• Bug in the creation of the window for Z10?

  I have a level camera called soft.  I just find that, thanks to a report the user, everything is turned 90 degrees.

  The application works on the PlayBook, Dev Alpha A, B and C without problems.  After some debugging, I noticed that when a new form is created for the view finder window, it has a rotation of 90, but which does not occur in the Alphas of Dev and PlayBook.  I'm building the app with the 2.1 SDK.  Why the Z10 returns a screen is in landscape when all Dev Alphas don't do that?  Is this a bug?

  Because the viewfinder in photo on QC of the Z10 variants can't stand rotation.   (camera_get_photo_vf_rotations() call you would say that).

  Given that all cameras are devices in landscape, you get a window without rotation.  If you were to read camera_get_photovf_property back (handle, CAMERA_IMGPROP_ROTATION, & tempInt);   you won't find that on the material of the PlayBook and TI (Dev Alphas), it is set to 0, but on QC Z10 hardware, it will be 90 or 270.

  If you do not need to capture still images, I recommend using the video viewfinder instead.  The video viewfinder works at a higher framerate and a lot more available resolutions and also supports all values of rotation 4.  0 should be the default, but you can set CAMERA_IMGPROP_ROTATION to 0 just to be sure.

  If you wish to continue using the viewfinder of the photo, you can just read back the value CAMERA_IMGPROP_ROTATION and apply then SCREEN_PROPERTY_ROTATION to the viewfinder window is displayed correctly.

  I would say that if you switch to video mode, you call camera_get_video_vf_resolutions() and choose the smallest resolution which is still greater than the resolution of your screen, to not be too wasteful.  (eg. a 1080 p video is useless, as it is to be reduced to fit on your screen to 1280 x 720).  This is not strictly necessary, but will perhaps save about 20 MB of video memory.

  My most used application has been Evernote.  I had downloaded on my previous blackberry phone.  I also installed on my playbook of Evernote.  When I went to download Evernote on the Z10, it isn't one of the choices that I currently have.  Right now, I just need to know if I'll be able to get this app?  Is this just a waiting game for compatibility?

  Actually, no. BlackBerry is not and never has provided support to first in line for anything. By contract, all formal support begins with mobile service providers, authorized service centers or places of origin of purchase... it depends on the issue as well as the region of the world in which you are.

  If so, then I've ever seen the calendars, so I don't quite know how you got to show here. There will always be a 'No class' folder... which is the app works remember... you do things and, if they are incomplete, they store for you in this folder don't forget them unclassified, so that you can find them later and don't forget to finish them. But this is a very simplistic explanation of this app... It is much more complicated than that.

  But you probably don't need to use these... but do not get a folder to show here for EverNote, as is how you work with EverNote in BB10, via the Remember app. But, if this file Evernote does not appear to remember, then Evernote is not yet integrated to your device.

  Yes... it is correct, you need to integrate your Evernote account into your BB. But as I also said, I can't try it for as I already working you on mine, but I just do not remember how I did it.   My guess is that you need to integrate your Evernote account in your BB, and I think that you make by the same place, you would add email accounts. From the home screen, pull down at the top and select "settings". There is 'accounts '. In this wizard, is that I think that you add your Evernote account. But, even once, I guess what is that I am sure a faulty memory.

  I have the same problems and pursued...

  With respect to the characteristic bridge that's not finished yet developed for the Z10 to the tablet. The Bridge mode is really only good for limit navigation, but does not work well with sites secured using https.

  In the Playbook e-mail client Bridge mode will not work correctly. It works better in mode hot spot WiFi, or with the true USB tether.

  Tethering using Bluetooth does not work yet correctly with the Tablet and other types of tablets and Bluetooth connections between computers. With a laptop or desktop USB strap works great.  I use it myself with my laptop. I was told that Bluetooth attachment option be set in one of the next updates.

  The best solution is to use the phone mode hot spot WiFi for the tablet. It works very well, and it's much faster that the Bluetooth for fixing can never work. Bluetooth attachment is limited to about 2.0 to 2.5 MB/sec speed. With the hot mode the lanyard WiFi spot can go at the speed of your mobile data connection will allow. In 4G mode I got more than 21 mb/s.

  I use where possible a unit of external battery with my phone for more battery time using its WiFi access point mode. BlackBerry has this option. You can see them in Blackberry accessories at most of the places that sell Blackberry accessories.  CrackBerry.com and Futureshop sell it is incidental.

You must keep the files in their original location (do not copy in your workspace) so they can be referenced from the project directory.   OS v10.2.1.3253 officially launched, it is not at all beta.

  You cannot "downgrade" the operating system by using the normal official channels officially. If you don't want to downgrade, you must use an autoloader file > OS10 upgrade using the automatic charger devices

  or use Knowyou > Modernization BB10 OS using Knowyou

  Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be something similar to this extension in space Tablet currently. Seems that you need your own custom control (WebWorks APIs leverage) or extension (to dig down in the AIR or AIR > native) for this right now.

  You can save contacts with some third-party application such as Backup Pro or Ultimate Backup, found in your AppWorld. Then once you are sure that you have backed up, wipe your local Contacts to your main settings > accounts > icon right three lower points > clear local Contacts.
