• Adobe Presenter video Express: problem with webcam Logitech c920

  I have a problem with Adobe Presenter Video Express, when I want to use the camera Logitech c920. (computer laptop Dell Vostro 3560, Windows 7-64 bit, 8 GB of RAM, memory)

  When I launch the program and start creating the new project, I see only a black screen with the error message "your webcam is busy or it does not." "Try closing other applications that might be using the webcam and select it again. But when I press "record", program begins to make the video - and the webcam works. My problem is that I can't use video effects to change the background: I can't see Preview video/webcam with button "make my impressive background."   In our tests, we saw that the Logitech C920, must the last driver of Logitech and the software must be installed so that it works correctly. Please make sure that you are picking the latest driver from the following link:

  If installing this driver does not resolve this issue, then please try the following:

  1. Sometimes, the webcam is busy on the launch of the app. Select the camera, then the Logitech camera to try a fix for this problem.
  2. Some Bluetooth drivers interfere with the functioning of the app. Disable all Bluetooth devices and see if it solves the problem.
  3. Send us a journal of diagnosis of the problem. You can follow the steps in this link to launch the application in diagnostic mode: presenter help | Adobe Presenter Video Express (Windows & Mac) .   PS: as a temporary workaround, you can check without changing the background, then the change in the background inside the editor using the option "Video improve."

• Mouse in Adobe Presenter Video Creator problem

  I have Adobe Presenter 9.0.2 build 173, 64 bits and I seem to have something strange happening in Adobe Presenter Video Creator when I use it for display to illustrate the recording software.

  If I let him change my screen resolution recommended by the application - "change the display resolution while recording (recommended)" - occurrences of click in the video produce a short distance where I really clicked the mouse.   I would like to know how to let Adobe Presenter Video Creator registration to the recommended display and resolution have saved correctly in the correct locations of mouse clicks.

  Problem SOLVED!

  On a hunch, I searched DPI via the search function in the charms of Windows 8 bar and open the item "making the text and other elements more or less." Under the heading 'Change of the size of all the elements', I found that the cursor was set exactly to halfway between 'Small' and 'Larger' and below, there is a checkbox called "Let me choose the level of scaling for all my views" that has been disabled. I have put a check mark in the box and I changed the scale of the existing 'medium - 125% ' to "Smaller - 100%". Windows tells me I had to restart the PC to make the changes take effect. The restart, my desktop icons were smaller than previously, confirmation that the DPI change took effect.

  I then did a test video with Adobe Presenter video creator with the parameter "Save Preferences" "change display resolution (recommended) registration" checked and to my satisfaction, ouse clicks appear more staggered more. And the video quality in the published video is superb.

  I have a presentation test that works perfectly if I publish on our Connect Server and although I directly start the file index.htm or knock on a well-read reader (G:\content\presentation\index.htm), but the videos specifically do not work when I try to access this same location of presentation as an http path.   When running an offline environment, the video is not streamed (i.e. the Communication Server is not used).
  The flv file is directly accessible via http (port 80).

  You can open /data/viewer.xml the name of the flv file.

  Check if you can directly access / data/resources/ from the browser?

• Cisco Telepresence SX20 H323 autonomous "no video call.

• Save the changes to a presenter Video Express project.

  It is not clear to me how to save changes to an existing project. I just spent some time annotating and prune a few clips and left for a meeting. When I came back to open the project again all previous work I did was gone.

  Is there a workflow I should be followed prior to preserve any previous works?

  Or is there a possibility that the project is the caching of a previous instance or the State of origin.

  Consider the following in this case workflow:

  1.) copies your project and the rename at all what you name you want selected (let's call it project_name_version_2 for now)

  (2.) in the copied project folder, open the file, lcmanifest.xml

  (3.) in this file, do a search for 'project_name' and change the value to reflect the new name (project_name_version_2).

  4.) in the same file, do a search for 'guid' and change any one alphanumeric character of another alphanumeric character. For example, if your guid was '121c4251-0c23-459b-b300-e79073156701 '.

  You can change it to "121c4251-0c23-459b-b300-e7907315670c".

  Now, when you open the PVX, you should see your new project in the project list.

  A few things to note:

  (1) there is no need to import the copied project. PVX will be auto-updated the list of projects with your new project when you re - open

  (2) again, if you do not see your project copied in the list project PVX to close and re - open.

  I have a PC 64 bit Windows 7 Pro, and I am trying to download a trial version of presenter Video Express 11.

  I provide to my boss a review so that it can buy this for our training team.

  I tried to download Video Express 11 presenter, while that connected to Adobe.com, while using Firefox 39.0 49 Chrome and IE 11.0.9.

  I turned on my cookies, turn off pop-up blockers, deleted all the cookies/history and added Adobe.com for the compatibility view settings in Internet Explorer.

  I followed all the instructions and each piece of advice on this forum, and nothing has worked.

  I uninstalled Akamai about 15 times and tried again and again with different parameters.

  Akamai Download Manager installs correctly (apparently) on my PC, but he put the shortcut on my desktop and it never resumes the download.

  Please do not paste links to the help documentation for troubleshooting three. I have lived all three, and I've tried everything.

  An update for this, I finally downloaded the product at home and brought a copy to work on a USB key.

  How to change the police lower third text in Adobe Presenter Video Express.  The combination of fonts and sizes is not very attractive.

  Currently, it is not possible to change video presenter Express UI. However there is an option to change them by using the cplc.ini file.

  In the video of the presenter express installation folder, you can find cplc.ini.

  Open the file in any text editor (such as notepad).

  Search for LOWER_THIRD_TITLE_FONT_NAME and LOWER_THIRD_SUB_TITLE_FONT_NAME. you will find the following lines.

  LOWER_THIRD_TITLE_FONT_NAME = clean Adobe

  LOWER_THIRD_SUB_TITLE_FONT_NAME = clean Adobe

  You can change them as below. (for purposes of example, I change the Arial font)

  LOWER_THIRD_TITLE_FONT_NAME = Arial

  LOWER_THIRD_SUB_TITLE_FONT_NAME = Arial

  This will make the police of lower third text in all your projects, Arial.

  Similarly, to change the FontSize are looking for LOWER_THIRD_TITLE_HD_FONT_SIZE / LOWER_THIRD_SUB_TITLE_HD_FONT_SIZE and change them accordingly.

  Why is this feature important for you? The new "video creator Adobe Presenter" is great as a stand-alone video creator.  But when I'm in Powerpoint and you want to record a simple video of sidebar for 1 slide... It's a shame that there is no longer the old simple way to do this.  I just want to click on "Save", select I want to record my video with my webcam my video in the sidebar, and then stop... I don't want to record the screen, the webcam, export them as mp4, re-import in Powerpoint, etc...  In Presenter 7 I could do a simple video recording for a video of sidebar... Why did you remove this feature?

  Here, we use Adobe Presenter to make the course online.  We use it to add narration to slides.  And sometimes, we want to add a video in the section of the sidebar for an intro for example... In Presenter 7 we could click on recording, choose we want video recording to the position of the sidebar, record the video with the webcam and it's him... He did!  We have a slide that has a video in the sidebar.

  Presenter 9, we now have a new way to make the video, but it does not work!

  I have an HD webcam and I can't get a simple fullscreen video of the webcam with the creator of video Adobe Presenter.  If I do a record and then select the page layout to see just the webcam.  I have my webcam image in the middle and the screen captured in grey in the background.  So, if I import this video in the section of the sidebar, it does not work!  I don't want the gray background behond the image recorded by the webcam...

  I am an audiovisual technician and work with a lot of software Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effect, Lightroom, Photoshop...)

  I know I can record a video introduction in my studio.  Edit with Premiere Pro and import it into Powerpoint Adobe Presenter, in the section of the sidebar.

  But I work with university professors and many of them want to do their only online courses.  They must record a small video with Adobe Presenter and they want to be able to do easily as in the previous version of Adobe Presenter... no one understands why this function no longer exists...

  I am running presenter Video Creator and when I click on the Branding icon to display the Branding Panel that there is a drop down menu to the themes. I click the menu drop down and there are a couple of current topics, but there is also an option for more themes. This option causes a zip file to download. I downloaded the zip file and extract to a folder. After extraction, it seems to be an installer I hope that additional content. But the problem, run the installation program causes the following error:

  I would like to point out that your instructions solved the problem, but nothing has changed.

  So, I did dig deeper. I ended up having to open WinZip to extract the content. And there is an option in WinZip which said to recreate the folder structure used. And it is the missing key. There are some concerned records that were not themselves created.

  If you mean video brand, they are stored in this location for win7-> C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\Presenter Assets\VideoCreator\branding\videos

  There are 2 files for hd and sd videos to brand.

• SX10 presentation framerate

  We test a SX10 VC unit and we have problems to achieve a framerate high for channel presentation, adapted to the movements in real time and the match between the image and the sound (i.e. approximately 30 fps).

  We used SX20 units and that you are able to read the string of presentation videos at 30 frames per second without problem, but we tested an SX10 and we couldn't do it. We tried to change the 'VideoBandwidth PresentationChannel weight' parameter to the maximum value (10) and "VideoBandwidth salon main weight" down (1), and it is notable that the dedicated bandwidth of the channel of the presentation was excellent, the framerate really remained poor (5-6 FPS). According to this scenario, calling at 1152 kbps, we received about 900 Kbps for the presentation and 100 kbps for the main channel, only 5 fps.

  Is there a hardware/firmware limitation in the SX10 that does not allow the unit to reach the display rate higher for the channel of presentation?
  If so, it is planned for future versions?

  This is a hardware limitation, as the SX10 is a codec for entry level, there not all abilities than the other major codecs. He is able to WXGAp5 by the SX10 data sheet, see "dual stream".
