  Could you try to remove the app OneDrive of your device and then restart the passport and reinstall it from App World?

  1. Tap and hold the app icon for 3 seconds until what it vibrates, tap the trash icon.
  2. Restart: With the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, using the keys of volume of the edge side, press on and hold the keys of volume for about 20 seconds and both of the Up, ignoring the initial message of screenshot... the screen go black, reboot.

• Music of passport of blackBerry endangered on my passport

  Recently, I put a 64 GB sd micro card in my passport and tried to move my music library on it. It is over 30 GB, so I didn't put it on the memory of the device to slow it down. I already had a few ringtones I've done over the past years (all .mp3 files) for other phones registered in a separate folder and a ton of pictures. That they never disappear. A couple of times now when I needed to remove the SD card for other reasons, when I put it back in, almost all of the music that I have loaded on is part! It leaves me with maybe a playlist .m3u file and perhaps close to 60 songs. When I get new sd card and plug it directly into my office, it shows all the music is still there, but my mix of phone or blackberry will not recognize the files. Once I added in all of the music through the mix, the other time just to copy and paste directly on the sd card while it was connected using a sd card reader. Why keep the files disappear and why the new files I've added will not be displayed? I use a SanDisk Extreme Plus 64 GB micro sdxc card. Any suggestions?

  @ddkitty89 Instead o f remove the sd card, try to connect to your device via wifi and view files. See if they are all there?

  I find the re-indexing of the files on the sd card to be a long process. I usually keep only about 3 K - 4 K songs on my device and it is often more than an hour for them to show up in the music app, but I can see them looking at the sd card on the WiFi.

  I also found link is a bad way to sync files, I've normally copy it to WiFi - it seems to take half the time and link seems never to copy them all. (I use the link on a Mac OSX Yosemite, which may be different from the issues on a Windows PC).

  The suggestion to format the card in the device and never take it off is also good. I know it takes a little more to copy files, but are you sure this isn't another OS that introduces the problem.

  OK, so this is a long shot, but I had to ask. Has anyone seen or heard if or when it will be possible to buy a genuine BlackBerry Leather Pocket case Pouch for Passport? I know there are many good (and bad) part 3 versions out there, but as with all of my previous BlackBerry devices I want the original BlackBerry. I tried with real leather BlackBerry Flip case but as I use the BlackBerry Sync Pod / Charging Pod for my Passport, it was not appropriate because it does not remove the phone on a regular basis and does not allow the Passport to sit in the charging module when it is mounted on the phone. I am currently using the BlackBerry clip-on cover hull who if anyone is wondering is excellent. Your Passport is well protected (as I discovered recently) and it can easily be taken power on and off depending on the occasion. Finally, there is the case of case Blackberry ACC-60757-001, but almost £ 100 and the fact that it is not as nice as the cover I'll give that a miss for now. If anyone has any experience with any 3rd part of the Pocket, please do not hesitate to share your opinion. You never know, if Blackberry release a pocket for your Passport soon I can be tempted.

  I downloaded the Andoid App OneNote and it was working fine when I inadvertantly deleted the app. Now when I try to download it again it comes me invites to 'open' the app - but the icon does not appear on my passport.   My sample is only really useful if you access BIS-B.  That said I think that logging in the code is much better than most of the other examples I've seen...

  Thin I the problem here is that your code is to choose a suffix of bad connection.  Can you tell us what your code has actually chosen?  I bet it's based on a service record the 'rubbers '.

  The code that you have based it looks like it wasn't initially provided RIM, I've never seen RIM code use 'bib '.  If you want to code the rim that will help you determine the types of transportation available and you give the correct URL connection string to use this, so I recommend this article:

  I'll try to work the KB code provided in the code that you already have.

  Also it can be useful to print the records of the device which is a failure and knitting that your code and choose which code KB for the suffix of the connection.

  And one last thing, I recommend that you choose BES/MDS first so if it is available.

  I downloaded OFFICE 365 (OUTLOOK 2013) and BLACKBERRY CONNECTION & MIX on my new laptop computer.  I'm sure that I created the SNYC correctly but the contacts in my passport will not fill my OUTLOOK contacts.  Although I put a test contact in OUTLOOK on my laptop and it sync with my Pasport, without problem.

  Does anyone have any suggestions on what I did wrong?  I have a vague feeling that it is something to do with the appearance of the BB OS BYOD.

  Thanks for your response and I am sorry that I forgot to post how I have this situation rectified.

  Somehow Gmail has all my contacts (please do not ask because I have no idea how they got there) I followed the Gmail instructions that turned them into an Excel spreadsheet, and then imported journal in Outlook.  Once the contacts in Outlook, the synchronization process worked as it always has.

  I don't know there is a much more correct effiecent way to do this, but for now I "dodged a bullet".

  N.. completely different. For your mobile network, with a strong network carrier (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

  1) register HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

  2) Remove and return Service books

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  3) restart

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
  • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

  For the wireless, there is no sort directly 'reset' nothing beyond removing and reconfiguring of the WiFi network configurations. Beyond that, things as device WIPE, reloading the OS, and other very drastic measures would be required. And, important to note, I have no way of knowing if this is really necessary... you did not no matter what description of what happens, so it is not possible to understand your situation and you give more targeted recommendations.

  So I recently added the weather network to my request list. Realizing that it only updates every 12 hours (which is the point), I tried to remove it from my blackberry. Well I can't for the life of me find out how to remove it. It's time to push, and I would like to know hoow to get rid of it, because I need a weather report that updates every hour at least.

• Reconcile used blackBerry Smartphones ATT "BOLD"

  I am a new BB user and am trying to get my "BOLD" to synchronize with Outlook.

  My company is running MS Exchange 2007. I have configured my BIS account and receive emails without problem. Whenever I have delete emails on my PC, however, they still appear on the phone. E-mails deleted from my phone is deleted from Outlook without any problem. I have the option of reconclie BB value:

  Delete the - box & Pocket

  Wireless reconcile - suite

  Conflict - victories of the mailbox

  I talked to ATT and BB supprt, and none are of any help. BB said that they reconcile my Outlook web Access, but the emails on my phone are not visible through the web interface of Outlook.

  Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

• BlackBerry 8820 ATT Smartphones v4.5 errors

  They use common access cards (CAC) to make mail encrypted via the BlackBerry where I work. New BCPS are not recognized by the drivers that are loaded with version 4.2 of the 8820 software. I found that the 4.5 recognizes the PCA correctly, but the software gives me several errors.

  There is one that I don't have the chance to write down who had something to connect with the phone or the call that also happens. These devices are ATT 8820 using the Desktop Manager 4.3, version 4.1 S/MIME 4.5.0.110 software and software 4.2.0.107 smart card reader. It seems that the more recent 8820 s comes preloaded with the 4.5 are not experiencing the problem, but if we try to upgrade 8820 s has loaded with 4.2, errors occur.  The devices are useless with the currently v4.5 software, so my only option so far has been to restore the device software and tell users that the smart card reader does not work currently. I have wiped the device, reloaded the OS, even hit the device with JLCommander and reloaded o, nothing has solved this problem. If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful to hear them I'm out of my own.

  I solved this problem earlier today. I had already tried to add the card drivers smart GSA ACC 4.2 and the software told me that he has nothing to add. I deleted the vendor.xml and then drivers could be added and installed on the device.
