  Hi team,

  Whenever I connect my mobile on the BB or link when I check the updates, I get a message that OS update is available (10.2.1.2977).

  But, by using desktop application or WiFi, this update is not possible at all. He igetting discontinued after some time. And given that the update is not complete, Miss a lot of the latest featuers.

  Thanks for the advice, in some way, when I tried to update this time, it worked. Some tips on your side led me here.

  -Remove the sim card

  -Disabled the service network and location

  -Updated OS with link software

  This time there was no mistake and downloaded the full update and installed... lucky me...

  Do you know the way to add playbook in z10 for video chat. I have z10 and playbook. I tried chaton playbook to z10 and it worked fine but when I tried to add pin playbook in z10 right after that I can not do video chat of the playbook. Can help you with this please?

  Your BB10 device must be enabled on a server (Blackberry Enterprise Service) BES10 in order to have some balance BB.  It is not available otherwise.  If you are on a BES10 service from your company, see scientists responsible and let them know that it does not work on your device.

  As far as I KNOW 64 but Java is not supported.  You will need to download the 32-bit version of Java.  If you really need the 64-bit for the treatment of the other then I think you can configure Eclipse to use a 32-bit version installed separately, but I suspect that will be easier remove the java 64-bit and 32-bit just run.

  Here are some tips to help you get started.  It all depends on the terms that you use for your search.  For the first, I would use "adobe air browse file."  For the second, I start with only a variation as "adobe air download file" and then adjust according to the first results.

  Hi all, I installed Blackberry Plugin for Visual Studio version 2.0. I know that it installed properly because I see the configuration options in Tools--> Options--> Blacberry. Where I can see 9500 v5.0.0.307 Simulator. But when I run a web application and go to "browse with" there is no Blackberry option. There is no Blackberry Simulator also in tools--> the Device Emulator Manager. What might have gone wrong? Is it possible to manually activate the option "browse with" and the emulator itself? My setup is Windows XP Professional SP3 Visual Studio 2008 Team System SP1

  The BlackBerry Simulator does not appear in tools--> the Device Emulator Manager.  This section is reserved for Windows Mobile devices.

  All simulators for the development of BlackBerry are in tools of--> Options--> section of BlackBerry.

  There are two ways that you can do with a BlackBerry.

  (1) you can push an icon on the desktop of users using push of BES or the new WebSignals.  This method requires no code peripheral side, but it requires the code side Server integrated with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) or our WebSignals public service

  (2) you can create a small Java application that is installed on the device that launches the browser to a specific URL.  You will need to Java plug-in for Eclipse to get there.

  BlackBerry has no control on the 3 areas that offer these applications. It's the same problem with Instagram. It is our users to try to convince the application developers to develop for BB10.
