    Hello

1 have had any changes made to your computer before this problem?

I suggest you try the methods mentioned below and check if it helps:

    Method 1:

You can also scan your computer the Microsoft Security Scanner, which would help us to get rid of viruses, spyware and other malicious software.

The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

    Hope this information is useful.

  • Acrobat Distiller has stopped working (not matter of 30 days)

I've been running CS6 on my Windows 7, 64-bit machine since at least October. I had the problem of 30 days at the 30-day mark, but it is resolved, and it has worked perfectly for months after that. Now, I get an error message that says that acrobat Distiller has stopped working. My only option is to close this window. Acrobat continues to work to read, edit and save one already created a PDF file. Here is where I encounter errors.

I can create a new PDF in Acrobat.  If I click on "Create a PDF file" then choose a Word Doc, it gives me at least twice the error message Acrobat Distiller has stopped working. If I continue to close this message, possibly the pdf has been created and will be in the Acrobat window and the file will be saved.

I can't print to PDF format at all. When I try to Acrobat, I see a little window that says it is control of fonts, then the Distiller has stopped working error message. When I try to print to PDF from other programs (Word, try Firefox), fails.  It could be a document of a page with text, or something with pictures - no go.  I just tested this new - now Acrobat does not.  I cannot put an end to the process of Acrobat - tried to close the window and complete the process, tried reviews ending Acrobat of in the Task Manager, tried to put an end to acrobat and acrotray processes - several times in Task Manager and Acrobat does not close.

I don't know how to solve this problem. I checked to make sure that acrobat has been updated; I updated my Windows; I reinstalled Acrobat.  Nothing suits him.

Apparently, when I run Acrobat Distiller, it freezes in the middle of the audit of the policies.   Here is the text of the error message problem details section I get:

    Problem event name: InPageError

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.

  • My Flash Player no longer works and I have to download several that he twice daily. What's wrong?

My Flash Player no longer works and I have to re - download many that he twice daily. What's wrong?

I checked to see if it is on and it is always. I deleted temporary files. When I try to download it, I always get a message that I do not have enough privileges to complete the download. Then when I check, it still works very well!

If you are in a corporate environment where you don't have administrator rights on the machine, you should have a chat with your friendly neighborhood computer guy; However, I'm guessing that this is not the case.

If it's your home machine and you are an administrator, this is a good indication that the file system is damaged.  It is not really good news, I'm sorry.

Let's start first of all, if you have something important on the machine, now is a great time to save somewhere.  Removable disk, web storage, no matter.  When the file system starts to get wobbly, he could simply be badly timed power outage or something, or it could be a first indication that your hard drive is going to bite the dust soon.  Having lost my fair share of readers, I recommend you to take the warning as a gift and make a backup.  Of this is way less painful than the alternative.

Once your valuables are secure, and your seat is in position, locked and trained, will search for and fix something wrong with the file system.

Check your hard disk for errors - Windows 7:

    https://support.Microsoft.com/en-us/KB/2641432

At this point, take the nuclear option and manually purge every bit of Flash Player in the system.

(Note: these instructions are for Win7 and lower grades.)  "If you're in Win8 or later, we'll talk more before doing anything.)

Perform a new installation of Flash Player on Windows:

    https://forums.Adobe.com/thread/928315

My guess is that you will get to a stage that you can't achieve because you do not have the permissions to do so, even if you * have permission.

If it's deleting a file, usually a utility like Unlocker will repair it for you, at which point, you can delete the file and complete uninstallation.  It was probably the damaged file.  If you couldn't clean it as admin, our installers have not been able to touch either.

Unlocker - download reviews and free software - CNET Download.com

If it is a registry key, you have bigger problems.  There are commercial third-party utilities that are supposed to do magic registry fixes, but Windows includes its own audit of the registry and repair tool which is already not fixing the issue.  I'll leave to you to experiment with those if you want, or if you just want to do a complete reinstallation of the operating system and applications.  Whatever it is, something's wrong with the underlying operating system.  Personally, I tend to be skeptical about the utility of spare parts, and if it has been a few years, you will probably be surprised to see how fast the machine after doing a fresh install of the OS.

    Hope that helps.

  • "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working" shortly after I open the program without doing anything

Recently I bought Adobe Acrobat DC and installed on my machine. However, it's very weird: whenever I open the program, just in a few seconds a Windows System Message will appear "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working".

I tried to uninstall and install all programs PDF on my PC several times (including your Acrobat & reader DC as well as other like Foxit Reader PDF viewers), but the problem persists.

I also tried the "repair install" under the two menu 'Help' so that in the Control Panel, but did not work as well.

Could I get a response? Don't want to lose my subscription each month.

My PC is Windows 7 Service Pack 1. It is 64-bit.

    Hi Omegaman22,

    Try this: -.

    1. do you have the preview pane enabled in file Explorer? If so, you can temporarily disable it to see if the problem goes away? On Windows 8, in Explorer, go to the view tab, and if you press the button "Preview Pane", UN-press it. On Windows 7, upwards to the right (to the left of the help icon) there is a button "show preview pane." UN-press it.

    2. ensure that the following directories exist on your machine. If this isn't the case, please create them:

    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\ToolsSearchCacheAcro

    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\ToolsSearchCacheRdr

    Replace USERNAME with your username.

Is - do this 1 or 2 to solve this problem?

    original title: laptop trouble

Good so recently on my laptop of his fathers has ' key stopped working and now he cannot get on his laptop because the password has a S in there. He tried to clean the key to bored all possible ways, and nothing works. He wondered if he had a Ctrl function that would allow him to put a s with the key or bypass the password lock. Also, it has no access to a USB keybored.

If the account in question was not the built-in account named Administrator, and then log on to that account and go to control panel > users to change the password.

The password for the administrator built-in account is blank (no password).

To connect to the built-in Administrator account:

Reboot safe mode: press F8 immediately after power on.  The administrator account is displayed on the homescreen mode without failure.
