Bluetooth Communication failure between 24 to 48 hours

I currently use the Bluetooth RFCOMM service to connect to a remote device and collect data from a remote device.

The RFCOMM connection is established by using the Bluetooth stack that is accessible via the version 2.2 of the Windows Socket. Windows Sockect Version 1.1 is also tried, but the same results.

Here is the configuration of the system.

Computer laptop hardware = Lenovo ThinkpPad T440s, Intel i7-4600U CPU @ 2.10 GHz, 8 GB RAM, 64-bit Windows 7 Professional operating system

Version = 6.1.7601.17889 Bluetooth enumerator driver, driver = Date 21/06/2006

Bluetooth (4.0) Intel driver version = 3.1.1311.400 Driver Date = 10/18/2013, a digital signature.

The communication is over as a result of recv() function return 0, with the return value of WSAGetLastError() blocking 0 x 00000000.

Any later attempt to try and restore the connection fails as the first two trials of return error of authentication device, the third try results in successful authentication but it is impossible to establish communication.

The problem is reproducible with several pieces of hardware and configurations.

The only way to recover this condition is to stop and restart the application.

Any help is very appreciated.

Thank you

Hello MKS.

Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft Community forum.

I would be grateful if you can provide us with the following information to help us better understand the issue.

  1. Have you tried another Bluetooth device on this computer? Has been the result even?
  2. All device drivers are updated?

Try it out below mentioned methods and see if it works for you.

Method 1:

When Bluetooth communication fails at this time here please check that support Bluetooth and the Bluetooth service are running on the computer. To check the Bluetooth services follow the steps below:

  1. Click Start
  2. In the Search box, type run.
  3. Type Services.msc in the Run box , and then press on enter.
  4. In the list find Bluetooth service and support Bluetooth services and double click on it.
  5. Verify that the service is both Automatic and started.

Method 2:

Try to run the corner hardware store and check whether the problem is resolved or not.

Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter

Method 3

The issue that you are facing may be due to drivers. Then I suggest you to update the Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer's website and check the status. You can check the link below to update the drivers.

Drivers and software - ThinkPad T440s

Make sure you download the drivers for Windows 7 64-bit.

Hope it would help. If problem persists always post back with the current state of your computer and the result of the proposed suggestion, we will be happy to help you.

Thank you.

Blueinc good tip.  I noticed that you were using the MDS of the JDE 4.7.0:

    C:\Program search in Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.7.0\MDS

I had been using the MDS for the stand-alone package of RIM:

C:\Program 4.1.2\MDS search Motion\BlackBerry Email and MDS Services Simulator

As soon as I tried the JDE 4.7.0 MDS, it worked without making any changes of rimpublic.property!

So it seems that the bug is with 'BlackBerry email and MDS Services 4.1.2 simulators' MDS.  Thanks for pointing me the finger inadvertently in the right direction!

Would be nice if RIM could fix the own MDS.

  • Communication failure USRP 2952R after loading image

    Background

I recently started working with the NOR-2952R (X 310) and I'm trying to contact her on the 1 GB NETWORK card on a Linux server.  I am very familiar with the USRP N-210 and I'm looking to use it in a similar way.

    Problem

My host uses UHD 003.007.001 so when I first performed a uhd_usrp_probe, I got the standard incompatibility message shown below, so I reimagee with the X 310 bit file comes from uhd_images_downloader.  The little-used file was usrp_x310_fpga_HGS.bit.

Error: RuntimeError: number of firmware compatibility 0x3 WAITED, but had 0x4.0

After loading the new image, I received x 300 errors of communication/fw as follows:

    [user@host ~] $ / usr/bin/uhd_usrp_probe - addr = 192.168.10.2 args
    Linux; GNU C++ version 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7 - 4); Boost_104100; UHD_003.007.001 - 0-unknown

    UHD error:
    x 300 failure communication fw #1
EnvironmentError: IOError: x 300 poke32 fw - answer has expired

    UHD error:
    x 300 failure communication fw #1
EnvironmentError: IOError: x 300 peek32 fw - answer has expired

After a repair this problem for a few hours, I think I have bricked my device and I train using the JTAG interface to reimage the appliance.

    Question

What is the right image to load for the UHD 003.007.001 driver and how to fix the failures of communication?  My server using a Broadcom NIC and I saw another post, suggesting that users had issues with Realtek NIC.

    Thank you.

As a follow-up, my camera was indeed bricks by a corrupt charge.  I initially loaded (and subsequently recovered) my camera with the command below.

    [user@host ~] $ sudo/usr/bin/usrp_x3xx_fpga_burner - addr 192.168.10.2 - fpga-path /usr/share/uhd/images/usrp_x310_fpga_HGS.bit

I was able to retrieve my device via JTAG with the same bit file and persisted in my image with the same command above.

    Go Hoos.

  • Communication problem between the FPGA VI and VI host-PC

    Dear Sir

I am trying to establish a communication between a FPGA a PC host using the FPGA FIFO.

The communication still has a few problems and I do not know what cause them.

LabVIEW gives me the following reason "transfer has not completed within a stated time period, or in the specified number of retries."

What is the problem with my labview program? How can I solve this?

    The project are attached.

    Best regards

    Beurms Jasper

    Hello, Jasper.

Based on your feedback that a good approach might be to use DMA FIFO of the FPGA on the RT controller and use the network stream to send all on the network.

Please note that (based on your original code), may also be useful to take a look at the use of DMA FIFO with interlacing.

PS: I mention this because there is a limit on how many DMA FIFOs, you can use onach RIOtarget.

  • Communication problem between asynchronous process BPMN

Hello, I have problems with communication between the two BPMN processes with an interface assynchronous.

I have a main process BPMN (process a) and on the inside, I send task to call a second method BPMN (B). The two processes are inside the same project JDev.

B BPM process was created using the JDev Assistant. I chose an asynchronous service and set the input and output variables. In the process of creating, I checked the start and end events (on the implementation tab) and the two are defined corretcly. In the process composite.xml B has 2 operations on Services exposed (left) side.

A process, within the implementation of Task tab send, I selected:
    Type of conversation: lance
    Properties
    -Implementation: appeal process
-Process: I can browse and select B processes
-Node: Nothing appears on the LOV.

If instead of the send task I use a Service task I can select the node (node B process starts).

    I use versions 11.1.1.4 JDev and SOA/BPM.

Can you help me? I'm doing something wrong?

    Thanks for your help.

    Published by: 861727 on May 26, 2011-09:12

There is a known issue in 11.1.1.4 when calling another process (in the same project) using the send/receive activity. As you noted the start for the process called node is not displayed. The workaround is to use the event to throw the Message and Catch event Message. They have the same semantics of async as send/receive activity. You would use Service call since it is synchronous.

  • T310 without IDRAC6 warns of IDRAC communication failure, unable to access the BMC configuration

    Hello

I got through my company a T310 which has no IDRAC6 Express card or the company.

The LCD screen remains white/black constantly (tried with a spare one, same result) and when starting, it signals a failure of communication IDRAC6, which is normal since there is no card, then it restarts once more before entering Windows very well. He never offers me to enter a BMC configuration utility. I tried to reset the settings of the default BIOS nothing helps. OMSA reports no problem. Also updated the BIOS to the latest version 1.8.2 without modification. Fan is very noisy and I understand that by updating the BMC firmware, I have a chance to correct it, but I can't get into any configuration of the BMC.

In my view, there was a map iDRAC6 before, but it is no longer, so don't know how to clear this error. I read that an iDRAC6 Express card is OPTIONAL, so it shouldn't bother me on this subject.

==> I want to erase those mistakes to POST, being able to update BMC firmware (or iDRAC) so that I can get the fan to operate at acceptable noise levels.

    (1) how do the server to understand that there is no. IDRAC whatsoever and give me access to the BMC during POST configuration utility?

    (2) is it normal that the remains of white LCD Panel at any time? Start button / stop works very well, just none of the buttons works, never get any color/light. Is it possible that it is controlled by the IDRAC/BMC, which, in its current mess, can't drive? I understand that the LCD comes with the option Connect hot (not sure why btw), so that I think it should work regardless of the IDRAC are there or not.

I'm ready to buy an IDRAC6 Express card if there is a good chance that he will address this problem by eliminating the communication error and perhaps give me access to the config of the IDRAC. But I would really like to understand what's happening before you spend more money on it.

    Thank you!

    Max

    Hi Max,.

The question might actually be caused by a problem of motherboard, a functional PowerEdge server without IDRAC should not show the error message, more if the Ctrl + E option is not displayed during POST, it indicates an abnormal start of BMC.

Are what OS you running on the system? I don't know if you're aware, but the BMC update can be applied to the level of the OS, which are available here:

    http://Dell.to/HIBoTI

If the system is still under warranty, I highly recommend asking for you assistance and support if a motherboard replacement is required.

    Thank you.

    Best regards

    DC Lim

  • SQL and shared Variable communication failure when you run an .exe application

    Salvation OR engineers,

I'm faced with a problem. I have already tried almost everything under my bottom to solve, but I just couldn't get over it.

I have a VI on my PC accessing a SQL database via the connection string and some share of variables in a server. Both shared variables and the SQL database are on the same server. There is a firewall between this server and my PC and the server is located in a DMZ environment.

Design Labview environment, everything works fine. Even when I run the .exe on this computer file, everything works fine. But, when I created an application and install it on another computer, it just doesn't work.

    I'm using Labview 2013.

Someone of you can help me with this bug?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello world

Back to share with you the solution:

The problem was with the "SQL Native Client". Windows 7 doesn't have it as a default installation, if the application could not find the OLE DB provider for ODBC drivers. After installation, the connection has been established.

As the server was within a demilitarized zone, I had to open some specific ports as follows:

    UDP/1434

    TCP / / 2343,49163

    59110-59115

In fact, I have not experienced problems with the OAS. The error was generated when you try to connect to the database and sent to the rest of the code through the cluster of the error.

    Thanks for the support!

    Best regards to everyone.

  • Wireless network problem: disconnects randomly anywhere between 1 and 4 hours.

I have a wireless network problem, it disconnects randomly anywhere between 1 h and 4 h. The network consists of a Samsung 4 G hotspot and a Linksys AE1000. The signal strength is excellent, the AE1000 is 1 ft of the computer and 1 ft of the HotSpot.  The computer is a Dell Dimension 2400. Any ideas?

    Hi Jack,

Problem solved.  I did 2 assumptions about the original problem.  I assumed that the 2 Tech that I spoke made the hurt their product. Battery saver has been activated on the hotspot.

    Thanks again
