  Unfortunately, sites don't are not always updated in time for the new browser versions, and old code makes stupid assumptions about new versions.   I had the same problem at first. You open the e-mail as usual. And then in the Actions drop-down list box, you select the print option. This has worked for me and printed the actual e-mail only.
