  Hello

  I hope someone can point me in the right direction.  In the past I've used the script to batch image processor resize images of same sizes, but now I have a few hundred images that are all different sizes.  I would like to resize these images so the long side of each image is resized to a specific size, while maintaining the current proportions.

  I'm using CS5.

  I'm not quite the Fireworks guru so patient with me. I use Fireworks for many batch image optimization of the things I do for our company Web site. I use simple batch commands to run on a directory of files. Export of batches, batch resize etc.

  I need to do something more sophisticated with the batch command and Im not quite sure how to do it, ot if there is an existing jsf file or extension I can grab for it (in batch).

  I have a bunch of images that vary slightly in width and height. I need to resize a specific background and Center it on the canvas. Thus, for example, when I run the batch, he creates a transparent canvas or white which is 400px x 400px and then takes the image and centers it in the Web. Basically, resize the image to fit in the center of the canvas. Any help or links would be appreciated. I tried recordign action to do so in the history panel, but I could never work.

  Hi people, I produce works for printing consisting of several versions of labels/way-markers indicating similar graphics, elements of individual texts and two unique QR codes by label.
  The problem is that production of QR software produced different sizes of content-based QR. On my label in Illustrator templates they all need to be the same size, for example 34x34mm.

  Change the size through the dialogue of transformation works perfectly, but one at a time is a pain. You use Photoshop batch resize, blur of the edges.

  Is there a process in Illustrator to adjust several objects (targets) to a common size.

  If the QR code images are all in a single Illustrator file... or you can get them there, they could be batch resized using the script Set All The Things.

  This is when I ran the drop, the resulting image was still at 300 dpi, although the pixel dimensions changed 1000 x 1000. Could someone show me where I so bad?

  To tell the truth-Actions have as hard time saving file where you want to with the names you want. Lot can help because it can override save as ad defined stages the destination.  You never said what version of Photoshop you use.  IMO, you'd be better off forgetting about creating an action to create a droplet or using Photoshop batch.  What you try to do is better with Photoshop scripts.  In this case, failed to write the Script.  You should find script Image Processor Pro plug-ins and download it and to use the process you images.  You can customize simple action that you create. In fact, a different action can be used for each file that you want to copy. Script options allow you to control where the files are rolls to and has many options of naming. The Script can also resize your image to fit the size you need.  Each output process of file with a copy of your image. For each output process is independent does not necessarily concern himself with other processes of output file. Each process is distinct from the others.  The dialog Script is flexible and you can add custom tabs to create output files.  Because the computer has plugin you can even save its use in actions.  The action will have all the setting that you used in the recorded in the action scripts dialog box and when the action is played no dialog box will be displayed.   First post. Please forgive all noobing.

  My question:

  I scanned a bunch of film at 4 k, as it is important that miht be scanned again. But the House of the post office we send i he need 2 k (to keep affordable). SOUL can efficiently batch resize in 2 k files and retain the metadata and don't mess with the image too? I was going to do as a batch process in Photoshop, but it is limited to only three standard types of files (which is sort of lame). Or if not either of these formats, is there another way to do within the creative cloud?

  You can import the DPX files as a sequence of images, and then export back as a sequence DPX with the settings you want. You should get what you are looking for.

• Resize multiple images if it is large enough, with actions?

  I work in an architecture firm, and I need to resize a batch of images in our database. We are talking about 40,000 images, but is not the obstacle.

  Previously, I did something that resizes my images in two steps, because I need them in two different qualities

  When I open the image and performs the action, there is no something like this:

  1. Conversion mode: convert RGB
  2. Save: JPEG, file 10 and a certain quality
  3. Image size: width 800px, constrain proportions
  4. Save: JPEG quality 8 and in another folder
  5. Close

  Now, I want to make a change to this action, by resizing the image twice rather than once.
  I want it to look like this:

  1. Conversion mode: convert RGB
  2. Image size: 4000px width, constrain proportions
     
     (BUT ONLY if THE SIZE of the IMAGE IS QUITE GREAT, OTHERWISE LEAVE as it IS)
     
     
  3. Save: JPEG, file 10 and a certain quality
  4. Image size: width 800px, constrain proportions
  5. Save: JPEG quality 8 and in another folder
  6. Close

  How can I do this? I must add a variable or?

  Tommy If you access the website of Russell Brown the script he named Image Processor Pro.  The script should work in CS5 by looking at the code it looks not like it requires Photoshop 12 or higher CS5 is 12. For cs had 8 cs2 9, cs3 10, 11, 6, 13 and 14 of the CC cs cs4.  During the installation of this plugin script appears in Photoshop File menu > Automate > Image Processor Pro.  This script can save as many images you need for you image files.  It can make resizes it you need and you can convert it to sRGB and set the jpeg quality when you save jpeg files.  This batch script is not limited to JPEG, file format, it can handle any image file and can save multiple formats of image files.  Of course everything can process RAW files, it cannot save raw files.  An executed batch is not limited to a single file format, a mix of formats of input files is fine.  Formats of output files can be most of the files in Photoshop supported format. You can also have the Pro process Images include an action for each output file before or after that option resizing images.

  As said, same resizing in Photoshop is not a solution because my photos are in portrait mode, while the setting of the video is in 16:9 right?

  If you want to resize all the clips in your sequence based on a clip in your illustration, just copy the clip you resized, select all the clips in your sequence and choose Edition > paste attributes.

• Resize several images imported at the same time

  Is there anyway to resize several images at the same time? Currently, I select JPEG 8-12 and let them slide in fireworks, and then resize each one individually. Anyway is to streamline this process? I tried selecting all JPEG files at once and lights Fireworks seems to try to resize the images in connection with the canvas that does not produce in the sizes of identical images.

  Do I need to resize my raw images when I convert Raw (Nikon D80 NEFF files) of 240 ppi to 300 DPI in TIFF processing?  I'll tell you.  I shoot in Raw, Nikon D80, convert to TIFF to perform the treatment.  The size of the image and the default PPP is 16,133 "X 10.8", about and 240 ppi.  When I shot with JPEG, perfect quality, same device, the file automatically opens with 12 "x 8", about and 300 ppi. "  I can resize the image when I made batch of Raw to TIFF of 300 ppp.  Is how important it?  Most of the photo I don't print not and if I print I usually specify printing size and the laboratory produced the images.  Any help would be appreciated.

  JPEGs and raw images are the same size in pixels, so if you open

  a raw image into elements and go to Image > Resize Image size and value

  the resolution to 300 without resampling box checked, you will see that they

  I have several photos I would like to scale proportionally to a given width. When trying to batch resize them it says that I need a width and a height. I can do with just a width of 1280 pixels and the heigh adjust result to keep the original proportion?

  I'm working on a Webworks app where I need to resize an image to upload it to a server. I use JQuery Mobile, the application should run on OS6 and upward. The user can use the camera or select a picture, the power off. The corresponding code is the following:

  I then use the Base64 in the DataURL for download on the server. The images are reduced, but they are truncated. Parts of the image are shifted autour and colors come out strange. It is not scaling in itself than the mess to the top of the picture it comes out garbled if you draw on the canvas without any scaling.

  Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem or have another suggestion to resize an image for download?

  I managed to solve the problem of resizing for anyone who takes place also in this. Replacement of

  with

  solved the problem with the strange visual artifacts. Returns a picture of resized without any strangeness.

• Resizing an Image of waterfalls

  What is the suggested way to resize an Image of cascades object? I try to display .jpg captured by the camera on the device BB10 Alpha app, but when I try to display them on the screen I get:

  ERR: Image texture size 1836 x 3264 exceeds application GL max 2048

  In C++ code, where I load the image, I have an instance of Image of waterfalls, but I can't seem to find a way to access the pixels themselves, or helper functions to reduce the resolution.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  IAM getting the image to the server I need to resize the images, iam specifying an area it should resize and display with out streatch the image; as in a browser if I reduce the size of the browser, then the size of the image decreases as the correspondent.   I have windows 7.  When I click on an image and then click on mail in the bar, a resizing option comes with the ability to attach.  When I click on join, no possibility of e-mail rises.  If I start with the e-mail address and click on attach picture, no possibility of resizing is provided. There is a gap here?   ·         You have the mail client installed on your computer?

  ·         How are you trying to attach the photos?

  This is how it works, when you click on an image and then click on join, there is an option with the photo gallery of window to resize the image, and then looks for the default mail Client. It's Outlook or Windows Live Mail.

  If it is not installed and configured on your computer, it would not give you the opportunity to send the e-mail.

  However, the e-mail program does not support the option of resizing the image. So, when you attach it with the E-mail program you will not get an option to resize the image.
