  I just installed the update for my Q10 and now every time I have connect to my pc, on that I get the error the Q10 that says "No drivers have been detected on your computer" and it gives me an option to "Install Drivers" if I select which I get a disk on my pc that says «CD Blackberry» I run the start.exe on it and it tells me that I have already all 3 options installed on my system. I tried to uninstall/reinstall everything blackberry says, but in vain. How can I get just the dang drivers to install the software, because if I choose this option I always get errors, lack of pilots. I tried to install/uninstall link as well but the same questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I was finally able to get this installed. I did take a system, reload the operating system on it and connect the blackberry. It prompted me to them to make the installation of the driver/software and I did what I noticed he added, in the c:\windows\drivers folder 3 files rimvndis6_AMD64.sys, RimUsb_AMD64.sys and RimSerial_AMD64.sys. How ever on my system I had problems on I was missing the RimUsb_AMD64.sys file. So just from that test something, I went to the computer I could not install that usb port on I went to the unit who had problems in the control panel and went to update driver. I sailed on the PC which had successful installation and went to \\computername\c$ and done a search. He finds the installed driver and now I am able to use the blackberry synchronization/backup etc. What I noticed now is in the Device Manager there is no blackberry device #2 under the network with 4 cards other devices of black berries. What I wonder now is there something with this network adapter that prevents the installation/detection and why wasn't there a RimUsb file in the drivers folder? I have a few cases a successful synchronization on everything and is able to save so that it appears as of now, the problem is resolved.

  Install BlackBerry Link for the Q10.

  When you connect the Q10, jump to any switch of the device and click on restore and then in the popup window, if you do not see the backup files to restore, you should see a "backup restore existing" or similar wording.

  Yes BB link perhaps the question, some users have the same problems with Yosemite since it is so new.

  Maverick same users have the issue, but other users Maverick are not.

  Presumably Apple doesn't make it easy either, but I don't think that's the case, that it is not in their interest to do so because they want you to be happy with your Mac, however there may be no rush also to correct the incompatibility is.

  When I'm away from my wifi e-mails can be received but not sent.  My email address is by Cogeco and Rogers is wireless network.  Or to say that they can help me.  Rogers stated that Cogeco and Rogers do not connect together, and that the previous software used by Blackberry has been changed.  This makes my useless email so on the road.  A blackberry should send emails!  I don't know whether to believe Rogers or not!  They said there is a fix, but it would make my BB cannot send e-mails while I'm at home.  This situation will be resolved by Blackberry?

  Carefully note the information at the bottom of this KB... the problem is with Cogeco, not the BlackBerry. I suspect the fix they mentioned is to use Cogeco outside facing SMTP servers, which may not be accessible when you're home (e.g., Cogeco system "inside").

  A different difficulty would be to abandon Cogeco for an email provider that allows you indeed appropriate access to their servers of e-mail from all locations. You could put a redirector on Cogeco to this other email provider.

  The rumor is that 10.3 will be released on February 19. This does not mean that all carriers it will necessarily come out, but it's the date that goes around.

  You use this account gmail on PRIV? If so, check if the contacts are synchronized:

  Go to settings

  Scroll accounts

  Tap on Google

  Tap on the gmail account that has your contacts

  Now check if the switch to IT.

  If you have not added gmail account that has your contacts, then proceed as follows:

  Go to settings

  Scroll accounts

  Tap Add an account

  Select google

  Follow the instructions... and your contacts will automatically be there.

  I found the answer... it is available for Q10, but you must pass the option on your computer to see your phone and install Blend - both are in the settings of your device.
