1050 All in one J410 series model No.VCVRA 1001 I use on my laptop Compaq Windows7 64 bit.

  For the first time yesterday, when I tried to print on the machine, all I get is a pop up that says there is a paper jam and to erase it. There is NO paper or whatever it is the device of interference.

  I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. You can try to perform a hard reset on the printer. Unplug the power cord at the back. Leave for 30 seconds and plug it back.

  Having recently acquired this printer to work.  I noticed that the firmware was old and progressed to do the upgrade to version 8.120.4 with the files found on the web site of HP.  The upgrade file is "lj2420fw_08_120_4.rtf" the printer thankfully received the upgrade, and then displays a message "electric bicycle".  This message remained for more than an hour which I manually ccled the power.  Once doing so the printer turns on but the screen remains white (display backlight is off as well) and the ready, data, and attention lights are turned off.  How can I recover from this State.

  I have a HP Deskjet 2512. The black ink cartridge was empty, I went in a center of filling/recycling cartridge local and bought a replacement. When I inserted the cartridge in the printer and tried to print a document, an error message came that says "the following print cartridges are not intended to be used to this printer as it is currently configured: black." Refer to the printer documentation. »

  Can I substitute this error message? I must stress that I am a Mac user.

  Probably this problem is caused by either a disruption in the power of cartridges (i.e. of the electrical contacts Sales), or the cartridge is just defective.  I wasn't able to find a complete document dedicated to the problem you are having, but I found a document that does not have this error.  The complete document will be linked below, but here are the steps that I pulled from this document.

  I have a HP 4250n Laserjet black and white. Recently, when I turned it on I got a white screen and the attention of light red. I turn off and on again and everything would be good again for a good few days.

• HP laserjet p1006: does not print after changing the toner

  I just changed the toner. The green light is on, but when something I send to the printer to print, the orange error light. Before inserting the toner, I pulled the Strip in transparent plastic attached to an orange tongue and the black cloth. I tried to reinsert the toner and turn on/off the printer again.   Make sure all the orange, packaging material is to remove the toner.

  Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector) This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  Open and close the cover five times quickly. It should print a page with black lines on it.
