  Below is a summary of the issue I faced, followed by details.
  
  Summary:
  
  I'm doing a "Save as copy" operation to RMAN, but it is retained by the db writer process. The event of waiting for writer rman process and db is "RDBMS ipc reply. The db writer process is in turn blocked by the process of "RBAL. The RBAL process seems to be waiting on the same process of writer db with wait events ' enq: FP - global fob contention "." Any ideas what could be causing this and what can I do to solve this problem?

  I run the following operation in RMAN:
  

  RMAN> backup as copy database format '+DEV1';

  However, the process is stuck on the event of waiting "RDBMS ipc reply.

  After a bit of searching on Google, I discovered that the P1 parameter indicates the background is process causing the wait, so I checked that addresses:

• macOS Sierra and reminders badge notification counter stuck

  Hello everyone,

  I upgraded my MBP 2015 beginning 13 "retina to macOS Sierra 10.12 a week ago and since then my notification reminders badge icon shows '1', even if I have no obsolete reminder. On my iPhone 6, Pro "(à la fois avec iOS 10.0.2) and iCloud 9.7 iPad are shown no insignia." How can I solve this problem? I looked everywhere on the internet.

  I tried:

  • Disabling the option badge in settings and reset the MBP.
  • typing in a Terminal the command 'killall-Dock KILL' with 'sudo' and without it;
  • disconnect and connect again to my iCloud account;

  no results at all.

  Any other suggestion please?

  For those who encounter this problem, thanks to a user I finally solved the problem.

  Here's what I did:

  Connected to the www.icloud.com went to the settings and restored a previous automatic backup of two days before (even if my problem started earlier). After the recovery is complete, my icon badge disappeared automatically.

  At the end of the process, I had again to share my 'Family' calendar and a reminder with my girlfriend (if you have more, you must do for each list of calendar/reminder).

  All my subscribed calendars are always synchronized after the process.

• I'm getting "0xC004C003 key is blocked" in my event viewer and the 'not genuine' wallpaper

  Suddenly, my windows is not valid. I get 0xC004C003 key is stuck in my event viewer.  It is a copy, I bought on amazon last year, installed and ran it for a long time without problems.  then 6 months ago or not, this computer crashed, so I installed this copy on my HP workstation.  problems of validation then.  Ms. helped me then. not activated no problem until now, months later.  Another problem is that when I run slui 4, I don't get a chance to choose my country so I can choose a phone number.  is there anywhere else I can get the phone number for people of activation?  Thank you!

  BTW, the tool says that no identifiable information is captured in these results, but the exact path to my default browser was included which shows my user name and the path to my profile on my machine.  Some security people would consider this identification info.  I have it redacted sort of above (hope that isn't waste analysis), and it doesn't really bother me, but just a heads-up.  Thank you!

• stop a VI when its FP is closed

  I'm having a problem getting the interaction I want between two VI, I did.  I have a high level of the VI page that allows the user to choose options for tests to execute.  When they choose a Subvi opens (and in the block diagram of high level VI, it shows the Subvi called with the green arrow to traffic it runs).  The test works very well with the Subvi and when the user is done I wish they were able to close the window.  However if you are using the X in the corner to close this PF, top-level block VI still shows this Subvi as going and gets stuck there.

  Everythign works fine if you press the button stop in the Subvi, the highest level VI will continue as it should.  That would be good enough for me, but I know that other users will try to close the window and I can't let it freeze until the highest level VI each time.

  I guess what I'm really looking for here is to be able to close the window of this sub - VI, but there first stop the execution so that the high level VI is not stuck.

  I tried using a structure of the event that will trigger TRUE to be sent to the stop button when the front panel is closed.  The Subvi seemed just sitting there waiting for the Panel before closing rather than make the rest of its interior.  I think this may be due to the fact that I use a state machine, it does not seem to get to the next State.  When I looked with highlight execution on this subject seems to be stuck to the event now.

  My computer is running really slow & kept to message "Internet Exporer is not responding. When I closed it the usual image on my desktop had changed to what looks like a head & shoulders (in white) & the rest of the background is grey. The icons are still there & everything seems to be ok working virus & spyware scans is not picked up something... y at - it a virus, or?  circulate with this description?

  I work with often computers that have problems similar to this and I find that it is very often caused clicking "too. When the computer is bogged down trying to deal with something we are eager and try clicking on other things to make us expect the first thing at the end or "hurry up" the first thing that along.

  This never works and usually only made worse by giving the task already overwork or stuck sequences more events to process. In addition, (and I think it's maybe that has happened) sometimes clicked the wrong things because the options were still loading when we clicked on but before that the registered computer mouse action list has changed.

  It is possible to click on an item and set it as your desktop. Any element on the screen or a browser can be set this way. To check, click Start > Control Panel > change wallpaper (under the heading category appearance and personalization)

  From there change the 'photo' to "Windows Desktop Backgrounds" field and then choose themes from the image shown. Once you have selected a new theme, select "Save Changes".

  This should have replaced your "head and shoulders with the chosen theme.»

• Cannot configure Flatfile reconciliation in IOM 9.1.0.1

  I am facing this weird problem with IOM in my new project. I followed the steps below to set up reconciliation flatfile using as a source of confidence.
  1 transportation provider shared drive
  2. the format CSV - provider
  I filled out the location for the directory (Parent) of the commissioning stage and archiving. I'm using Cp1251 to the encoding of the file.
  
  The problem I'm facing is that as soon as I move to the step above for the mapping, I see not all fields in the Source and the staging of reconciliation
  step 3: change the Configuration of the connector. What could be the reason? The flat file is already in the location of the parent directory, before starting the setup of Flatfile GTC. There is no logs generated for this for obvious reasons. It would be awesome if someone can answer soon because I was facing this problem since yesterday morning.

  I'm not a DBA, but during the agreement to the database for a performance test, I changed theMEMORY_TARGET to 32G using Enterprise Manager. My oracle 11g Linux database is. Then I shut down the oracle using sqlplus.
  
  But while startup, oracle launches due to error.
  
  ORA-00845: MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system
  
  
  Now I'm stuck. Try event preforming recovery using Enterprise Manager but his failure with the similar error.

  This error occurs if your/dev/SHM as Linux does not have enough memory.
  by default, / dev/SHM 1/2 of your physical RAM, so I assume that your server has less than 64 GB of memory.

  Just change the entry in the/etc/fstab to use 40 G (instead of the default which is online right now), then your database should be able to start (you will need to back up/dev/shm, tmpfs resp.

  Check with df k your tmpfs has enough free space to hold the 32 GB of your database.

• Problem to update the views by using templates

  I'm trying to implement the model of presentation using Cairngorm in my flex application. I have a problem to update the views using the presentation model.

  Here's what I do.

  1. I am trying to create a login screen.
  2. To store the current of the user logged in ModelLocator, I created a "currentUser" property
  3. My Member information screen (the screen is displayed after successful login) displays the username like this.

  4. I created a template, memberUI for Member information screen. It has a property called "name", which stores the full name of the current user.
  5. I created a method in the presentation model called setFullname() which does the work of definition of the fullname property. This function is called in the answering machine for the connection event.

  I've seen two approaches to this within the PM + Cairngorm architectures.

• My reminders badge stuck at 1 in the sierra of macOS

  I have a '1' badge on my reminders on macOS.

  I have no outstanding callback and the badge does not appear on any of my devices iOS (iPhone, iPad), or iCloud.com. Unsyncing reminders in my preferences to iCloud deletes the indicator, but as soon as I turn this back on the badge will reappear. I deleted all my filled reminders and spent some time to replace all my regular reminders and still the badge is still there! I can't find a reminders preferences file to remove from the library. Killall Dock has no effect.

  There must be a corruption connected to my iCloud account which only affects the reminders under macOS, but how can I fix this problem? It's driving me crazy. Deactivation of the badge a little defeated the purpose.

  I have it exactly the same problem. I tried everything I know. I can't understand. I noticed other problems with Sierra beyond that. I'm about to go back to El Capitan.

  Im not sure if there is an empirical "remind me about 06:00" setting, however when you set up a singular event you can tell him to remind you about it at times in front of it... like an hour, 2 hours, 2 days etc.
