  I decided to do a little investigation when my curve 9320 I was using before I get my Z10. I supported it upward and wiping it on entering the password wrong 10 times.   I lost my BB Curve 9300 and I got Protect installed and working. So, there is a recent backup made through BB Protect. My phone was not assured, so I would need to buy a new replacement or second hand. However, I would wait a while until that newer models may drop in price or are provided with some door better.

  My question is: in the meantime I need to access my details that have been backed up. Is there anyway to download this separately as a BB Protect file or can it be restored only to another device of BB?

  Hey everyone, I was wondering if there are problems with you connecting the BlackBerry Protect on IE 10 site.  We use IE 10 to work and we want our staff to be able to use this feature if they need help to locate a phone they lost.

  When trying to use the BB protect features in IE 10, I can not connect, but I'm unable to access features on the site.  If I click on the location of the display, sometimes the sound of the game link below will disappear, and nothing else will happen.  I can brwose to manage devices, but can't remove all devices from the account.

  10 IE is the default browser, we have for all the staff, so I would avoid to install another browser on our computers simply to allow to use this feature.

  No problem with the help of BB Protect in Firefox.  All functions work as expected in this browser.

  You can try adding BB Protect site on the TRUSTED SITES in the Internet Explorer settings.

  Also remove BB Protect of if on COMPATIBILITY VIEW settings.

  I am the biggest fan of blackberry phones.  I got the curve 9800 for 2 years and I decided to buy a new blackberry phone. I fell in love with the bold 9900 and a week after buying the phone it turns off suddenly and maintains several reboots on its own and finally gives me an error message. It never turned on after that I went to T-mobile and they said that the phone was dead, so they were replaced by a new and AGAIN the other does exactly the same thing. I went to replace the second and believe it or not my THIRD blackberry 9900 does exactly the same thing. PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE I CAN'T IMAGINE HAVING ANOTHER MODEL AFTER LOVE THIS ONE
