BlackBerry BlackBerry Z30 ID and world issues

I just activated my Z30 yesterday and created an ID. When I go in the app world, I hit download then an application, but it does not appear in my downloads. If I return to this app and hit download again, it is said 'this application is already downloaded,' but I don't see anything being downloaded.

The other problem I'm having is that when I go to BlackBerry ID under settings, he says an unknown error has occurred and then puts me to the ID page where I can't do anything.

I posted my email address and logged on to the computer and my user name and password appear to work well. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be the problem? I was wondering if I can fix it myself or if I have to go to Verizon.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you

    I decided to do a little investigation when my curve 9320 I was using before I get my Z10. I supported it upward and wiping it on entering the password wrong 10 times. Then I tried to locate once he dried, turned on and connected to my network. No luck once the phone has been cleared, I couldn't follow it or get in touch with her anyway to protect.     I'm new here and I'm new to Blackberry.

    First off the coast, I had a Blackberry 9000 last week, but she has someone to another email set up on this subject and I can not understand how to change. I downloaded to my computer and it connected but I have no idea how to change because I want to set up a google mail.

    Then, I have a problem with bluetooth. I can connect to other damage and it works very well on the hands-free and also I can send files ok but I can receive even if I have been through the creation and does what I think allows files to be received.

    Then I tried to use Tapatalk to some of the other forums that I use, but every time that I down load the application I does not work on my phone, it says only: can not be found. Now I have asked on the tapatalk forum but have had no response, so I was wondering if anyone here has tapatalk running on BB here and if there is something I need to do

    Hi and welcome to the forums.

    first to change ar add email accounts, you must go to the home screen and select the installation folder, u must find the icon of configuration of the e-mail that allows you to edit, delete or add emails

  • BlackBerry Z30 y at - it a calendar app that works with Blackberry phones and Android phones?

    I recently got a Blackberry Z30 phone.  My husband has an LG Optimus G Android phone.  Anyone know if there is a calendar application that will work on both phones so that we can send nominations to each other which will load in our respective calendars?  Right now, each of us must begin the events of our individual phones. I love the Blackberry (RIM) calendar that came pre-loaded on my phone since you can customize recurrences, for example every 3 weeks more you can have the views day, week and month.  I really want a calendar with customizable recurrences feature Android app to schedule my husband does not.   • BlackBerry software mixing and Issues resolutions, I've found. (Mix & link does not then BBID connection errors)

    I spent a good amount of time a problem resolved with the latest version of the link & Blend (Setup file: BlackBerryDesktopSoftware_B98.exe) and I wanted to share my findings in case someone else is having similar problems.

    I have already installed 1.2.3.56 link and it worked fine with my Q10, I used it for access to remote files, sync and backup and everything worked perfectly.  BBID was able to manage a disconnect, connect to the application without problem.  When the passport was released I had planned to make one, so I tried to upgrade to the latest version of link being bundled with the installer of mixture.  That's where all my problems started...

    After numerous installs / uninstalls the best I could muster with the new version was a mixture executable that would end itself quietly (no paper anywhere) in the second run.  Only way to really see in taskmanager was to select in the browser and press the Enter key (this he launched hundreds of times, I was doing this while using the process monitor to see if a log file has been generated anywhere, I didn't expect that it remains running) in addition the link sat at its screen for a LONG time , and when he finally start step 2/3 has never worked.  This is the step where you enter your credentials BBID and it records the link your account BBID, whenever I came to this page, that he had a yellow triangle and a button 'Retry' which obviously did not help much.

    I had the debuggers and IDA to take a look at what was going on and what I found I hope it will help someone without having to make all the steps of this.  For what it's worth I've also call in support BlackBerry when I get my passport and to inform them of the issue, I came across.

    The short end of history / TLDR. I had to do 2 things to get this version of Blend / link not working for me: create a white 'openssl.cnf' file on my hard drive and point to it with the environment variable "OPENSSL_CONF".  Second question was about a value in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Research In Motion" that he did not, I removed this entire key during a re - install, and now the BBID authentication page correctly.

    I'll add some additional notes on what I found in the next post...

    If someone is curious about what I found while debugging, this is what lead me to the library & it is OpenSSL configuration problem...

    While I was debugging, I changed a routine jump and was able to get executables to start.  The PeerManager.exe and the necessary mixture changes the code runs successfully. (suspicious code block was in the mix file libeay32.dll PeerManager.exe with link/Blend)

    Looking at these two very similar code blocks shown a string of text before the jump to 'leave' called, showing that the code path that displays the text string "Automatic Configuration failed." called when an error occurred.  Interestingly enough it is then the functions available are currently walked initterm (an internal function in MSVCRT100.dll) and if the executable is never a chance to sign anything before this happens.

    Seeing that I had a similar error message in both applications indicated that it was a common library that has been compiled with both applications.  So I went to google to find pages associated with this error message...  Looks like this is a common problem with libraries and compiling of data, but I was focused on how to work around the problem and I finally tried one of the hotfixes sugguested I found.   Here's an old bug report on OpenSSL which indicates it might be a problem with the availability of openssl.cnf and is:

    With the above information, I went to my system properties and set a System Variable, named "OPENSSL_CONF" and a value of "C:\openssl.cnf".  I then went to a dos prompt and make an empty file to this location using "COPY CON C:\openssl.cnf" (on the first line, I just recorded it with CTRL + Z) I then restored the binary no patches and low and behold, they worked very well!  Blend.exe started well to the top and Peermanager.exe were also still works just fine.  I couldn't BBID authentication window to come yet, but applications take at least now on my device and they actually open and created newspapers.

    MIX OF NOTES:

    Work with mixture problems not starting not leads believe me it is a problem compiling.  If I replace the OpenSSL library, it comes with (libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll), with their installation package 1.0.1i binaries 'lite', Blend.exe starts fine.  Peermanager.exe can be fixed as well as libraries are statically compiled in this application.  Libraries have been restored for versions supplied with mixture once the environment variable has been confirmed for the problem.

    Auth BBID question:

    It was relatively easy to solve compared to the above question... Finally, there's something in my registry that has not been analyzed correctly as in 'Desktop.log' I found this article: ' | ERROR | 1. Rim.Desktop.Shell | 0 | Error to access the valid bbidprincipals. "I have exported and deleted everything under the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Research In Motion' key, restarted and voila!  I have now received a login for BBID.  Don't know which key it was that I didn't go back and add in each of the values I exported, but there was something in there, he did not like...

    Now I just need to see that this information back to the BlackBerry support group and eventually the Group of desktop software so that they make use.  When the Passport arrives I'll make sure to make a support call and get connected with them.  If anyone has any information to help get to the right people, let me know and I'll push it along.

    Otherwise, if this can help someone, give a post here so that we know that you are affected by this problem as well!  I still don't know which is more precisely on my system that requires him to need this empty openssl.cnf file.  A test VM, I installed it on had not and it works very well, so there is something else in my environment that causes this.

    I have a Z30 OS10 and am hassled by a former friend. I want to forbid him to send me the calls or texts (or emaills if that's possible). Knowledge Base told me to go to the firewall that I can't locate. Is anyone able to give the steps to achieve this? Thank you!

  • BlackBerry Z30 incoming calls NOT Ringing - Z30

    Hello

    I recently did a quick reset on my Blackberry Z30 (outfits the two buttons for volume 10 seconds), this fixed my initial problem to experience the shift answering calls.

    When I get calls, now, however there is no ringing sound... I can see the incoming call and I answer the call, but there is no ringing sound.

    I tried to ensure that the volume buttons have turned up full, I even checked my notification settings and made sure that they are on normal. I checked also double the settings on the normal setting, ensure that the volume meter is full.

    Yet even after that, then by restarting the phone several times, still me the same problem.

    Does anyone have the magical answer, I would really advice, because miss me calls because there is no ringing sound.

    I tried to change the notification setting of 'silent' to 'normal' to see if it helps... but it did not help.

    I have not changed anything in the settings or downloading apps, I even tried to reset some default functionality and he still refuses to make the Bell Rings when someone calls me.

    I use a Z30 for the past 2 years, and in general I have no major problems with it.

    Lately, I realized that the photos taken by two cameras built in (front and rear) are prety bad quality. I tried to change the camera settings, but nothing works. What I realized is that autofocus does simply not. The image is not sharp, particularly if you take close ups but even in a landscape image, you can check the academics is not good. Another example trying to take a picture of a written or printed book and as a result, you can read even more large font (like arial 16). This very annoing and seriosly obstructs all-purpose potetial for this kind of device.

    I referred to the manual / subject hepl, but no answer for this one.

    In a net shearch, I have seen several users complain (also in devices priv and passport), but no good answers for these people.

    I use the latest version of the OS (10.3.2.2876)

    No accidents or damages occur to the device

    I referred to the BB Expert virtual app and it returnes to Pentecost "possible camera issues.

  • BlackBerry Z30 BBID deleted, cannot configure Z30 on 10.3.2

    I deleted my Z30 yesterday and went through the initial configuration. When I got to the point where I had to enter the BBID I used to set up the device (10.3.2 anti-theft protection 'feature'), I put in the correct information and click identify you. To my surprise, my BBID was not accepted. I thought that maybe I forgot the password (even if I log on a weekly basis.) So I pressed "forgotten password". As soon as I get a pop up saying that I have provided incorrect information.

    I jump on the BBID site and try to create a new BBID using the same credentials. I thought that if my original BBID has not been deleted then registration would not go through.
    Unfortunately, this was not the case, accepted check my email address and I got a new BBID. I crossed my fingers and hoped that the Installer only checked to match e-mail addresses. Yet once again, I was disappointed. I received is no longer a bad password error, but an error in the sense of "Please identify yourself to the BBID that allowing you to configure the device.

    If at the moment I'm in a difficult position, reset the phone will not work. My BBID origin is lost in the vacuum (which is probably not good as I am a supplier of application on BlackBerry World * thoughtfully *). Not to mention that I'm locked in my backups and and BlackBerry World purchases are lost.

    Basically I have an expensive paper weight. I blame BlackBerry wholeheartedly for the removal of my BBID in the first place. If there is anything I can do to at least set my phone, let me know.

    I stuck little after using my Z30 for 4 days.

    I have purchase Z30 ST100-2 of the Amazon India. I am based in hyderabad.

    This all started when I upgraded my Z30 successfully with the worm 10.3.2.xxxx. Everything was fine, but I was regularly getting alerts that my credentials are incorrect. I checked the same credentials in the PC and everything seems to be okay.

    Then I took a chance to wipe the Z30 unit using the PC and then recently I realized that Antitheft is left THERE. Z30 now not allow me to connect and I am completely stopped.

    Contact for Blackberry India support and they suggested to support centres and in turn they even do not know what to do?

    Please help me.

    I brought the new Blackberry Z30 digital memory of reliance in India on October 5, 2015. I'm a fan of BB, possess a Bold9780 also. I have a mobile phone with carrier BSNL (Bharat sanchar nigam limited) number.

    Last week, I receive messages text several times. It's not only twice, several times at an interval of randam. Has received the same messages 5 to 6 times more.

    First of all, I would like to remove the SIM card and reinsert.
