  I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and when I bring in a video and place it in the timeline audio automatically goes to the audio track 4. And there are two titles as audio is at 4 and 5. I tried to manually put the audio up to track 1, 2 or 3 and it's just a habit.   By default, your sequence has three stereo tracks. You import probably mono tracks, that are automatically added after stereo tracks, so Channel 4, 5, etc. Mono can't go to a mono, stereo track only to a stereo and 5.1 only to a 5.1 track. Check the speaker icon on the left side of the audio track. It makes no difference, but you can remove stereo tracks if they are empty and so climb the mono tracks in Visual representation.

  -Replace the CD/DVD-RW drives, twice.

  -updated the Chipset and drivers
  -Reinstalled the o/s

  The laptop seems to recognize media when it is inserted, but if it's a RW and try to format it, it fails. If we use the wizard of Windows erasing, it 'SAYS' it has been deleted, but nothing has changed. If we try to burn all the data of all disks, he says its full but comes up with no information. And Yes, we used the Windows software of engraving too and closed the session and tried the other option compatibility with older systems, and still nothing. • Batch replace files in After Effects

  I have a project that is a series of snapshots of time that has been edited in Final Cut Pro.  I used that I created (.cr2) original raw files to JPEG files editing.  I used to send the edit in After Effects (CS5) to do things that I can't do in FCP Automatic Duck and I want to replace the JPEG images with the color correction for raw files.  When I select multiple JPEG files in my project window, I can't replace one of the clips.  If I select a single jpeg, I can bring up the window replaced and I find myself with 2 options.  The first creates a sequence of images, which works for some of my shots (although I always put those in the composition, essentially a re-release of the song), but for many others, I do not use all of the images in the time or ignore some here and there.  I also mix the lengths of framework in several sequences, with the help of different lengths of 1s, 2s, 3S and 4s, etc., in order to have AE create a sequence of images from raw files does not work.  The other option is replaing each file one by one, but with thousands of images, it is not really an option.  I tried the script of the Immigration of aescripts.com but that is not what I need to do either.  I'm sure the solution is under my nose, but any help is greatly appreciated.

  You must run 2 research in the script.  The first to replace the file and the second to replace the file extension.  My problem was that I was replacing only the folder.  Once the script is done and you open the new AE project, it creates the files will be offline.  After that you relink the first file, AE does the rest, just like Dave suggested.  Aescripts.com Lloyd is very useful.

• Exporting from After Effects to Final Cut Pro

  Could someone tell me the best way to export to After Effects, in the Final Cut Pro? This I must have Automatic Duck for this, if yes which?

  You must add your composition to the queue made and then export to the same format and codec you use in FCP. Automatic Duck is a great tool for your FCP or motion to enter into After Effects timelines, but most of the time I simply select an item in the PCF, export it as a sequence of reference, put in AE for treatment, then make a file to use as a substitute for the CPF.

  Search by effects Final Cut Workflow and you'll find some more tips including this one. It is not bad for the body, but it misses the point to use the same codec. All my FCP projects are ProRez HQ or 444 ProREZ it's my choice. Also, if you use the shooting together, which isn't a bad idea, you can use the option to replace footage in FCP that is more effective that technique demoed drag your shot made in the timeline and then cut if necessary.
