I work currently at the EMP 11.1.2.1 use client-side. They have a simple question that I can't answer right now:
MSAD (Microsoft Active Directory) is used by this client in addition to native Directory. When we do the requirement, we agreed that the user would be less than 50.
The question is, how do I know if the Service shares to limit the provision of Active Directory user, say that only 50 users under AD may be put into service. User no. 51 can be provisioned or admin will receive notification.
Is it possible or not? I'm very new to Hyperion, please help. Thank you.True, but that does not prevent new users to be put into service. So if a new user is added that matches the filter LDAP (i.e. added to a group or CN) so that the user can be configured.

I don't know if this is the right place to post this question, I develop software to support VMWare PCoIP and need to know how to get the host name of the physical machine (which manages the virtual machine and View Client) within a virtual machine before the user logs in Windows of the virtual machine.
I understand there are two ways to read the host name, via the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Volatile Environment registry and environment variables, but they are available once the user is connected. I need info before the user connects.
Is there a VMware API that can be called or asked the host name?

Note that these executed when a virtual desktop computer allocated connection, not to the point that the client connects - it is possible for the customer to not complete the connection (crash, cancel, network failure) and so any what solution you design must handle this.

404 after the user is inactive on logged in page

I think it should be a common problem.
I have, in my application poral webcenter, login and home page.
login page is available for the anonymous user.
Homepage is available for the user.
After the connection, when the user is inactive on the homepage for a while, it gives a warning message - something like "your session has expired, click ok to continue.
After clicked ok, he's trying to refresh the page- but the home page is the page "private" and user session has expired, it gives a 404 page.
in this case, I wanted to redirect to the login page.

I can't a user unable to access the web tests. When the user attempts to log in they get an error box will appear with "an error occurred during initialization of the boot options.

I'm building a custom LabVIEW TestStand for operator interface. I decided to use LabView controls and indicators instead of those provided by TestStand himself.
Now... There are several tabs in the application window. At startup, the only active tab is the 'Login' one. In this tab, there are: a list box (in which I want to display all available user names) and a control of the chain (in which I want to display the user name that was selected by clicking in the drop-down list).

Check if the account is disabled and enable it.
a. click the Start button.
b. go to the control panel and go to Classic view.
c. click on Administrative Tools.
d. click on computer management.
e. on the left, click local users and groups.
f. on the right box, click users.
g. If your previous account is listed, then right click on the user name and select Properties.
h. uncheck "account is disabled".

After about 3 weeks working with Dell Inspiron 14 R and print with HP laserjet 1020, without problem, now I have a problem: when I try to "find the printer (in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel for example) I get the message: Active Directory Domain Services is currently unavailable.

I try to remove and reinstall hp laser jet 1020 once again, but the problem still exist.
After I opened the menu devices and printers, and then click the Hp Laser Jet 1020, the category of this printer icon: 'unknown '.
How can I make the available ADDS?

Basically, the problem is that I created another user account, but only a few random apps appear on it and I was REALLY looking FORWARD to having to reinstall some programs + 50 so my computer can function normally on my secondary account. I am able to find a lot of programs installed by snooping around in Explorer and have been able to run some by creating shortcuts, but many of them (Spybot, Itunes, Google Chrome, THE LIST GOES ON!) nothing do when the .exe is open and are unusable (on this account).Also, I want to say there is no page support for Windows 7 that cover this topic (that I could find by using the provided search engine), and the more those (as for windows 2000) do not apply because they tell you to move files Windows has more, but it is a known problem and Microsoft should incorporate a simple way to add or remove accounts without uninstall/install programs just to be able to check a box... _ Perhaps there could even be an option for this in a very obvious place, as installed programs list of the filth or user account settings.Emzzey wrote:

I've just updated Adobe Muse at 2015.2. After the upgrade, I can publish is more updates/changes to the site already launched with the catalyst for business without creating a whole new site and delete the previous one every time. The dialog box gives the error "currently associated site is not available for this user." Here's an update on this issue.
Reason: Following an internal problem, association of account user of Muse and the corresponding user BC account breaks after Muse put 2015.2 to date. It is originally Muse to do not be able to enumerate the users existing sites BC to publish to the dialog Business Catalyst. The issue is addressed in Muse engineering team. Meanwhile, use the workflow as shown below.
Solution/solution:
- Create a new site from Muse
- Publish it as a new trial to Business Catalyst site
- Close and reopen the Muse
- Open the affected site of Muse
- Publish on Business Catalyst now

I have the situation where a bunch of persistent Windows 10 VM VDI (several pools, all VM 1 by manual pool) are ALWAYS shown as 'Available' in Admin mode, even when a user is connected. Using PCoIP or RDP has no importance.
Description:
-All the time, desktop never appears as 'connected' in the Admin view when users log on. It's always 'available', which is dead wrong in the first place.
-L' use of PCoIP disconnects-> reconnects with PCoIP or RDP.
-Using RDP at a certain point however, triggers the message of "sources of funds available for this desktop computer are currently busy" clients of the view. Re-login impossible at all from that moment, regardless of the protocol used.
-Once again, yet these VM Win10 see as "available" regardless of the actual status.
-There is no firewall between windows 10 VM and connection brokers (who have no problem replication).
-Restarting the agent from the view and related services does not 'release' of the virtual machine. It will still say 'sources of funds available for this desktop computer are currently busy.
-Only a restart of the operating system can erase it and make the available virtual machine to connect again.
-While the virtual machine is amplified shutdown or restart, desktop shows as "inaccessible Agent" so there is communication between Agents and brokers.
Windows 7 persistent VM works 100% normal in all respects. It's only 10 VM Windows and... Since a round patch in a few weeks (I was this problem since then). Before some patch does this (but have no evidence) these VM Windows 10 has worked well with view 6.2.0
These virtual machines are highly customized with special software and can not be simply rebuild. I re-install VMtools, view Agent etc etc several times. No dice. Even tried a fresh install of Windows (connected to the same level), still shows this behavior.
All this started a few weeks back after a round Patch from Microsoft. Then maybe a M$ Patch assigned Agent of the view. So I uninstalled/re-installed the Agent of 62 reviews. Improved 6.2 to 6.2.2 etc. all to nothing does not. New, old, VMtools Agents re-installed. I've tried everything now.
Has anyone seen this or someone can point me in the right direction for troubleshooting? I haven't noticed any funky stuff in the papers, but I'm probably tunnel vision/search the bad things after all this time.
I do view since the early days, but I'm really stumped this time. I am all of these ideas.
