  I'm very angry with my experience with this phone, even if it's important, so I will be brief.

  I tried to connect to Windows Live Messenger on my BlackBerry Curve 8520 last night when it says connection error (65). I don't say no big deal, as often happens. But after a bunch of times, I started to get frustrated and I looked and he told me to reset my phone. No help. So I decided to delete the app. I fell asleep after doing it and I woke up in the morning to add the application through BlackBerry App World. He said I need a WiFi connection to do, and I am already connected to my hotspot. I checked my router and it is obviously it works because I am able to use it via my laptop. It says that I'm connected to my hotspot on my phone but it will not show and I am no longer able to do anything using the internet and WiFi.

  I am also having a potential battery problem that just started today. I had it load all night and I have disconnected this morning and now the battery is almost dead. Usually it would still be a full load for most.

  It's extremely frustrating and if you could give any suggestions, I would be. I really don't want to spend 2-3 months waiting for my phone to get repair incase I have other options.

  You are missing your service books on the device for the applications mentioned.

  Click on the link I gave you to SFR.

  Sign in to your account.

  Click HELP.

  Click Send service books.

  Hello! I use gmail for 3 months with no probs account. I have a bb curve 8900. Just today kamal not allow me to delete all e-mails. When I delete a TI it switches to a concersation 0 mails that won't disappear from the device. In addition, it keeps saying there is a new email on the account which is not. I tried to delete the account and the hetting again and the problem persists! It evens keeps telling that there is an unread message when there is in any way nothging! Get enough honest anxious!

  I think you can try two things: the soft reboot, and if it does not, the hard reboot. Don't worry, you can not lose data with these two reboots.

  Soft reboot:
  1) struck the following three keys at the same time:
  -Alt
  -Right shift
  -Remove
  (2) wait 2 minutes for the Blackberry to wake up.

  Hard reboot:
  (1) your BlackBerry smart phone is on
  (2) remove the battery and wait a minute
  (3) replace the battery
  (4) wait 5 minutes for the device to wake up.

  Please tell us if it works for you.

I have 3 accounts with Yahoo, lately, I have noticed that I don't get not all incoming e-mails alerts but noticed when I went into settings - accounts & clicked on each account they had unsynchronized for long enough time (in hours). I then re - synchronize manually each individually to finally get my "new" emails Have looked around to see if there is some adjustment of 'time' that I can put to Sync but not luck... So I wonder if it's a problem of Yahoo App or slow broadband (BT ) or perhaps another question that I need to look at... keep I was wondering if I should just to finish with the Yahoo separate App & fits the Blackberry a stock?

  Due to the date of my purchase, there is no such thing as care of BlackBerry, and so, I was outside the qualifying dates of coverage, only available for devices purchased AFTER November 23, 2014, I bought on September 26. I would have gladly purchased if it were available to me. It was announced on March 16 and has the right to those who had bought their device in the past 30 days those as mentioned previously, bought their unit (classic / passport) after November 23, 2014.

  I'm not looking for a handout, I was looking for a direction to go to find a replacement screen that has been adapted for my phone. I said it was my fault, but I me reach out to the BlackBerry to get this replacement, since they have the BEST knowledge of what it takes to guide. They repair in terms of features, warranty and devices out of warranty if this is possible and profitable. With the BlackBerry plan, you actually have the option to repair your original device, so please, lets not say things that are not exactly flourishing with honesty.

  In addition, as this forum is a peer-to-peer forum where users help other users, I thought that someone, perhaps even a seasoned expert would be able to help me and offer some advice. I did all the research I could do, or I wouldn't be this far, as a guru, I expect that you have done your research as well.

• The sidebar clock went crazy

  I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong Forum category or form, I'm new to this kind of thing and I did my best estimate.

  I am running Vista Home Premium 64-bit with all Service Packs and updates current as of 13/09/09 and IE8 on a new (3 1/2 months), Dell Inspiron 530/531 (750 GB, 150 backup), 600 GB, 6 GB of memory, processor E7400 2.80 GHZ 2.80 GHz, Intel core duo processor 2 cpu.

  My computer's clock is stable and precise.  In the last week and a half or two, (he is now 13/09/09), my Sidebar clock changed it's time of the clock of the computer from 3 to 8 hours, the hours of more further outside every day.  The minutes remain stable.

  I am not computer savy but I poked around the clock via its 'tools' icon or right click of my mouse, without success, (right click only offered a time of computer clocks change).   I tried to get my Start button to "clocks" and "side bar clocks' does not.  I looked in 'control panel' and nothing useful that are there.  The Forum offered nothing about this particular problem, although I learned that many people had problems with the sidebar in general after installation of IE8.  The clock is the only part of the sidebar that I use, so I don't know if the other gadets are made.   I am at a loss to know what to do next. It's a minor problem but I love clocks and it's driving me crazy, I also wonder what remains is crazy who has not shown yet.  Perhaps one of the recent "Updates" is responsible?  Please help me.

  Have you checked with your e-mail provider if there are changes to the outgoing/SMTP server settings?
