I forgot password Blackberry ID, but I know the answer to the security question. I have tried several times but it does not. I think that there is a problem with the input of the question format. When I know the answer... . How can I reset this question? BlackBerry can do that for me?

    I don't know, but I think you need to get your SIM card from your provider before following the steps below PIN number:

    Go to Options > device > advanced system settings > SIM card.  Press the BB menu button and select enable security.  You will then be asked to enter a PIN code to activate this security feature.

    I wanted to buy music on my new iPod, but apparently, I need to verify my identity with security are issues that I wrote years ago and do not have a clue of what the answers. The site of Apple ID gives me an option to send an email to my email of rescue in order to reset the questions, that I have access to, but the email are not sent; the link on the button is broken, or there is an error in communications between the Apple ID system and the older email (which works fine).   • BlackBerry Z30 incoming calls NOT Ringing - Z30

    Hello

    I recently did a quick reset on my Blackberry Z30 (outfits the two buttons for volume 10 seconds), this fixed my initial problem to experience the shift answering calls.

    When I get calls, now, however there is no ringing sound... I can see the incoming call and I answer the call, but there is no ringing sound.

    I tried to ensure that the volume buttons have turned up full, I even checked my notification settings and made sure that they are on normal. I checked also double the settings on the normal setting, ensure that the volume meter is full.

    Yet even after that, then by restarting the phone several times, still me the same problem.

    Does anyone have the magical answer, I would really advice, because miss me calls because there is no ringing sound.

    I tried to change the notification setting of 'silent' to 'normal' to see if it helps... but it did not help.

    I have not changed anything in the settings or downloading apps, I even tried to reset some default functionality and he still refuses to make the Bell Rings when someone calls me.

    I plugged into my macbook and tried to load in the Blackberry Link software, that the software did not recognize my phone (another new question lol), it's just returned to normal, and now I can hear it ring, thank God!

    Hi, I need help with the Blackberry ID related issues. I recently got a Blackberry from my brother who went to the army where it is limited to use only a device equipped photo of Q10 Q10. Before moving to me, it has disabled Blackberry Protect and delete his personal data and I created my new Blackberry ID associated with my email of the company.     7. I do not recognize the "recovery password (security) issue".

    I read on internet that with BlackBerry Protect 10.3.2 feature is ENABLED, data wiping is useless without the BlackBerry ID password and it always will make the phone unusable. So I'm stuck...
    At this moment, what I can do? And who instituted the "BlackBerry Password Recovery/Security Question in the first place?" I had to 'Confirm' the status of e-mail before using the phone? Can I go ahead and wipe my Q10 without knowing the 'BlackBerry ID password' or 'The password recovery Question?' I would be able to implement the new BlackBerry ID and the new password with my email of the company again? I'm just afraid that I'll do my Q10 permanently out of use. And what is locked BlackBerry ID (account)?

    My BlackBerry Z30 was stolen recently and it is very important that you get it back.

    GPS and BlackBerry protect were both on before the phone was stolen, however when I try to follow via my computer it gives me a message saying that it was the last time my school 5 days ago and would not update the location of the phone, saying: it will be, as soon as the phone connects to the wireless network (which is highly unlikely).

    Same problem when I try to use another feature of BlackBerry Protect.

    Can someone help me find or connect to my phone in anyway even if it is disabled?

    Also fantastic as a phone Blackberry is, I'm surprised that someone would steal such a serious phone.  It would be difficult to sell at a good price, because most users want a smart phone and more like a toy. With several carriers, once a BB is reported stolen its registration numbers are black listed. It can no longer be activated until the original owner cancels the flight report and has removed the blacklist phone.

    BB Protect would work for you if the phone can be reached by the mobile phone system and at the same time the GPS in the phone to work. If the phone has not been charged for the number of days very likely the battery is too low for any type of operation traceable. The thief would require phone charger.

    Today, most people know phones can be tracked very accurately, if they can reach the network. It would be better for you that the phone has a decent password to protect your data.

    I hope you said the stolen phone, and you should just get a new one. Never leave your phone on a table or in a place where anyone can quickly pick up when you're not looking. Always keep the phone cut to your belt or Pocket secure when you don't have it in your hands.

    I know a woman who works in a grocery store. She put her phone down just for a moment to serve a customer for a few seconds. His phone was quickly ripped off never to see again.

    I brought the new Blackberry Z30 digital memory of reliance in India on October 5, 2015. I'm a fan of BB, possess a Bold9780 also. I have a mobile phone with carrier BSNL (Bharat sanchar nigam limited) number.

    Last week, I receive messages text several times. It's not only twice, several times at an interval of randam. Has received the same messages 5 to 6 times more.

    I contacted @blackberryhelp on this question and I'm really disappointed. I'm still not able to watch the video with CC on YouTube. I got my replaced Z30 3 times and none of them work. I'm starting to think that it has something to do with the ends of Blackberry. I don't think they are looking at this problem seriously. I write to reach out. I really like my BlackBerry Z30. I have a Playbook, and I'm not able to use CC on its video player as the ability was not included. I hope that BlackBerry to read this, because this issue should not be a problem in the first place.

    You can try to copy the contacts in the storage of the unit. To check that the following procedures.

    1. open the Contacts application

    2. press the Menu key (3-horizontal lines)

    3. Select your email account/Lotus Notes

    I got my blackberry Z30 this year because I wanted to try something new and I've always wanted a phone smart blackberry.

    There are 12 different versions of the 10.3.2 package OS... perhaps you use one that is corrupt? We cannot know for sure, unless you reveal the 4th byte of your operating system:

    I m new to Blackberry and just received my Z30 (that I really like a lot!)

    I still have a problem with the wifi connection. I managed to connect to my wifi router. In the settings, I see that the connection is active. The signal is good.

    But on the top bar, I still see the 3G icon (instead of the wifi icon). I also received a message that my wifi has only limited access to internet.

    I know the router works, because all my other devices (for example the laptop I m typing this message on) do not have access to the internet.

    Are there special settings, I have to check on my blackberry z30?

    I found the wifi settings advanced with a lot of technical information about the wifi connection - which, this information, if I post to help solve my problem?

    Apart from being a hardware defect, most of the time it's a software problem.  I guess you did a restart to the phone to see if it would fix it.

    If you have recently installed new software in the phone, look at what you have installed. To see if that solves it uninstall.

    A more radical approach is to do a wipe on the phone and re - install the operating system.  Make sure that your data is backed up before you do, so that you can restore the data.

    If all the foregoing does not fix the phone, then this is very probably a hardware failure. This wouldl must be handled by the authorized Blackberry service.  If it is a new phone I think it is guarantee for it.
