  What this site said it is malware: http://www.exterminate-it.com/malpedia/file/winkml32.rom, if both programs that you used did not help then download malware bytes from: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free install and put to update, then run a full scan. This should take care of it.

  WHERE   condition_1
  AND     condition_2
  AND     condition_3
  

  If condition_1 is be evaluated first, and if it returns FALSE, then condition_2, and condition_3 will not be evaluated.

  If you use the cost-based optimizer, the order in which the terms are written does not matter.

  If you want to force conditions to be evaluated in a specific order, you can use a CASE statement:

  WHERE   CASE
              WHEN  NOT condition_1  THEN 1
              WHEN  NOT condition_2  THEN 2
              WHEN  NOT condition_3  THEN 3
                                     ELSE 0
