  When I open no matter what browser (Browser Hotspot using wifi or MediaNet jump 3G) can't do the pages to load. It just says: 'Loading' at the bottom of the page with no blue progress bar, and the page is completely white.   Hello! last night I was Messaging on BBM and for some reason my posts stopped to deliver. I don't get the checkmark next to what I typed but no D or r it takes 2 hours to 6 for one of my messages arrive! This happens with all my BBM contacts I thought strange because I can receive their messages at once. I have whatsapp and I can text away normally and all my other apps work normally.

  Try a battery pull - while the unit is turned on, remove the battery for 15-30 seconds, then reinsert and wait for the device to reboot.

  If this does not help, go to Options > Advanced Options > host routing, Table and then press the BB menu and select Register now. Once your device has re-recorded on the BlackBerry network, go to your e-mail settings application, login if necessary, and then press the BB Menu key and select Service books. Return your service books.

  That should do it, but if not, let know us.

  I think the message is clear - a BBID by device. You must choose which device will keep the existing BBID and create a new BBID for the other device. If you select Cancel, it should allow you to move forward with the creation of a new BBID for this device. If it does not, you may need to WIPE the device in order to start over completely.

  Note: I understand that this is not an application of RIM, but it is an application preinstalled in BlackBerry Bold 9790, so please take care of this. I tried to document the issue as much as possible.

  I was connected my 8330 for a desktop XP for a long time.  The sw of the device is v4.5.0.175.  I recently got a new Lenovo T410 laptop, running Windows 7.  I downloaded the software (version 5.0.1) DM and checked my camera SW is updated, but the laptop is still not recognize that the device is connected (via USB).  I tried all ports USB on the laptop and also followed all the steps detailed in KB13146, with no luck.  I find nothing in any of the forums that refer to Windows 7.  Can anyone help solve this problem?

  In addition, make sure you use only the root USB ports... without hubs (sometimes the front-end ports are hubs... use a rear USB port). And don't forget to try to disable the USB power management in the configuration of your system (Device Manager).

  I'm not sure about the correlation between the encryption and the BB Protect... you jumped from one to another at whiplash speed in your post... do not understand.

  But, nevertheless, if encryption is active and locked, then the most likely answer is that your device has a COMPUTER Board policy that requires encryption is active. You can check the existence of a COMPUTER policy via this method:

  If you're on BES through your company or otherwise, you have to stop now and talk to your BES admins, because they are in control of it on your device policy.

  If you are not on BES, then somehow you got a device that once stood on BES, and who gave you sanitized it not properly before give you the device. You can now clean, but it will be totally destructive. Therefore, please begin by reviewing the Backup link in my sig auto on this post and make sure you have a full and complete backup.

  Once you have a backup, you can do this to clean your BB of the it policy:

  Subsequently, when you restore, DO NOT make a full restore... rather just do a selective restore of the databases you need (e.g., contacts, calendar, messages, etc.) and more precisely to avoid any database that have nothing to with COMPUTER policy, business, etc.. If you restore those, they will dutifully restore COMPUTER policy and you will be right back where you started.
