BlackBerry Q10 callers can hear me just when a phone call

Hello!

For the last 3 days, each time I talk on the phone the other person says they can barely hear me, that my voice is too low. My volume during calls is maximum and I have not modified parameters.

Can someone please? I have no idea whats event!

Thank you

Rosin

Try to restart your phone (which I recommend to do once a month, even if it does not work correctly). Press and hold the power button until you see "BlackBerry" on your screen, without taking into account everything you see before that. It should take about 20 seconds. Once it is restarted, try a call and post back with your results.

See you soon.

Hello and welcome to the community!

This looks like one of the problems reported in one of the recently published OS levels. I suggest that you check for updates and see if it's all approved by your carrier. If this isn't the case, then I suggest you then perform a reload of the OS and see if it may help. If not, come back and we can give you advice on how to get around your controls of carriers and jump forward (or rear) at any level of the OS you want.

  • BlackBerry Q10 callers can't hear me phone earpiece / normal, just speaker! Help?

    Hello

I just bought a Q10 and love all that, except for the fact that the appellants can only hear me when I use the speaker. The microphone seems fine, I ran the diagnostics... is therefore not a hardware problem. And he does not pick up my voice when I'm on speaker.

I tried to jump the battery for 15 minutes and put it back, which did not help. I've also updated the operating system and that made no difference.

I think that others have the same problem... is there a solution for this? Please help, I need this phone to work.

    Thank you very much!

    Hello Angiee57,

As usual, this is another scam.

Unless you have a support contract prepaid or you raise a support ticket with Microsoft, no Microsoft will call you about the problems with your PC.

All these crooks are trying to do is access your PC so they can steal your personal data, which is bank details etc. Under no circumstances should allow you remote access to your PC.

    Hello John

Without that society is not authentic. It's all part of a scam to gain access to your pc and steal your personal data.

Unless you have a pre-paid with Microsoft, support contract they (Microsoft) will never contact you for problems on your PC.

You did the right thing by hanging up on them. If that happens again, just ignore them.

  • I just got a phone call (no number came as international) to say that Microsoft

I just got a phone call (no number came came as international) claiming to be from Microsoft and Muicrosoft are aware that my PC has programs that can cause my PC unwanted crash. They then asked me to turn on my pc while they could repair. This looks like a scam to me. Has anyone else had this type of call. I asked a lot of questions and the appellant was very vauge but insisting my PC was going to crash. The appellant gave me a number of 1786 6001340 I asked the appellant to put all this information in an e-mail message, which he said he would. We'll see if it happens. I think it is yet another scam that other users take note.

It is a common scam. Do not let them give any info, do not give access to your PC, not give them all the money and do not go to all the websites that they suggest. One moment. See:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/online-privacy/msname.aspx .

Microsoft does ever not requested for calls.

No need to shout (all capital letters.)  Most modern publications using a mixture of standard uppercase and lowercase lettering unless they're trying to focus on something specific just because it is easier to read.

You don't reach Microsoft on this issue.  It's not their problem more someone is trying to rip you off on your money is the people who printed his problem or someone trying to rip you off your car comes to the car manufacturer.  You communicate with the authorities (who will probably tell you that they can do anything with what you little information.)

As long as you don't give them access to your computer, you're probably fine.

If you gave any personal information or leave them on your computer - to worry.

This is a complete scam and one that has become very common these days. . Don't think anything such a caller said, do nothing that he tells you to do and hang up on him immediately.

At let them into your computer? If you did you are at serious risk for what they could have done it (installed spyware? Identity theft? Steal the passwords?), and I highly recommend that you do the two following:

    1 reinstall Windows properly

    2. change all your passwords, especially those of the financial institutions and online stores.

  • Just had a phone call from a person calling themselves PC Tech and must stop their go more away

Just had a phone call from a person calling themselves PC Tech Support, acting on behalf of BT, Virgin, AOL, etc. informing me that my computer was infected by a virus, and tells me to download Teamviewer.com so that they could report all files on my computer that have been contaminated. Now, I am very concerned that it is a scam and I finished the call, as they were eager to get paid £144 for 10years security coverage. I was told that my current security system was not compatible with my server. Please I left some scammers in my computer and how do I ensure them go further?

This is a scam and that is becoming more and more common lately. But
worse, if you leave them in your computer, which knows what losses are that they
done there, or what confidential information they stole.
So, if you did. I highly recommend that you do both of the following
    immediately:

1 do a clean reinstall of Windows.
    2. change all of your passwords, especially banks or other
    financial sites.
