Best way to Blu - ray?

It took 12 hours to compress my 2 hour movie since the FCPX timeline in file sharing/computer H.264 mp4

Now, I want to make a DVD Blu - Ray.  It's exciting, because this will be my first Blu - ray disc!

QUESTION: It would be faster, but all also good quality, to put my mp4 file in the FCPX timeline and make a Blu - ray to drive?

OR

Go back to the film project/timeline and make sure a project uncompressed 1920 X 1080 Blu - ray player?

It's a 2 hour movie.

Go back to the film project/timeline and make sure a project uncompressed 1920 X 1080 Blu - ray player?

It would be better.

BluRay is not a default choice so add Destination to make it a regular option.

  • How to get the best resolution on Blu - ray (1080/60i)

I'm experimenting with my new AG-AC160A camcorder and have been shooting young hockey games in AVCHD, 1080/60i, 1/120 shutter mode, white balance manual gain layout file properly resolved and fluorescent scene due to the lighting in the arena. I have PD CS5 and I'm disappointed by the relative sharpness HD lack when the release of the Blu - ray play on my HD set LED. I used the settings above, based on the recommendations that I saw in the forum somewhere. Any suggestions on what I can try differently? Thank you.

Your sequence is defined on the framerate bad (time base)

Your camera takes snapshots 60i which means the framerate is 30 (29.97) FPS.

The video preview is also strange.

You can use one of the standard avchd presets, that you will install nicely.

I would not use Dynamic Link, I find that you have control over what you do.

Use the Media Encoder and export to H.264 BluRay upper field.

That are still important, do menu and burn.

HOW TO MAKE A SLIDESHOW TO BE USED ON BLU - RAY, I MADE A SLIDESHOW IN LIGHTROOM, BUT I CAN ' FIND A WAY FOR BLU - RAY. JIMBUZZ1

Lightroom creates a DVD that can be played on other computers.  This includes slideshows.  If you want to be able to show your DVD into a Blu - ray or standard DVD player connected to the TV, then you must use a software that will create the DVD in the proper format.  You might consider ProShow Gold, or Adobe Premiere Elements or similar programs.  According to its capabilities and your TV, you might be able to simply display a regular data DVD images.  My TV has an entry for a flash drive.  I can load the images to a flash drive and view them directly.  But if you want to show your slideshow on your TV, you need to author with appropriate software.

  • Satellite Pro P300 best exit way to get audio for blu - ray player or projector

    Hello

Would be great if someone has experience on the following points.

I have a Satellite Pro P300 - PSPCDA 03 P00D: I would like to know the best option for high-quality audio from this unit to a blu - ray player or an optoma projector. (Or a good way to find the answer)

The blu - ray player has hdmi (the satellite does not work) and the optoma projector has a 3.5 mm mini-plug.

The satellite has a sound piece dolby - is it possible to get a feed for audio output dolby?

    Any thought / experience welcome.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello

Not sure but I think that the headphone socket supports S/PDIF
I think you should check the user manual for more information on S/PDIF
If his support, then you can use it to get the best audio quality

  • Blu - ray and the sound of my Dimension 9200 to the HDTV and receiver-best way surround?

    Hi people.
I have a Quad Core 9200 with exit DVI (7950 high-end graphics card). I think I have a burner or a blu - ray player to play HD content on my HD with 1080 p via HDMI (adapter) on my PC. I have a receiver sound srurround that can accept the audio standard on my PC (front, rear, center and sub).
What is the best way to address the issue?

    What Blu - ray player?
Sound card? Do I still need for 5.1?
What software to read the BLu - ray to my TV "seamless"? I don't want to see the borders of Windows Media Player by watching Blu - Ray movies.

  • When I try to read Blu - Ray, it says "Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD. The disk has been created in a way that does not support the player. »

    Original title: Blu - Ray

My computer can read blu - ray, but when I try to play one, it says "Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD. The disk has been created in a way that does not support the player. "How should I do?

    Hello

The Blu - ray disc format is not supported in Windows Media Player. To play a Blu - ray Disc, you must use a non-Microsoft program that supports playback of Blu ray and a device that can play Blu ray discs.

    See the article mentioned below:

  • What is the best setting for H264 Blu Ray bit rate, which will play OK on most / all blu ray players.

What is the best setting for H264 Blu Ray bit rate, which will play OK on most / all blu ray players. When you use CBR and VBR. What are the benefits of progressive and interlaced with regard to playback on all players.

You don't need to worry about compatibility with Blu - ray playback.

I prefer a variable bitrate for its effectiveness.  (Not necessary spending 25 MB on a framework in need of 10 right?)

Using interlaced or progressive will depend on what you shot.  (Take note that 30 p is an atypical, so do not pull that.  Pull only 720 p/24, 720 p/60, 1080 p/24 or 1080i/30).

  • Best options to Export of first CC at CS6 Encore for creating Blu - Ray and DVD discs?

    Howdy!

I have files AVCHD (MTS) of a marriage, I recorded a couple of years (Yes, it is really low on the priority list), I want to change to create DVDs and Blu - Ray discs.  I am aware that I need to make some significant cut to get everything that I consider important to even together double disc DVD and have a lot more leeway with the Blu - Ray.  If I do the editing in Premiere CS6, I can use Dynamic Link to import several chronologies in my project again and (of course) to develop a Menu that the user can use to choose what they want to see.  Then again you can do transcoding with the timelines to get the videos to put them on any disc format created by me (DVD or BD).  HOWEVER...

If I edit the videos with CC PP (2015), I have the relationship dynamic to again (gee, thanks, Adobe!) and to each of my deadlines export to a file, load these in CS6 again and again, let the transcode various chronologies as the best it can to fit the desired output average.

So the question in all of this - what is the 'best' format to export CC PP for later import Encore CS6?

I can't use the MPEG2-DVD or MPEG2 Blu - Ray, because it assumes that each video is to use all the space available on the disk (same problem with H.264 Blu - Ray)!

All right now, I am limited to Codecs and presets available in first/Media Encoder programs.

I you'd be grateful for ideas on what could be the best (closest lossless?) format to use for the export/import of SD or HD videos!

    Thanks in advance!  {I hope the question makes sense...}

If you do not want to use mpeg2-dvd or mpeg2-Bluray (I prefer BD H.264, this is a codec better) you can export to avi with codec lossless Lagarith as UT. Also, you can use these HD codec. But these files are huge.

Can stick to mpeg2-dvd and BD preset and use a bitrate calculator to get the best fit on the disc.

  • Best compatible blu ray burner for late 2013 iMac

Hello everyone. I'm a little shy gun that I bought a LG BE14NU40, who is correctly identified, but has a strange error after it starts to burn DVD/BD. That is why I am reaching out to the community for those of you who have a USB 3.0 external BD recorder so I can assure you that I don't burn upward more of money on something that will ultimately fail. The mistake that has this drive was widely reported a few years back with a different version, but I never could find a solution at the end which is a shame, but that's life. Just in case someone does not know position from Apple about the problem is that the drive is considered 3rd party, so there is no support, and this disc (according to LG tech support technician) is supposed to be compatible with any mac. Anyway thanks a lot for your comments.

    MelRay

What is the error you get?

Most of the readers are compatible with the Mac (except that you need a software that will burn the DVD as well as read with no blu - ray support Macs). So, what software do you use?

Also, what helps is to use available elevation slower burning you will get fewer errors burning (it might take a little longer, but it certainly beats liquidation with a coaster).

  • Still, CS6 and Blu - Ray... Best?

Anyone (well, anyone who has had the chance to try the CS6 programs) can tell me if they feel still manages the better Blu - Ray that she did in CS5.5 (and earlier versions)?

My main question is whether or not the settings in the menu are always 'one size fits all', that is, the parameters for a Blu - Ray menu are the same as for a DVD menu, or if Adobe realized that they both have a different architecture?

    Thanks in advance!

    (- Jim 8 ^)

Well, I'm unable to complete a project, Blu - ray, with 6.01. First of all, it was a rendering problem that resolved with upgrade of e t 6.01. Now I have a burning problem. You have read my other posts for more details.

For what is the menu, these are the same but the look of the HD menu not like crap on Blu - ray.

  • Blu - ray Nero player

    Hello

Please can someone help me? I have 7520 Inspiron with pre-installed (Nero) blu - ray player but when I went to run it I get a message saying: a file is missing. The specified file is d3dx9_43.dll

What is the best way to get this installed file? A big thank you to people who can help me in this issue! I want to try blu - ray for the first time and got the waiting disk, just no player to play!

I spoke to a Support agent technology guide for about two hours and he could not solve my problem. I read your post and followed the instructions and my problem was fixed immediately - it turns out that I need to install DirectX. Thank you very much!

  • DVD/Blu-Ray solutions?

I know and you downloaded CS6 Encore, but there incredibly outdated and so complicated I'm curious to know if anyone has heard of best software which is no longer updated or news that will be added to a future version of first CC? I really wish that they would come out with an easier and more creative way in the first or even Media Encoder to author DVDs and Blu Rays!

Still makes perfect DVD and BluRay even with the pop-up menus.

You can use the default menu, or create custom in Photoshop.

The only thing missing is the dynamic link which was a pain anyway.

Have not used the DL since first CS5. Always exported with first and imported files into yet.

Menu and burn or 3rd party allows to burn to the disc.

First use 2.0 to have a build based on dvd authoring almost the same as Premiere Elements a. very limited and not very creative.
