  This procedure completely stops the laptop

  The point is that Win 8 past in hybrid mode, choose the option stop in the charm bar
  To completely turn off, you must press SHIFT + X and have to choose Shut Down.

  I had the same problem. I plugged my Wireless Studio Beats and checked my firmware using Updater bat and found out there was a (2.1.8) update. After you have installed and (importantly) not matching and rematching the beats of my iPhone, Apple music was working normally again, and I was getting disconnected when changing tracks more.   I think I have a type of malware or something because my computer started running slower and I continue to be redirected to Web sites randomly when I use Google or Bing.  Records on the right side of my Start menu as 'Computer' and 'My Documents' disappeared.  I also get this an update for Windows live which stops at 57%.

  From what you described, I am afraid that your PC needs a lot of work (probably a bad motherboard), and you'd be much better to buy a new laptop or refurbished, than to pay a lot of money to fix yours.

  According to ITIL, I believe that the incident that I was describing is a known problem and is best explained here.  I got my AMD driver at 15.7, x 64, with no improvement, starting 2 m 30 s and stop 2 m 50 m.

  I edit this 30 minutes later for completeness. After a cold reboot when I attended the incident above I decided, for the sake of inquistive, 15.7.1 upgrade. I stopped it, 30 years, amd boot 1 m 33 s (I call start on the screen the user PIN, but the black screen did not appear).

  I made another stop, 26 s and start (this time I feel it from hard beginning to circle whirling on Windows fill orange paper United wallpaper - no 'white' no screen between the HP logo and this) 26 s!  I pretty much shot down 85% on shut down and improved the startup time of 48%.

  I hope that this help guide another.
