  Final thoughts :

  • I would have preferred to be able to open the keyboard and VLingo. Because of two, I can't use the application until I used to manipulate the storm differently.

  I use the BlackBerry Link software to transfer my information (for example, Contacts, calendar, etc.) that was on my 9900.  I am able to backup my data from my 9900 (step 2), but when I connect my Z10, it does not appear on the BB link (step 3).  I tried to pass the cords.  On the Z10, it says that my camera is connected to a computer, but I can't go further to move my data. Any ideas?

  You will see that the 8330 is indeed not a WiFi radio. So, if what you're trying (I have no idea what a "WiFi File Transfer App") requires a BB with WiFi, then the 8330 is not capable of that.

  The space remains free, but only for the time that the application remains archived. Once you have actually run the application, it will be reinstalled in AppMemory (to run an application, it MUST be installed in AppMemory). If you have problems with memory at this time, your BB probably obediently will begin to delete things "lower priority" to make room for the app. Or, he may actually refuse to restore the app at AppMemory...   Indeed, these IPD files are backups of your BB and are available as a source of food (they are a proprietary format and cannot be used for any other purpose, except by a few 3rd party applications that have been written to analyse). Choose the most recent one (the one with the most recent date and time, as displayed in the File Manager Windows) using this procedure:

  Hello, recently I wanted to install an application but got an error message saying AJAX is not supported on your platform - after checking the forums on this site, I found that I need to upgrade to 4.5.X and for that I downloaded from this site the "8310M_PBr4.5.0_rel52_PL2.7.0.55_A4.5.0.37 [1].

  When I connect the device to the computer, I got the message from device manager asking if I want to upgrade applications to current version,

  I did it-but suddenly during the upgrade process, my blackberry is turned off and since impossible to turn it on again, it looks like my smart phone is completely dead! There's just a red light on the top flashing...

  That's all just amazing, because I have no idea why this happened because I used this official site and Device Manager was the one I downloaded from this site for 8310 Smartphone

No problem with free applications, but would rather not buy those that I bought and paid.

  First, plug your phone BlackBerry Desktop Software and click on the device at the top.  I'm not sure what the exact measurements are to transfer data to your new phone (I don't have access to it right now), but it is not difficult to understand.

  From there on, you open AppWorld on your new phone and connect.  Your apps are updated on your new phone.  Those who have not been purchased on AppWorld will not; you will have to reload them manually, but all the AppWorld purchases will transfer themselves.

  If it is compatible, provided by RIM device switch Wizard will accomplish the task. You can read about it here:

  If this isn't the case, then you must use whatever your other device provides and export the data to a CSV file. Then, you can use the RIM software to import in the BB:
