  So basically, when I open illustrator on my pc windows 7 at work, I had the image below, a library, but don't show all options.

  

  When I am home on a mac, it seems to open very well.

  So far, I tried what seems like all of the solutions I found boards including:

  • Uninstall reinstall with the cleaning tool.
  • Updated the Opd_db file or something else called,.
  • Even went up to change my "hosts" file to make sure that nothing has commented. (# 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com)

  It works very well in CC PS simply in Illustrator.

  Any thoughts on that would be great!

  Try disabling file synchronization in the creative cloud desktop application. Then log out of your account from Photoshop (help > Sign Out). You should also log out of the application of office of CC as well. Check this. If you are not logged out, log out. Close all Adobe applications, which includes all applications that run in the background and you see only in activity monitor (everything starts with 'Adobe' or 'CC' in the name, but also things like CoreSync). From there, remove * the following:

  /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/CC libraries (full content)

  /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db (just the file)

  Reopen the application of CC desktop and connect again. Go to the active tab, select the files and enable synchronization. Open Photoshop and test libraries.

  I beg of you.

  A number of things:

  * First of all, sign in with your Adobe ID to http://assets.adobe.com (My Active - libraries) and make sure that your resources are there.

  * Then, make sure that you are connected to the desktop computer with the same Adobe ID (the best way to do that is just to go ahead and sign out of the application of CC desktop (click the CC icon in your menu bar, click on the gear icon in the menu that opens, then click Preferences, and then click Disconnect).) Resart your computer before you sign in.

  * Then open Illustrator CC and open the library panel and click on the little icon creative cloud in that (I have attached a picture under my name).

  Let me know how it goes and if your resources will appear.

  The question mark has nothing to do with your subscription at the end. The question mark on your records indicates that Lightroom cannot find the photos, because they have been moved or renamed, or delete outside of Lightroom. The instructions to fix it are: Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing

  I used Creative Library Library to share assets in several projects using Photoshop. A day after my start of 2015 PS I couldn't find one of my assets in the library. It's a pain to use these files, because the assets are difficult to modify without leading to hours of rework library assets. It is basically back to the hours of rehearsal and copy paste across files. Is there an active way of library can be recovered?

  For me it looks like you are trying to download the thumbnail image and not the actual image.

  Download them using the method in the screenshots in this link: I downloaded my 10 free images and they all have the Adobe watermark on them, so I can't use them. Why do they have a watermark on them?

  Found the work around on my own. Everything you have to do is to copy a library someone has shared with you and add it to your library and makes you the owner also.
