BlackBerry 10 no confirmation mail received

Updated to 10.3.2.2474 five days ago, was requested to confirm my e-mail address in the process, which I did. Subsequently the guest system that a confirmation message has been sent to my email address. However, I have never received any email confirmation. System guard bugging me once a day to confirm the e-mail address, what I do, but nothing helped.

I checked with my e-mail provider and has been re-assured that indeed no BB email has been received.

What can I do about it?

I have to apologize. Finally it turned out that a too aggressive antispam filter parameter caused the problem. Confirmation email has finally got through, the problem is solved.

    BlackBerry 9000, Rogers. Mail server is an IMAP server that I run, running cyrus IMAPd.

    What error do you get when you try to send an email an email?  Also if you go to settings > accounts and open the e-mail of Telus, are the identical parameters to this?

    For the use of POPS :

    • Incoming mail server: pop.telus.net
    • Port: 110
    • Outgoing mail server: smtp.telus.net
    • Port: 587

    Note: remove the SMTP Username and password for SMTP if they inhabit.

    To use IMAP :

    • Incoming mail server: imap.telus.net
    • Port: 143
    • Outgoing mail server: smtp.telus.net
    • Port: 587

    Hello and welcome to the community!

    With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    2) Remove and return Service books

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider to support formal... consider that you pay for your services and official support and now they seem not to be to deliver.     I am confused, tried a number of things, but without success.

    I started yesterday to this mobile service, the phone is an old phone company but my child used with the same service for a year. I bought a new sim card for it. Everything else seems to work.

    While setting up the email, I get an error message that my e-mail account information is incorrect, but I checked and rechecked and it is not bad... so I re - enter the password.  Then I got the email of Activation Server with "congratulations you have correctly set up to...» "you email and should begin to receive emails in 20 minutes.  But no e-mails arrive... I can send but no e-mails arrive.  In addition, the emails are not displayed on my account online.

    It synchronizes only address book.

    I tried to wipe the device and starting over... twice.

    I tried without decommissioning the phone of 7.1 in 7.0 software.

    I tried to go to the e-mail to integrate with the BB browser, I get an error.

    He now works for unexplained reasons.

    Its now 2 days after the start of the service with Bell.

    I deleted the email account for the nth time (do this time 6 or 7) but this morning NO error message.

    He has no explanation.

    I tried to configure an AOL e-mail and... HE has WORKED with no error message.

    Then I tried setting my Sympatico email upward but delete the synchronization, and now I get emails. WOW, its been a crazy 2 days I had to buy a new BB.

    Not sure if sync address had nothing to do with him because I was getting the same AOL installation error messages.

    Just happy that I can receive e-mails.

    I think it had to do with the service and Bell... but who KNOWS! Ecstatic!
