BlackBerry Smartphones cannot delete icon
Hi well I downloaded an application called black traced to productivity, but I didn't like it and I removed it. Now, I can't get rid of the icon it says its archives in. Can anyone help with this. Graham
You must go to the app world then go, my world. Now you should have a list of applications that you have downloaded. you need to scroll down to the app that is checked and you do not want then. BlackBerry button > delete
that it will sort

BlackBerry Smartphones cannot delete text message
I have a text message which I cannot remove. All others have been removed without any problem. This one just won't go away. Any thoughts? Thank you.
My "curve" to do this all the time. Just delete as usual and then do a battery pull, it will be probably gone when you turn back.
If it helps, please click the button of "Congratulations" and mark your issue resolved...

BlackBerry Smartphones cannot delete a repetitive alarm
I have a recurring alarm that appear every day until that never in my schedule. I would remove it entirely, but can't seem to do. When I choose 'remove', he says:
Delete recurring alarm?
-Remove the series
-Delete this occurrence
But neither works, sometimes creating yet another alarm identical instead of delete it.
Do you have any idea how to get rid of this? It's really annoying because he is cramming my schedule.
So, I read in the messages about completely different problems that they suggested to take out the battery while the BB was running. Now, it's that I did. Finally, all the annoying alarm inputs have disappeared and so did my frustration!

BlackBerry Smartphones cannot delete the Message symbol on top
My BB Curve 8520 always shows me a new Message on the top of the screen, although there is none. How can I reset / erase the symbol?
Hi Oops
Welcome to the Forums of the BlackBerry Support
In addition to what Gralt suggested, on your homescreen go to the main Message box, open it, go on a specific date say today, then press Menu > scroll and click on "mark read prior. and then do a restart of traction battery like this: power to the device on remove the battery, wait for a min. then reinsert and wait until it reboot, see if she's still there.
If still appears then Open Message Box press the menu button > view folder > and all areas of research and see if there are unread messages.

BlackBerry Smartphones cannot delete phone number 'House '.
..... I unloaded my land line bit after that I got my BB Torch, (almost a year ago). Nowhere in my contacts list figure 'House', but when I compose my old number, 'Home' again appears as the reference number. How can I delete it from my phone? Whence this info?
Question absolutely drove me crazy... went to support ATT and I hooked up with some amazing technology... in a very short time, we discovered the reference number 'House' was to be picked up in the card installed on the phone! No way to remove it without the memory card of rags or plug in a new, but not wrong / not fault.

Configuration of e-mail icon only gives the ability to configure one enable a business account
Have tried blackberry.com/integrate but I get the message "unknown error, please try again" after selecting "launch email configuration".

Hello and welcome to the community!
With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):
1) register HRT
- KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
- Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application
2) books of forwarding Service
- KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
- Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
3) restart
- With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
- See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.
Good luck!

BlackBerry Smartphones restart clock icon popping up and battery drain
My BOLD 9650 seems to be constantly rebooting. I'll see the clock icon running (same as on reboot) pop up randomly and the dough runs very quickly. This could be the cause and what can I do to prevent it. I'm on OS6.
You may installed applications?
Back up and conduct security wipe. Does not restore your installed applications. See the following articles.
- How to back up data from smartphone BlackBerry using BlackBerry Desktop Software for Windows
- How to delete all data and applications in the BlackBerry smartphone using the optio security wipe...
See if there still exists. Otherwise, let us know.

They have even the power to escalate your case officially until BlackBerry if they can't solve it, but you have does them not you fob off the coast with things like "it seems" good on our end... they are responsible for the provision of services to you, you pay for it.

BlackBerry Smartphones cannot lock the phone through blackberry ID
Hello
I take a phone of my coleague who has left the company. For some reason, I can't able to connect on the phone. Firstly I didn't at first, the password of my coleague ex, I went online and changed the password. However, when I want to connect with my new password to unlock the phone, I have this message:
"You have exceeded the number of attempts to connect.
For security reasons, you have been locked for 15 minutes. "Click on forgotten password if you need create a new password.
But after 15 minutes and try again, the message... helpppp
You try the BlackBerryID, or the security password, on the device?
It looks like the BlackBerryID if you are locked out for 15 minutes.
A wrong entered security password would give you only a message something like «wrong password 2/10»
Then, to change the BBID of this device and make it 'your own' device, you'll need to do a wipe of the device security. This will delete all the data in personal, contacts, calendar, etc. and restore the State of the plant basically.
