  Screen Muncher does not actually all contacts.  It makes a request to BBM and provides data to share.  The screen select the contacts that you see does not work inside Screen Muncher it's BBM code provided.  Then Screen Muncher does not get access to contacts that appear on the screen.

  There is currently no way to get the display name when using the PIN to inspect the history files. So I don't think the .csv analysis will help you.

  Right now, you need a BlackBerry phone paired to your PlayBook to use BBM. If all goes well at somepoint in the future BBM will come the PlayBook like a native app without the need of a BlackBerry phone.

  You can pair your phone to friends to your tablet, but it will use her contacts list. It reflects all that is on their phone - e-mail, address book, contacts BBM, etc... You will not be able to create your own BBM list using their phone.

  Those in red are PIN messages.

  You can block them through your Options > firewall. Select the PIN messages only and only those coming from people who are NOT in your address book.

  so here is the question... you do not get a password business unless you are on a BES plan, it is for professional use... for personal use, you would use BIS (blackberry internet service)... to do this, you need a data plan activated BIS, chances are, your data plan is not for Blackberry use...
